Därmed är det viktigt för verksamheter att utveckla och sprida den individuella kunskap som finns i organisationen för att den inte ska gå förlorad. Därmed är den här rapportens syfte att undersöka hur den tysta kunskapen hanteras inom fallföretaget genom att belysa dess karaktär i kontext med ledare. För att undersöka syftet med rapporten har en kvalitativ metod genomförts med intervjuer och observationer som datainsamlingsmetod för att få tag på djup och detaljrik data. De teorier som rapporten åsyftar på är relaterade till kunskapshantering och lärande organisationer med fokus på Peter Senges fem discipliner och Nonaka & Takeuchi SECI kunskapsomvandlingsprocess. Resultatet utföll i att respondenternas tidigare erfarenheter är avgörande i dagens arbete, där de viktigaste kunskaperna handlar övergripande om ledarskaps- och produktionskunskaper.

Syftet med min uppsats är att beskriva hur barn uppfattar alkohol i vardagslivet och hur deras föräldrar tänker kring ämnet. Jag har intervjuat fyra barn och fyra föräldrar för att se hur barn uppfattar alkohol och hur de socialiseras in i vuxnas tankar kring alkohol. Jag har använt mig utav kvalitativ och fenomenografisk metod, samt Alfred Schutz, Peter L. Bergers, Thomas Luckmanns och George Herbert Meads teorier och begrepp för att analysera mitt material. Mitt resultat visade att barnen uppfattade alkohol negativt och med en viss oro och rädsla.

Background: Today small business firms represent a considerable part of swedish economy, and the number of small firms has steadily increased the last ten years in relation to the total employment. The fact that there are firms willing to grow, it ought to be interesting observing their motives of growth, and what kind of strategies that can be identifiable in these firms. Purpose: To examine the motives of growth in small business firms, and to study which growth strategies the firms use when expanding their business. Realization: The study is accomplished through telephone interviews with six small business firms in the province of Jönköping. The firms contain between 10-49 employees.

Denna uppsats är en litteraturstudie som behandlar hur man kan jobba med att främja elevers medvetande om det egna lärandet. Syftet med arbetet är att förbättra kunskapen om att arbeta med metakognition hos blivande lärare samt redan verksamma lärare. Materialet för analysen har bestått av litteratur skriven av fyra författare inom området, nämligen Howard Gardner, Peter Gärdenfors, Ference Marton et al. samt Roger Säljö. This paper presents an approach in contemporary, abstract art for a new way of experiencing modernist abstraction. This has not been possible until now, about 40 years after the postmodern turn against modernism in art, and the closely connected formalism. This new approach is represented in this paper by the Swedish contemporary artists Ann Edholm and Jacob Dahlgren. Modernist artists such as Kasimir Malevich and Piet Mondrian receives a new relevance to contemporary abstract art. This opens up for a new, more complex and more dialectical understanding and re-evaluation of modernism and its abstract art.This is shown by a historical and chronological investigation which highlights modernist abstract art, formalism, and the critical and post-modern Neo-geometric ?abstraction? of the eighties.
