Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether there is a correlation between the actuarial assumptions, of listed groups in Large Cap on the Nasdaq Stockholm, equity ratio and their pensionplans funding status.Method: The study is based on a quantitative research method, where the analysis of annual reports takes place. The quantitative research method has enabled the paper to perform related analyzes and comparisons of means between groups, for listed companies equity ratio and pension obligation, and the relation to its actuarial assumptions. Correlation measurements are made using a non-parametric method, Spearman's rho, then further tested using one-sided hypotheses t-test.Theory: The backbone of the thesis is presented using two theories, earnings management and the principal-agent theory. These theories are intertwined with the previous researches, which also dealt with the essay topic of earnings management in previous years and in other countries.Empirical: Correlation analyzes between the studied actuarial assumptions and corporate groups solidity and pension financial status is presentedusing tables and charts. These are further analyzed using hypothesis tests and scatterplots.Conclusion: All tests resulted in very weak correlation between the different variables and can there for not be classified as significant.

I takt med att ett samhälle utvecklas förändras de krav som samhällets invånare har på användningen av marken. Istället för ett koloniområde behöver kanske viss mark användas till studentboende. När ett nytt behov konstaterats skall, enligt plan- och bygglagen (1987:10), en intresseavvägning mellan allmänna och enskilda intressen ske. För planering och till viss del även genomförande av en förändring av markanvändningen är den svenska plan- och bygglagen central. Syftet med plan- och bygglagen är att främja en samhällsutveckling med jämlika och goda sociala levnadsförhållanden och en god och långsiktigt hållbar livsmiljö.Denna uppsats är inriktad på den intresseavvägning som enligt plan- och bygglagen skall ske vid förändrade krav på markanvändningen.

In the future the Swedish pension system will face major problems. With an increasing aging population combined with a decreasing share of working population the financing of the pension system is becoming a bigger problem than previously predicted. This means the individual himself will have a bigger responsibility to invest money for their future retirement. It has been shown that a large proportion of the people who invests for their future pension have neither the interest nor the time to actively invest their pension capital. To make it easier for those who invest for their retirement, some Swedish banks have created so-called generation funds.

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects ofWork plan for study- and vocational guidance in Enköpings municipality 2008-2010 to see how it has affected the educators in the municipal primary schools. Questionnaires to teachers and interviews with principals have been made and it came out that the teachers are not very familiar with the plan. Of the few teachers who considered themselves to be familiar with the plan, the majority replied that they had benefited from the plan.The study´s analysis indicates that one of explanation for why so few educators are aware of and working according to the plan is partly in implementation efforts. Weaknesses are shown according to the equivalence of the implementation, but also the importance of the existence of an engaging and driven person, located at the primary schools, that continuously inspires and motivates the teachers to work with this plan. Educators also indicate that they already use study-and vocational guidance in their teaching..

AbstractMy purpose of the investigation is to enter deeply into the knowledge of the Individual plan of the development and to examine how teachers, pupils and parents look at the Individual plan of the development and the purpose of the Individual plan of the development in school. My question of the main problem in this investigation was to examine the expectation on the Individual plan of the development from teachers, pupils and parents and if the Individual plan of the development has been influence the cooperation of parents and the influence of the pupils also how and if teachers, pupils and parents apprehend some kinds of changes.The review of the literature begin with a closer study about our document of control, witch are the curriculum of the compulsory school (Lpo 94), The National Agency for Education General Advice for the Individual plan of the development (2005), a study of the development of the cooperation of the parents and the influence of the pupils under the years of research about it.I have in my investigation used qualitative interview in different forms like the ordinary interview, interview on telephone and focussed group interview with teachers, pupils and parents. The result of my conclusion from the investigation is that the information and the knowledge of the Individual plan of the development are important to be able to increase the influence from the pupils and a different cooperation from the parents in the development of the school with the Individual plan of the development. My examination is small and not generalised but I believe that it still can represent the attitude of the Individual plan of the development. The consequence of the investigation shows that pupils and parents have vague idea of the Individual plan of the development.

