The aim of this study has been to try to understand the meaning of dikaiosuvnh qeou` in Rom 3:21-26, and how man receives this righteousness.The study has two main parts. The first part is a study of Greek terms and words, where the following terms are examined: First the iJlavskomai word group, and especially the word iJlasthvrion. Secondly the words divkaio" and dikaiosuvnh. Thirdly the word novmo" and fourthly the words pisteuvw and pivsti". The final term examined is ajpoluvtrwsi".

This paper's purpose is to examine the mandate and the role of the UN as an administrative actor. Today, we often see post-conflict territories in the need of governance. In the absence of local supported government the UN has the ability to fill that void. With this essay we would like to examine to what extent the ancient Icelandic literature could count as a part of Sweden?s literal cultural heritage in schools today, if it through seeking information is possible to say whether this literature have any connections to Sweden. Our questions of issue are:1. What kind of connection is there between ancient Icelandic literature and Swedish literary cultural heritage and what are the ancient Icelandic literature premises? in the Swedish upper secondary school?2.

We have conducted ethnographical studies concerning the one-stop-shops frontdesk and telephone exchange. En så kallad Internet-community, är en mötesplats i cyberrymden där människor träffas och håller kontakten. De flesta communities har därför en del funktioner där kunderna bland annat kan lägga upp texter, bilder och videoklipp. Dessa kallas användarens prestationer som ett samlingsnamn i denna uppsats. Det har på senare tid uppmärksammats att företagen bakom dessa communities ofta förbehåller sig rätten till dessa prestationer genom en klausul i användaravtalet som alla medlemmar i communityn måste skriva under. Two of the spyware features is to generate pop-ups in the web browser and to direct advertisment from the users web habits.

Sammanfattning Jämställdhetsplaner ? en källa till förändring eller bara pappersarbete? är en kandidatuppsats i Handelsrätt. Vi har försökt att utreda om arbetsplatserna blir mer jämställda i och med arbetet med jämställdhetsplaner. Detta har vi gjort genom att analysera förarbeten och doktrin för att beskriva den rättsliga utvecklingen av jämställdhetslagen med dess aktiva åtgärder och jämställdhetsplaner som ett rättsligt medel för att öka jämställdheten i arbetslivet. Vidare har vi för att belysa hur jämställdhetsplaner fungerar i en del av verkligheten använt oss av litteratur på området, mailkorrespondens med JämO, utfört en telefonintervju med en fackförening samt varit ute på fem företag och intervjuat.

Today it is common to state that we are living in an information overloaded society. But there are many different definitions of what can be said to constitute Information Overload and there is a lack of substantial research on the subject. Conclusions in the available literature on Information Overload are often drawn on anecdotal evidence and carries a dramatized picture of the causes and effects of the phenomenon.With the tools of discursive analysis this two years master?s thesis explores how the phenomenon Information Overload is portrayed in six popular science books that deals with the subject: Alvin Toffler (1970) Future Shock, Orrin Klapp (1986) Overload and Boredom, Richard Wurman (1989) Information Anixety, Andrew Keen (2007) The cult of the amateur, Maggie Jackson (2008), Distracted and Nicholas Carr (2010) The Shallows. The result of the analysis shows that there is a common discourse of how the subject of Information Overload is represented, which stretches in and between the books intertextually.

I denna uppsats diskuteras och analyseras det om under vilka förutsättningar en leveransvägran kan anses som ett missbruk av en dominerande ställning.
