The purpose of this study is to show the technical building requirements for modern arenas inSweden. The study will also create an understanding of how the requirements affect theSwedish football arenas which are affected by the regulations valid from 2014. As one of theSwedish football arenas there is Örjans Vall located in Halmstad. The aim of this study is todevelop alternative solutions regarding the technical problems Örjans Vall is facing 2014,when the new arena requirements for ?Svensk elitfotboll? are taken into use.

This study is an evaluation of the runtime watch function in a OEE software, knownas ProTAK. OEE stands for Overall Equipment Effectiveness, it?s a way to measurethe factories process efficiency. The runtimewatch function allows the user to setup and monitor certain critical objects that are of importance for the pulp and paper process at the mill. The data from the runtimewatch can be correlated towards the suppliers specification for the components.

Problem. Sponsorship has increased continuously during the 21st century, however, at the same time the public interest of traditional promotion has been diminishing. The meaning of sponsorship is a very diffuse and therefore the concept needs to be investigated. Due to the multitude of sponsorship and its impreciseness about its financial value, it is difficult to evaluate sponsorship for companies, especially when there is a difficulty in choosing a decent method for evaluation.Purpose. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the concept of sponsorship, motives for sponsorship and evaluation of sponsorship according to the theory and give empirical examples of how these areas are being managed by companies.Method.

This thesis presents and evaluates a project, undertaken in 2001 by a librarian the writer of this thesis and a teacher. We met with a number of adults with reading and writing disabilities, and presented and discussed books and experiences of reading, with the aim to increase their joy of reading, as well as finding out more about our own ways of co-operating with each other across our professional borders. The documentation and evaluation emphasizes on the process and the results of the project, and on our own participation, by asking the following questions: How did we carry out the project? What obstacles did we meet? What went well/wrong? What did we achieve related to our goals? In order to illuminate the project from different angles, consequences of reading and writing disabilities for adults are discussed, as well as the specific nature of adult education and projects more or less related to ours. Action research is chosen as a method, because it allows the process of the project, and our own learning process, to be exposed.

To get the license you have to attend a course given by the Swedish Forest Agency or one of several private educators. This study is an evaluation of one course given by the Swedish Forest Agency in Uppsala.

In this work we have compiled results from various studies concerning medical conditions that may possibly be avoided by castration and the effects that may occur after castration of the healthy bitch. The work is a literature review but it also includes a summary on the age recommendations for castration of the healthy bitch, castration before or after the first heat and the castration method most commonly used of ovariohysterectomy and ovariectomy. The summary is based on a questionnaire answered by personnel from 20 veterinary clinics and animal hospitals evenly distributed throughout Sweden.The summary showed that ovariohysterectomy was the most common method of castration and the recommendation in age ranged from 6-12 months. Regarding castration before or after the first heat 75% of the veterinary clinics and animal hospitals answered that they recommended castration after the first heat. Literature study shows that there are both advantages and disadvantages of castration of the healthy bitch and that it therefore is important that each bitch get a personal and individual evaluation before a decision is taken concerning a castration..
Möte med främling ur ett livsvärldsperpektiv
Dagens arbetsvillkor präglas av att vara föränderliga där idealet är flexibilitet. En följd av detta är att arbetsrelationerna tenderar att blir mer tillfälliga och ytliga. Tidigare forskning visar bl.a. att inhyrd personal upplever ett utanförskap och maktlöshet i sin arbetssituation, vilket belyser en ojämlikhet. Utifrån denna bakgrund syftar denna studie till att beskriva och förstå den ordinarie personalens upplevelse av möte med inhyrd personal på arbetsplatsen.
Unga vuxna med unilateral läpp-, käk- och gomspalt ? perceptuell bedömning och självskattning av tal och kommunikation
The purpose of this study was to investigate how young adults withunilateral cleft lip and palate assess their own speech and communication,and to let speech and language pathologists make a perceptual analysis ofthese individuals? speech at the age of 19 years. An additional aim was toexamine the relationship between these two different ways of evaluation.Data was collected through perceptual analysis from audio recordings and byusing a self-report questionnaire based on the ICF-structure (InternationalClassification of Function, disability and health). Altogether, 33 peopleparticipated. One third of the participants had no speech deficiencies.
Lek i förskolan - barnskötares, pedagogers och rektorers medvetenhet om lekens betydelse
Syftet med detta arbete var att undersöka medvetenheten och lekens betydelse hos personal i förskolan och om det finns en samsyn mellan personal och rektorer om lekens betydelse. Arbetet ger en översikt över tidigare forskning om lekens betydelse för barns utveckling och den delen avslutas med en del om lek som en specialpedagogisk metod. Med hjälp av intervjuer av personal och rektorer har vi undersökt förskolepersonals medvetenhet om lekens betydelse samt om det finns en samsyn mellan personal och rektorer om lekens betydelse. Vi har även undersökt om det finns skillnader mellan olika kommuner. Sammanfattningsvis pekar resultatet av vår undersökning på att rektorns inställning och medvetenhet om lekens betydelse har stor betydelse för hur mycket leken diskuteras och medvetandegörs i personalgruppen..

This master thesis was written for Arla Foods and the result of the thesisserves to gain Arla Foods in its work with chemical hazardous and to bringnew academic results. The thesis aims to create a common methodology forrisk analysis with the handling of chemicals.The theories displayed in this thesis focuses on different risk managementmethods in order to build up a framework out of which a risk management toolwas created. The main primary data source consists of interviews held withemployees within Arla Foods at different facilities.The risk management tool can be found in appendix K.Available recommendations for how to evaluate risks with chemicals can befound at appropriate government agencies. These recommendations aredrawn up to suite small and medium enterprises and therefore are to narrowto make a good foundation for analysing chemical risks at large companies.With the legislation and government demands in mind, a tool has beencreated to fit a large company?s needs when managing chemical risks.

The research objective of this thesis was to conduct a holistic evaluation of an operational information system. By holistic evaluation we mean that an equal focus was placed on both the system system perspective and its users user perspective, in the actual environment where the system and its users function contextuality. In addition, the methodological objective of the study was to test a new research approach in a real life setting. The participants of the study were twenty newspaper journalists employed at Göteborgs-Posten GP. The information system NewsLink is a manually indexed full-text database containing all articles published in GP since 1994.
Kunskapsdelning - individens upplevelser av barriärer för kunskapsdelning
Syftet är att undersöka individers upplevelser av barriärer mot kunskapsdelning
inom organisationer som använder extern arbetskraft i jämförelse med
organisationer som ej använder extern arbetskraft.
I denna uppsats har en hermeneutisk ansats använts för att studera individers
upplevelser av barriärer mot kunskapsdelning. Respondenterna som deltagit i
studien var från fyra olika organisationer där två av organisationerna använde
sig av extern arbetskraft medan två endast använde sig av ordinarie personal.
Vi utförde både intervjuer och enkätundersökningar på organisationer med extern
personal och organisationer med bara ordinarie personal.
Resultatet från vår studie visar att de upplevda barriärerna mot
kunskapsdelning i vissa lägen skiljer sig åt mellan ordinarie- och extern
personal. Det har rått konsensus bland de studerade organisationerna om att
tidsbrist är den främsta barriären mot kunskapsdelning mellan ordinarie
personal och extern personal, vilket har visat sig främst bero på den externa
personalens korta anställning. Även bland ordinarie personal är det främst
tidsbrist som upplevs som den främsta barriären mot kunskapsdelning.
