Syftet med denna studie är att utreda begreppen big data och analytics. Utifrån vetenskapliga teorier om begreppen undersöks hur konsultföretag uppfattar och använder sig av big data och analytics. För att skapa en nyanserad bild har även en organisation inom vården undersökts för att få kunskap om hur de kan dra nytta av big data och analytics. Ett antal viktiga svårigheter och framgångsfaktorer kopplade till båda begreppen presenteras. De svårigheterna kopplas sedan ihop med en framgångsfaktor som anses kunna bidra till att lösa det problemet.

SammanfattningBakgrund: Sjuksköterskor ställs kontinuerligt inför omvärldsförändringar som inte går attpåverka. Det innebär att ständiga förändringar i arbetsmetoder genomförs och att all personalhela tiden är i behov av utbildning. Allt syftar mot att göra kvalitetsförbättringar för bådepersonal och patienter.Syfte: Att beskriva akutsjuksköterskors upplevelser av implementeringen av ettförbättringsarbete, i detta fall införandet av triage på en akutmottagning.Metod: Studien har en deskriptiv design med kvalitativ metod. Datainsamlingen genomfördesi fokusgruppsintervjuer och materialet har analyserats med en kvalitativ innehållsanalys.Resultat: Ur analysen framkom det övergripande temat enönskan att känna trygghet under enimplementeringoch fyra kategorier; kommunikation, planering och målsättning,förändringsbenägenhetoch kompetensutveckling som beskriver akutsjuksköterskorsupplevelser av implementeringen av ett förbättringsarbete.Slutsats: Under en implementering behöver ledningen ha kunskap om ovanstående resultat.Sjuksköterskorna beskriver åtgärder för att skapa möjligheter och undanröja hinder för attkunna uppnå trygghet under implementeringen. Banks and their products are traditionally characterized as high involvement, informational purchases and as such there is a need to shape the market communication to be logical and catering to the need for information that customers are bound to have. With the advent of social media and web 2.0 a company can no longer opt out of the online discourse regarding their company. As social medias are characterized by being an active media, tailored to personal exchanges and opinions, the match with the high involvement approach that banks usually have to employ is not always ideal. We have examined what happens when banks use different degrees of personal message content and sender profiles on Twitter. Our findings suggest that while some strategies generate higher WOM intentions, others may provide a greater level of sender credibility..

In healthcare settings, administrative routines have been made more efficientthrough digitalization of information and the introduction of stationary computers.This situation is especially true when it comes to radiology, where pictures,referrals and patient information now is completely managed by advanced stationarycomputer systems. However, studies have shown that these rationalizationsdo not support flexible and mobile work routines.PocketRIS is a prototype illustrating a mobile terminal for radiology that hasbeen designed to simplify workflow and reduce the cognitive workload of healthcarepersonnel. PocketRIS includes a visualization of the clinicians work situationincluding a personal referral list that can make the user attentive of importantevents.Contextual Design has been used to elicit the basic system requirements for thesystem; 19 contextual inquires was conducted with physicians, nurses and assistantnurses at two different radiology clinics in Sweden during six days. The purposeof the study was also to identify the groups that have the greatest need for amobile terminal. The study was concerned with design and evaluation of differentsolutions with healthcare personnel.The result shows that physicians and assistant nurses have the greatest need ofa mobile terminal.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka vad stress innebär, hur det upplevs och orsakas inom Räddningstjänsten, samt hur det kan förebyggas. Enkäten gjordes utifrån ett kvantitativt perspektiv och skickades till larmoperatörer och brandmän på Räddningstjänsten. Enkäten besvarades av totalt 33 respondenter. Deltagarnas ålder togs inte i beaktning, enbart antalet år av yrkeserfarenhet. Datan analyserades I SPSS, med hjälp av ett Chi-tvåtest och ett Pearsons's r-test.

