I den rådande lågkonjunkturen som drabbat Sverige är det inte ovanligt med organisationsförändringar. Med en organisationsförändring följer oftast konsekvenser och då exempelvis uppsägning av personal. När personal sägs upp eller framför allt får ett besked om varsel är det av stor vikt att det finns personalstrategier samt att ledningen agerar stöttepelare för sina anställda. Studien syftar på att få en förståelse över vad personalen upplevt i form av motivation samt omhändertagande efter ett besked om varsel fram till slutgiltigt besked. Studien är gjord utifrån en kvalitativ forskningsmetod med intervjuer vilket gjorde att det blev ett mer djup i beskrivningen av upplevelserna från intervjupersonerna. Studien lyfter upp vikten av information både innan, under och efter ett förändringsarbete i organisationer samt hur intervjupersonerna upplever att de motiveras. Det resultat som framkommit i studien av den varslade personalen är att det endast funnits fåtalet personalstrategier som organisationerna använt sig av samt att det i stort har upplevts en minskad arbetsmotivation.

Too much nutrients leads to increased growth of algae and causes problem in the ecosystem. Even if we reduce nutrient discharge the problem still exist in the ocean. When algae dies and sinks, more nutritional substances is produced called "internal eutrophication". This phenomenon will grow in the future due to a warmer climate and the problem is spreading towards the coastal zone, which is an important site for fish recreation. By removing the abundance of algae, the nutritional and toxic substances are reduced and the algae biomass can be a future resource for biofuel production..

The Swedish Forestry Research Institute implemented an experiment which began in the year 1979 in a by moose browse damaged area in Sweden. An audit in 2014 of the moose browsing study called ?Furudalsförsöket? is the underlay to the study's results. By comparing Scots pine stands development in relation to known damage obtained thereby gives the understanding of how browsing affects the short and long terms impacts of Scots pines quality and volume production. The results of this year's audit reveal that the standing volumes in the undamaged and damaged areas represent a significant difference. The number and volume of the ingrown trees constitute a larger proportion of the areas that have been heavily browsed. This thesis studies the negative impact that control signal saturation may have on a controlled system. Different methods that are used to compensate for this problem are also studied and evaluated. Both sensitivity to disturbances and the effect the method has on the systems'ability to follow a reference signal will be examined. Stability will be discussed, but no conclusions whether the systems are stabilized or not can be drawn. Control signal saturation will lead to a slower behavior in general.

In the past decade there has been a considerable growth of contingent employment arrangements. In Sweden, the most common among these are the temporary-help service firms. The aim of this study is to investigate how the employees of temporary-help service firms experience their situation as employed by one company and working at another. We have used a qualitative approach to reach an increased understanding for the daily situation of the contingent worker. The essay is based on participant observations and semi-structured interviews with six contingent workers.

The bachelor's thesis is to examine the explanatory factors affecting the choice of capital structure in real estate companies. The analysis is based on data collected from the main financial reporting from 2007; all listed real estate companies listed on Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish stock market. Based on previous research and theories, we have defined five independent variables that are linked to the debt ratio, which are: profitability, growth, firm size, cost of debt and operational risk. The statistical tests have resulted in that we can say with certainty that profitable firms tend to have a lower debt to equity ratio. We can also say with certainty that property companies with high interest costs have a high level of indebtedness..

SammanfattningDen blivande mamman möter många olika enheter i vårdkedjan och var och en av dessa enheter spelar stor roll för amningen. All vårdpersonal som på ett eller annat sätt arbetar med amning ska ha kunskap om WHO:s "Tio steg till lyckad amning" och arbeta efter denna amningsstrategi för att skapa gynnsamma förutsättningar för att kunna hjälpa, stödja och uppmuntra mamman vid amningen.Syfte: Att undersöka vårdpersonals inställning till amningsstödet de ger.Design/Metod: För att genomföra studien valdes en kvantitativ, deskriptiv och jämförande design som genomfördes i form av en tvärsnittsstudie. Mätningen utfördes med hjälp av webbenkäter innehållande frågor med fokus på inställningar till det amningsstöd man ger. De faktorer som mättes varfaciliterande, engagerande, följsam och amningsvänlig. Sammanlagt var det 81 personal som svarade på enkäten.Resultat: Resultatet visade att det fanns en signifikant skillnad mellan de respondenter som genomgått extra amningsutbildning utöver sin yrkesutbildning och de som inte hade gjort det.

The purpose of this study was to examine how five mothers experience and cope with theloss of their adult children and also how this loss affect the mothers. We chose a qualitativemethod using semistructured interviews. We used Lazarus and Folkman?s coping theoryand Folkman?s revised coping theory in our analysis. The results showed that the mothers?experiences were very individual.

In this essay I present an outline and examination of the Finnish Luther research, withan aim to learn more about some different aspects of Luther?s teaching on justificationas sanctification, and sanctification as the growth of the new man. I will also draw myattention to the formal language of metaphysics, as it is continuously employed by Luther to depict the issues and the content of his reformation theology. Apart from the program of research in Helsinki, I have turned to the writings of Luther himself; and I have as well tried to engage in a broader survey of Luther-scholars, some of which seem to, or in fact, support the Finnish interpretation, others which raise a critical stance towards it. The later portion of the essay picks up on the Finnish critique of dominant 19th and 20th century German Lutheran theologians, such as Albrecht Ritschl and Gerhard Ebeling.
