It is important to Ockelbogårdar to have knowledge about different needs by the segments on a market, while they can bring a product into line with consumer needs by marketing. To survey the needs of consumers, demographic segmentation could be in use. It is about to survey the most importent factors or advantages the consumers have in their living environment.The purpose of the essay is to investigate how Ockelbogårdar could make their marketing better against several target groups, in the existing building population, by distribute the consumers into segments. On the basis of the investigation and the segments that will introduces, Ockelbogårdar can offer the consumer a living which fits the indivdual consumer.A poll have been done by the conusmers of Ockelbogårdar. The poll have been delivered by post and a quantity data about the needs of the consumer have been evaluated.

Människor har en viss mental kapacitet. Beroende på situation och uppgift belastas denna kapacitet olika mycket. Huvudhypotesen i detta examensarbete lyder "en persons mentala belastning ökar om hon/han upplever att risken ökar", oberoende av de krav uppgiften ställer, dvs uppgiftens svårighetsgrad.Undersökningen utfördes som ett experimentet med inomgruppsdesign och 24 försöksdeltagare. Två oberoende variabler med vardera två nivåer användes: Konsekvens, normal/ökad och Information om svårighetsgrad, normal/ökad. Dessa var avsedda att manipulera riskuppfattning.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to study the information needs of the homeless. The main focus is to investigate what kind of information needs that are to be found among the homeless and also how information is exchanged and shared by the group. Another aspect of our study includes the sources that are used to fulfil these information needs. The homeless use of the library, as one of these sources, is also examined.

The way to acquire forest in Sweden from parents has been unequal, men were prioritized over women, which was the traditional inheritance pattern. Research has made this clearer by using gender, which ?values? our stereotypes of sexes and can help us understand inheritance patterns. The gender determined who would inherit but also the form of ownership, praxis, property rights, regulations, power and work invested made by a sibling could influence. The purpose with my study was to find what conditions governed inheritance of forest on the properties I investigated and what influence gender had.

Abstract Children with neuropsychiatric disorders often require special arrangements from the society. These measures could target the child itself, its parents, or other parts of the social network surrounding the child. Parents of children with neuropsychiatric disorders are often deeply engaged both in their child and in these measures.Three parents of children with neuropsychiatric disorders, and four counselors in different habilitation centers, were interviewed. The purpose of this qualitative interview study was to describe the methods with which the counselors worked to support parents of children with neuropsychiatric disorders, and to understand how the parents experienced this support offered by the counselors.The qualitative interviews with counselors and parents followed a thematic interview guide. A structured interview form was used.

Tidigare forskning har visat att barn med typisk utveckling går från en visuell strategi till en fonologisk. Huruvida denna utveckling sker hos personer med utvecklingsstörning är oklart. De flesta forskare är överens om att dessa personer har en nedsättning i den fonologiska loopen. Om denna nedsättning beror på strukturella avvikelser eller utvecklingsförsening är forskarna inte eniga om. Det är även oklart var en eventuell strukturnedsättning skulle sitta.

The western societies is characterized by a strong future concern and the members of the society are valued most of all according to their capability to produce. In our time the elder ness is representing a rapidly increasing number of relatively well kept elders. What sight of the future does the aging human have? Are one meditating of what kind of service and care one are going to need? The purpose with this study was to describe how individuals in ages between 60 and 96 sees, both the future and their coming need for care in relation to sex, age, social activities and experienced health. The material was taken from ?SNAC-Blekinge? witch is a part of a bigger national study; SNAC (The Swedish National study on Aging and Care).

Status handlar om en persons position i en hierarki inom en viss grupp. Det är inte en egenskap utan något som uppstår i relationen mellan människor. Syftet med denna studie var att kartlägga eventuella skillnader vad gäller hur människor attribuerar kvinnors och mäns statusbeteende. Med hjälp av en egenframtagen enkät samlades data in från 57 studenter vid Psykologiska institutionen, Stockholms universitet. Data analyserades med hjälp av en variansanalys.

Dagens samhälle sägs vara byggt för alla, trots det stöter många med funktionsnedsättningar på problem i vardagen som hindrar dem från att känna sig som en i mängden. Högskolan i Gävle har visat sig ha brister gällande tillgängligheten. Detta uppenbarade sig bland annat i undersökningar som gjordes av studenter i Byggnadsingenjörsprogrammet på Högskolan i Gävle 2011. Examensarbetets mål är att identifiera vilka problem som finns vid ramper och entréer. För att underlätta undersökningen valdes de större entréerna på skolan ut.Teorimaterialet är uppbyggt av BBR 2014, Bygg ikapp och hemsidor med relaterat material.

Samhället förändras och blir allt mer mångkulturellt och det skapar ett större behov av att kunna kommunicera. Mitt syfte var att undersöka hur den interkulturella kommunikationen fungerar mellan pedagoger och föräldrar.I min undersökning intervjuade jag två pedagoger och fem föräldrar på en mångkulturell förskola, där jag gjorde tre observationer. Pedagogerna är mycket positiva i sin kommunikation med föräldrarna. När inte det talade språket räcker till använder man hela sin kropp och tecken, alltså pekar och ritar och ber barnen hjälpa att tolka för att kommunicera, sa en av pedagogerna. Det händer att man inte förstår varandra och det kan skapa frustration när man inte kan förmedla sitt budskap till den andra.

This study was carried out at Luftfartsverket (LFV Group, SwedishAirports and Air Navigation Services), AstraZeneca and Svenska Spel. The purpose of the study was to examine and compare how these companies work towards becoming, and maintaining to be, an employer of choice. Facts were sought about the companies and their work to become an employer of choice.To get a discerning and profound picture, a qualitative method with semi-structured interviews with twelve key persons in this work was conducted. The method Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) was used for analysis.The results showed that an amount of factors have an input on how attractive the employer is. Common were compensation and benefits, competence development, leadership, information and health-related activities.

The aim of my study was to investigate a few young peoples experience of their treatment. The study was qualitative based on interviews with three young persons at the end of their treatment there. The subject was chosen because this kind of youth housing is an interesting alternative to institutional care for young people, despite there is not much known about the results of the treatment. The results were analyzed from earlier research and central concepts from the theory of empowerment and Anton Antonovskys theory about Sense of coherence. The results of this study show that these young peoples are satisfied with their treatment at the youth housing.

This essay is a study of the Swedish author Amanda Svensson?s novel Hey Dolly (2008). The aim of the study is to investigate the conflict that occurs in the storytelling because of the untruthful narrator Dolly. Using the terms story and discourse, from a method of narratology by Maria Nikolajeva, the purpose is to analyze how the narrator manipulates the reader?s comprehension of what is real and not in the text.