Luleå kommun står inför ett generationsskifte och utmaningen att rekrytera nyaarbetstagare, då de äldre arbetstagarna vid kommunen går i pension (Wikner, 2007). Syftet med examensarbetet är att skapa en bild av vad som har fått nuvarande anställda att välja Luleå kommun som arbetsgivare och vad som kan få Luleå kommun att attrahera framtida arbetstagare. Resultaten visar att motivationen hos respondenterna vid Luleå kommun skiljdesig åt beroende på yrke, arbetslivserfarenhet samt utbildning. Respondenterna motiverades bland annat av bra kollegor, förmåner på arbetet och känslan av att utföra ett värdefullt arbete. Anledningen till att de hade flyttat till just Luleå handlade om allt från att deras partner hade flyttat hit, närhet till hemkommun och till en ren slump.

Avkastningar riskjusteras med hjälp av Treynorkvot, Sharpekvot och Jensens Alfa för att kunna jämföras mot varandra.Slutsatser:AP7:s riskjusterade avkastning ligger något under Sveriges övriga premiepensionsfonder sett till både PPM-index och genomsnittet för de nio mest valda PPM-fonderna år 2013. AP7 har presterat en sämre riskjusterad avkastning än SIXRX och en bättre riskjusterad avkastning än en svensk statsobligation sett till undersökningsperioden..

The aim of this essay has been to find out whether the individual development plan does make it easier to teachers to discover any needs of the students to get education or material changes and by that make adjustments in the classroom. I chose to seek information by interviewing special educators at four compulsory schools, since they have an overall apprehension of how the work is carried out at the school, especially the work with students in need of any form of extra support.All students at the Swedish compulsory school shall have an individual development plan. The purpose with the plan is, besides that the student is to be given possibilities to form his own pedagogical and social goals, that the teacher shall get early signals if a student may be in need of getting education and materials changed and adjusted for to easier manage his studies. The individual development plan of the student should have the function as a tool to the teacher to facilitate for his students.The answer of my question can be sum-up in a no, the inherent potential in the individual development plan is not utilized by the teachers that seem to have the apprehension that the plan is for the student all by him/herself. The teaching staff has obviously not understood the use they can get out of it. .

Abstract This paper focuses on whether individual development plans as well as action programmes are needed.Pupils in need of particular support get to be involved in an action programme ? the school needs to provide any particular support a pupil needs. However, the individual development plan does not substitute the action programme. Thus an action programme as well as an individual development plan will be provided to students in need of particular support.The individual development plan follows the pupil throughout the entire education, regardless of whether its content changes, whilst the action programme pertains to a limited period of time. Pupils that are not in need of particular support are not likely to need to set goals for themselves in addition to those already set outside of school.

Sverige står idag inför en generationsväxling och förändring på arbetsmarknaden. Svenska undersökningar visar att efterfrågan på arbetskraft kommer att vara större än utbudet inom en framtid. Studiens syfte var att undersöka äldre sjuksköterskors inställning till ålderspension, vilka faktorer som påverkar deras beslut till pension och vad som krävs för en förskjuten ålderspension. Målsättningen med studien har varit att skapa en förståelse och ett underlag till Umeå kommuns arbete med äldre arbetskraft. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med elva äldre sjuksköterskor har vi fått förståelse hur sjuksköterskorna resonerar runt fenomenet pension.

This essay reflects upon how recruiters working at a recruitment-agency interpret their gender equality plan and their understanding of the term gender equality. This was done by semi-structured interviews with five recruiters. Through theories concerning the gender system, organization theory with a gender perspective and the doing-gender-perspective we have come to the conclusion that the employees of the company lack a coherent interpretation of gender equality. Concerning the gender equality plan there were diverse understandings of its meaning and the application of the plan is partly insufficient. As a recruitment agency there are a number of specific difficulties related to working towards gender equality.

Vi presenterar i denna uppsats en undersökning av ersättningsformer till VD:ar i svenska publika bolag under perioden 2001-2010. Detta sker då det funnits en debatt som kretsat kring VD:ars ersättningar vilket dock inte lett till mer förståelse för hur ersättningarna sätts. Av denna anledning har vi insett att mer forskning kring hur ersättningar sätts för VD:ar är nödvändig för att öka förståelsen. Mot bakgrund av tidigare internationell forskning har vi studerat om samband föreligger mellan VD-ålder, bolagens ekonomiska ställning och typ av ersättning. Detta görs då vi inte kunnat finna någon liknande forskning gjord på företag i Sverige.
