Belöningssystem är ett styrverktyg och har ökat i betydelse och det råder motstridigheter kring belöningssystemets olika funktioner. Det råder även motstridigheter av vad som kan förklara mänskligt beteende.Syfte: Syftet är att besvara frågeställningen genom att beskriva och förklara vilka faktorer som motiverar anställda som veckopendlar inom byggbranschen i Sverige. Vi vill även belysa hur arbetsgivare motiverar sina anställda genom att identifiera hur de befintliga belöningssystemen ser ut.Metod: Vi har valt en empiridriven, kvalitativ forskningsstrategi.

Under 2009-2010 genomfördes en kurs i kolning med både teoretiska och praktiska inslag vid institutionen för skogens ekologi och skötsel vid Sveriges Lantbruksuniversitet i Umeå. Kursen som omfattade 15 hp initierades av åtta intresserade elever från kurs 07/12; Håkan Johansson, Carl Kling, Henrik Nises, Jonas Strandberg, Erik Sundström, Jonas Svensson, Erik Söderberg, Daniel Timblad.Inom ramen för kursen så genomfördes olika aktiviteter; en serie litteratur-seminarer om kolningens historia och praktik samt om kolningen i ett internationellt perspektiv, omsorgsfullt förberedande och praktisk genomförande av milkolning samt intervjuer med äldre personer som kolat tidigare. Slutresultatet av arbetet presenteras i föreliggande rapport samt i form av ett bildspel och en kort videofilm från kolningen. Det här examensarbetet är skrivet på C-nivå, inom ämnet skogshushållning på institutionen för Sydsvensk skogsvetenskap. Omfattningen är 10 poäng (15 hp), vilket motsvarar 10 veckors heltidsstudier. Handledare för arbetet har varit Ulf Johansson och Per Magnus Ekö, examinator var Eric Agestam. Studien handlar om skogliga försöksytor på Omberg i Östergötland. Bakgrunden till att jag valde att skriva det här arbetet är att skogarna på Omberg sedan låg tid tillbaka har varit föremål för skoglig forskning och försöksverksamhet. Redan i början av 1900-talet anlade dåvarande Statens Skogsförsöksanstalt de första skogliga försöksytorna där.

The purpose of this text is to show how social class is (re)produced and created in the short stories?Draksådd? byMaria Sandel and Ivar Lo Johanssons ?Nya tänder? from Statarna I and to point out ways that the short storiesmay be useful from an Educational Perspective. Maria Sandel was the first (recognized) female author to writein the genre of Working-Class Literature in Sweden and Ivar Lo-Johansson is a recognized authorship who ismost famous for his novels portraying Statarna. The analysis focuses on how the teeth motif is portrayed in theshort stories. My analysis proves how the teeth motif is important in portraying the construction of class.

Handledare:Jan-Inge Lind, Stein Kleppestø Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att studera i vilken utsträckning sammansättningen i ledningsgruppen förändras i företag som upplevt en ny förändrad situation. Vidare studerar vi situationens och sammansättningens effekt på samarbetet och samspelet i ledningsgruppen. Metod: Vår uppsats är en kvalitativ studie av de fyra fallföretagen Öresundskraft Marknad AB, Öresundskraft Underhåll AB, Sydkraft Gas AB och WM-data Industrial Solutions. Vi har genomföret ett antal intervjuer i fallföretagen samt en expertintervju.

Summary The place I have been working with is a garden, belonging to a family estate, called Tolvmansgården. It is located on an island northeast of Norrtälje in Roslagen. The frontage is red with white corners like so many other houses in the neighbourhood, but ours is one of the oldest houses on the island. Today the house and garden is own by my mother, Pia Johansson. Since I?ve started my education in garden design my interest for our country garden has increased.

A qualitative study of marketing communication on Facebook                               Pages: 36With the emergence of social media, new ways has been created for companies to reach out to its audience. From being dependent on journalists to provide information, companies today have the ability to self-publish information in the open media channels. The use of social media should not replace traditional marketing communication though, but works best as a complement. It is a new environment that requires the company to adapt its working methods. Although the work is different, it is important that companies see social media as part of the overall marketing communication and not as a separate project. The purpose of this paper is to study recipient?s experience of company?s communications in social media. We have chosen to relate this to the instructions on methods of marketing communication and social media marketing as found in literature on the subject. This is to examine whether firms achieve the desired effect of the methods that are considered most appropriate. Does the message reach out? The focus of this study is marketing communication in the social media Facebook. The study consists of qualitative interviews to illuminate the recipients' views and experiences, as well as a literature study from the theoretical perspective of the sender of marketing communication in social media. The results showed that business as well as audience must interact in a functional relationship in social media. Companies should be more like the customer they are trying to reach. If companies choose to expose themselves in social media, time must be given to this, which is what the audience expects. Key words: Marketing communication, social media, social media marketing, Facebook, recipients, sender.

SAMMANFATTNINGAnette Johansson, Carina Johansson och Helen RikardssonEn studie om den fysiska rörelsens betydelse för barns motoriska utveckling och inlärning.Engelsk titel: The importance of physical activity for children?s development for motoric skills and learning.Antal sidor: 37Vi har i detta arbete undersökt den fysiska rörelsens betydelse för barns motoriska utveckling och inlärning utifrån en kvalitativ ansats i form av fokusgruppsintervjuer. Studiens syfte är att undersöka vad pedagoger på två förskolor i en kommun anser om den fysiska rörelsens betydelse för motorisk utveckling och inlärning. Vi vill även ta reda på hur pedagogerna arbetar med rörelse och hur de ser på sin egen roll som pedagog när det gäller rörelsens betydelse för barns motoriska utveckling och inlärning. För att nå vårt syfte har vi intervjuat två arbetslag bestående av sju pedagoger.