I många år har det stått klart att på grund av ökning av antalet äldre kommer det blir svårt med framtida bemanning i hemtjänsten. Arbeten anses vara låg status och underbetalda. Om arbeten i hemtjänsten anses ge anställda upplevelser av empowerment är det möjligt att flera söker sig till dessa arbeten och att befintlig personal stannar kvar.Syftet med denna uppsats är att få ökad förståelse för hur personal i hemtjänst upplever empowerment i sitt arbete samt att studera på vilket sätt ledare inom hemtjänsten kan arbeta med att stödja upplevelser av empowerment hos sina anställda. Undersökningen är genomförd som en kvalitativ fallstudie i hemtjänsten i Reykjavík. Med semistrukturerade intervjuer har sex anställda och tre ledare intervjuats och materialet har analyserats med en tematisk analys.Det visar sig att de anställda i hemtjänsten i Reykjavík upplever delvis strukturell empowerment i sina arbeten samt pyskologisk empowerment genom alla fyra kognitionerna; mening, kompetens, självbestämmande och påverkan. The purpose of this essay is to explore high school and collage school counselors knowledge and experience of honour related violence and repression. Our study is based on a qualitative method with interviews. The main question in our study is to examine the school counselors education in how to provide support to the exposed adolescents.We have conducted six interviews with school counselors in the southern Sweden. We have used a semi structured interview technique with questionnaires that have been a support to us during the interviews. The results of our study showed that some of our respondents knew that they had limited education and knowledge in honour related violence and also that they wanted more experience about the problemarea.

Marketers of today are confronted by the fact that it is increasingly difficult to gain the customer's attention, as they first have to break through the ad clutter. In a landscape where the general attitude towards advertising is negative, one way to successfully deliver the message to the customer involves communicating through personal impact. By using stimuli containing identical information with different senders, this thesis seeks to quantitatively explore whether brands can make use of the personal networks of its employees, in their social media marketing strategy. The purpose of the study is to investigate if communication via the employees could enhance traditional communication effects, such as buying intention and electronic WOM intention. Furthermore, the study aims to examine which role the employee should hold when communicating on behalf of the brand, and if the communication effects vary with the degree of product involvement.

The aim of this quantitative study was to from a gender perspective understand and measure the mental health among young people as a sense of managing to handle situations and also how satisfied young people are with their personal qualities. The study also aims to see if there is a connection between these two ways of explaining mental health. This study takes its standpoint from a gender theory and gender stereotypes. The study was conducted as a survey with 100 young girls and boys, all of whom was students of a Swedish upper secondary school. The result of the study show that young people in general has a good sense of being able to handle situations.

Arbetet handlar om hur föräldrar till barn i behov av särskilt stöd känner sig förstådda och bemötta av personal i förskola/skola. Fokuset är på hur föräldrar har blivit bemötta av personal och pedagoger i förskolan/skolan. Föräldrar beskriver en skola som inkluderar alla, ur deras synvinkel. För att få svar på frågeställningarna har åtta föräldrar som har barn i behov av särskilt stöd intervjuats. Syfte: Syftet med arbetet är att försöka förstå hur föräldrar upplever att personal och pedagoger bemöter deras barn i förskola/skola, samt hur föräldrar tänker kring en skola som inkluderar alla barn. Metod: Kvalitativa forskningsintervjuer är den metod som har använts i arbetet. Efter intervjuerna är empirin sammanställd och analyserad.

International negotiation is the link between international planning and implementation. The ability to negotiate successfully may very well depend on the efforts being put into preparatory activities, leading to the purpose of this research, to gain a better understanding of pre-negotiation in an international context, by exploring, describing and partly explaining the process. Personal interviews were conducted with two Swedish international companies to obtain thorough information within the area. The collected data from these two cases are discussed, compared and then finally used to draw general conclusions. The study indicates the different issues that either occur or should be considered prior to the first formal meeting in an international negotiation.

Det är ett stort antal barn som söker asyl i Sverige, de är på flykt från ett annat land och anländer utan vårdnadshavare. Då barnen är i Sverige ansvarar Migrationsverket och vistelse kommunen för deras välbefinnande. När barnen slussas ut till vistelsekommunernas boende är det främst personalen på dessa boenden som har den närmaste kontakten med barnen. De ensamkommande asylsökande barnen har olika bakgrunder och livsöden och är i en speciellt utsatt situation. Personal som arbetar med dessa barn har ett yrke som ställer stora krav på god insikt, kunskap och förståelse för barnens situation.

The aim of this qualitative study was to explore which inner conceptions about the abused older women the professional social workers had and how they experienced the enconter of an abused old woman in an intimate partner relation. The theoretical background is social construction by Berger and Luckmann. This theory was uset to analyze the transcribed interviews. This study is based on nine interviews with five professionals in social services, three volunteers from the voluntary sector and one social worker who worked in a community based support group for abused older women. The result of this study shows that older women were often abused, by a relative they were dependent on, in their home.
