I skuggan av ett brottsoffer ? en kvantitativ studie om mediebevakningen av de personer Peter Mangs stod åtalad för brott mot i Malmö tingsrätt undersöker hur serieskytten Peter Mangs påstådda offer porträtterats i medierna. Uppsatsen undersöker om och hur samhällets bild av brottsoffer påverkar mediernas rapportering om dem.Uppsatsen utgår från den norske kriminologen Nils Christies teori om ideala brottsoffer, som ställer upp en tes för vilken typ av personer som lättast får fullständig och legitim status som offer, samt annan forskning om hur brottsoffer framställs i medierna. Detta för att undersöka vem som anses vara en offer- eller straffvärdig person i samhällets och mediernas ögon. Utifrån Christies teori och övrig forskning undersöks artiklar i Sveriges fem största dagstidningar, samt två andra dagstidningar, som behandlar de personer Mangs stod åtalad för brott mot, från den 6 november 2010, det datum då Mangs greps, fram till den 23 november 2012, då livstidsdomen mot honom slogs fast av Malmö tingsrätt.

Dock har det uppkommit nya teorier om djuret som skiljer sig från en sådan metafysisk tradition . Peter Singer lyfter i sin bok, Praktisk Etik, att medvetande och självmedvetandeargument som syftat till att tillskriva människan en särställning gentemot djuret inte längre kan vidmakthållas. Vi har snarare skäl att tro det omvända.

The purpose of this thesis was to examine how to build a personal brand and how to use this brand. The method used was a case study with personal interviews. The persons who were interviewed was Jan Carlzon and Peter Wallenberg Jr, two of the most important persons in the Swedish business industry. The goals of this essay are to identify rituals and ritual behavior at the department of archaeology and ancient history at Lund University. To do this a series of empirical examinations was conducted. Observations, interviews and polls revealed that some ritual behavior is in fact present. Two types of rituals were identified; the interaction ritual, as presented by Erving Goffman in the book Interaction Ritual, Essays on Face-to-Face Behavior, in 1967. The second type of ritual is a ?problem solving? ritual, such as meetings.

The courts international juristiction within the European union is regulated by the Brussels I Regulation. Article 2.1 of the Brussels I Regulation contains the fundamental provision. According to this Article the plaintiff shall submit an action where the defandent is domiciled. Vad jag därmed kommer att studera i denna uppsats är hur avvikande individer bemöts i samhället och hur de svarar på detta bemötande. Jag vill genom denna uppsats ta reda på vilka likheter och olikheter som finns mellan Lars Levi Læstadius och Peter Wieselgren. Dessa två präster levde på 1800-talet, de var oerhört hängivna av att vilja bekämpa brännvinet som förstörde och skapade ett sånt elände för människorna.Både Læstadius och Wieselgren ansåg att alkoholmissbruket måste angripas från roten för det var den som framförallt orsakade allt lidande hos människorna.Læstadius ansåg att det moraliska fördärvet var orsaken till alla laster och för att komma åt det hela, så måste det lyftas upp på en högre front nämligen den kristna tron som ger människan större livskvalitet.Wieselgren ansåg att spritmissbruket och okunnigheten hos människorna var orsaken till allt lidande, och att ett moralisk socialt saneringsarbete behövdes, för att komma åt det onda. Han tog kyrkorådet till hjälp och det infördes bland annat sträng kyrkotukt. Hjälpte inte förmaningarna, så blev den försumlige inkallad till kyrkorådet.Læstadius och Wieselgrens livsuppgift blev att föra en kamp mot detta missbruk. De blev båda hatade, mordhotade och det väcktes åtal mot dem, men de lät sig inte skrämmas till tystnad, vare sig av överhet eller andra.
