AbstractCommunication and information has become a large industry in today?s society. More and more organisations use these means as tools of influence. Non-profit organization?s campaigns, which aim to change a behavior, often have a political responsibility and it is therefore important that these are carefully Planned and carried through.

Starting point to this Paper is the idea and wish to adapt the society and its different activities to a recycle society. A building area in Göteborg is Planned and investigated for such adaptation. In the district named Skogaberg, about 130 households totally are Planned from what 20 are blocks of flats. The idea with this project is to constitute an alternative sewage system, a Blackwater system, were the fractions of most nutrients and least pollution are separated, taken care of and utilised. The aim is to get a market and use the nutrients of the organic waste from the household in agriculture use.

Bakgrund: Endast ett fåtal kvinnor i Sverige och övriga nordiska länder väljer en planerad hemförlossning. Organisationen för en planerad hemförlossning varierar mellan de nordiska länderna. Det är inte känt hur nöjda dessa kvinnor är med sin hemförlossning, det är därför av intresse att öka kunskapen om hur nöjda kvinnor i Sverige och Norden är med sin planerade hemförlossning.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva förekomsten av nöjdhet hos kvinnor som genomgått en planerad hemförlossning samt att jämföra förekomsten av nöjdhet hos kvinnor i Sverige med Danmark, Norge och Island.Metod: Studien är en retrospektiv tvärsnittsstudie med kvantitativ ansats. Materialet är insamlat 2010-2013 inom ramen för forskningsnätverket ?Nordic Homebirth? via en enkätformulär på internetsidan www.nordichomebirth.com.

Vi vill öka kunskapen kring vilka attribut som påverkar studenters attityder till tjänsten hemförsäkring. En undersökning har gjorts på komponenten ?Attityd till ett beteende? som är en del av ?Theory of Reasoned Action? och ?Theory of Planned Behaviour?. Data är insamlad från två mindre fokusgrupper som är förstaårsstudenter vid Luleå Tekniska Universitet. Vi har identifierat vilka attribut dessa studenter anser som viktigast hos tjänsten hemförsäkring, vilka är pris, innehåll, varumärke och service.

It is an analysis of ideas case study. A hypothesis is upheld for the research: that the local physical planning had largely extended ambitions what regards central state control in a way that is similar to Planned economy. Questions that are asked include: Was the planning assumed to be a tool for the state to regulate the environment? Can the planning be seen as a mean to control the society in time and space? Abstract"Citizen Influence, Forms and Effects - A study of the Resistance Concerning the Establishment of a Juvenile Detention Center in Kristinehamn 2005-2007"Political Science, Johan Utter This essay circles around the concepts of citizenship and the questions if and how citizens in the modern democracy can influence and effect the political decisions made by the governing body on the local level. This is done by the means of a case-study concerning the establishment of an institutional facility for convicted youths in Kristinehamn. The planning of this facility and especially its Planned location in Sunneberg aroused a significant negative response from the citizens, demanding a better alternative for the location.The proposition resulted in heavy protests from the citizens as the Planned location was viewed as an important recreation area, where the citizens could experience nature first hand, close to the centre of town. As a result, some citizens living close to the Planned location, formed a network called "Bevara Sunneberg", whose purpose was to influence the decision-makers and make the citizen?s voices heard.

The purpose of this study is to incrementally, through a combination of various methods, examine the assumptions about the working economic outcomes that can be made based on Planned ergonomic intervention in a department at Pfizer Health AB in Strängnäs. The effects from a Planned wind farm on the grid utility Gävle Energis electrical grid have been studied. The wind farm is Planned to be built in the forest 15 km north of Gävle and will have 23 turbines with rated power from 2 to 2.5 MW, resulting in a total installed power between 46 MW and 57.5 MW. The grid connection will be made at 70 kV. The aim of the analysis was to determine what effects the wind farm would have on the power grid in the form of electrical disturbances (flicker etc.), need for new investment and raised operational cost. To allow the connection of the wind farm technical solutions (new lines, power stations and grid reinforcements) have been constructed.

Aim: The aim of this essay is to study the communication strategy that the company SATS developed before taking over the company e2. The following questions are to be answered: - what was the Planned communication strategy before taking over the company e2? - did SATS follow their original plan when implementing this strategy? ? Which strengths and weaknesses of the communication strategy can be identified based on opinions of the employees?Material/Method: Together with literature and document studies, a qualitative method has been used and seven personal interviews have been conducted. One informant was selected due to professional position; the other six respondents were former employees of the affected company e2.Main results: The main results from the study show that the company SATS did in fact follow their plan very accurately with only some minor changes such as an earlier started education program and exclusion of an initially Planned evaluation activity. Communication about the takeover of e2 to employees was quick and clear.

In 2005 the Swedish government introduced a law of amnesty for refugees in the country which made the Minister of Integration invite a number of national organizations to discuss this law. After that, seven organizations in Gothenburg also felt that something should be done and they started talking about a cooperation to improve the situation for newly arrived people to Gothenburg. They formed a project, ?Plattform Göteborg?, which in this paper will be evaluated according to a manual from Sida. The project consists of seven organizations which have their separate activities formed by them to improve the integration.

I föreliggande studie har det undersökts vad som påverkat linjechefer att fullfölja sina förändrade arbetsförhållanden. Förändringarna är ett resultat efter att en större omorganisation har genomförts, en så kallad Human Resource Transformation. Studien baserades på Icek Ajzens Theory of Planned behavior, vars utgångspunkt är individens intention att utföra ett tänkt beteende. Det antogs, utifrån Ajzen (1991), att de tre faktorerna, attityd, subjektiv norm och upplevd beteendekontroll var av betydelse för intentionen. Sammanlagt svarade 42 linjechefer från Skatteverket på en enkät om attityder, subjektiva normer och upplevd beteendekontroll gentemot de nya arbetsuppgifterna.

Human - Technology - Organization (HTO) is a well-established, general unifying concept in the Swedish Accident Investigation Authority (SHK) that represents an approach, knowledge and use of various tools regarding interactions between people, technology and organizational factors. The HTO-perspective is well described in literature but there are few studies on how SHKs staff experiences working according to this method in their investigations. The aim of this study was therefore to describe their HTO-perspective, examine how it is used in the investigations at SHK and describe the investigators experience of working with the HTO-perspective as well as the method's usefulness compared to old methods in accident investigations. A literature study has been conducted in the areas of HTO, Theory of Planned behavior (TPB) and safety culture. TPB and safety culture are described in this paper since they highlight the different aspects of a HTO-perspective.
