The aim of this study is to describe and analyze how the European union relates to the different dimensions of abortion. What kind of problem is abortion and whose right is it? Does difference framings of the problem enable different solutions?By analyzing debates from the European parliament through Carol Lee Bacchis method ?What?s the problem approach? I have come to see that different representations of a problem changes the problem it self. This emphasis that a problem is a problem in one context, but not in an other.Depending on the work of, among others, Barbara Hobson and Ailbhe Smyth I have focused upon the European union as a economical project, leaving social issues to national competence. This makes the EU a patriarchal project that fails to guarantee women?s rights.

The objective of this thesis was to investigate factors that influence local government implementation. The study is a comparative case study between two local governments in Sweden; Hässleholm and Landskrona. Primarily the thesis aimed to look at the conditions faced by those implementing a new government directive aimed at supporting women who face violence, and their children who bear witness, by focusing on three key aspects for successful implementation: Implementers level of understanding, knowledge and will to implement decisions. Material in the form of documents and 14 interviews with key actors in the two authorities constitute the empirical foundation of the analysis. According to the results, are the two local governments pretty equal in achieving their projectgoal but the local government of Hässleholm had better policy-making, policy-design and policy process.

Trots ett väldokumenterat samband mellan vårdpersonalens trivsel och välmåendet hos både personal och patienter inom vården, råder det brist på studier av arbetsklimatet inom psykiatrin. Syftet med denna studie var att utforska sambandet mellan arbetsklimatet och personalens arbetstrivsel inom slutenpsykiatrin, samt att se om det fanns skillnader i upplevt arbetsklimat mellan olika yrkesgrupper. För detta ändamål utformades en enkät som delades ut till personal på 11 avdelningar med varierande antal anställda inom slutenpsykiatrin i Stockholms Läns Landsting, vilket resulterade i 154 undersökningsdeltagare. Resultatet visade att upplevd vårdkvalitet var den starkaste prediktorn för arbetstrivsel för hela gruppen, att det fanns skillnader i arbetsklimat mellan de olika yrkesgrupperna samt att olika arbetsklimatsfaktorer tycktes vara av varierande betydelse för de olika gruppernas arbetstrivsel. Detta bekräftar betydelsen av personalens upplevelse av vårdkvaliteten samt framhäver vikten av att ta hänsyn till variation mellan olika yrkesgrupper i framtida studier av arbetsklimat..

Investeringar som görs i humankapital kan ses som lönsamma då de kan bidra till konkurrensfördelar, högre resultat och bättre service. Detta kan ske via utbildningar, satsningar i företagshälsovård och arbetsmiljö för att stimulera och behålla personal.  Humankapitalinvesteringar ger utrymme för utvecklingsmöjligheter vilket hjälper företag att verka konkurrenskraftiga i en föränderlig miljö. Dock har det påvisats svårigheter i att mäta effekten av investeringarna. Genom uppföljning i form av undersökningar hos dess intressenter kan företagen få en bättre uppfattning kring investeringens effekt.

Aim: The aim of this essay is to study the communication strategy that the company SATS developed before taking over the company e2. The following questions are to be answered: - what was the planned communication strategy before taking over the company e2? - did SATS follow their original plan when implementing this strategy? ? Which strengths and weaknesses of the communication strategy can be identified based on opinions of the employees?Material/Method: Together with literature and document studies, a qualitative method has been used and seven personal interviews have been conducted. One informant was selected due to professional position; the other six respondents were former employees of the affected company e2.Main results: The main results from the study show that the company SATS did in fact follow their plan very accurately with only some minor changes such as an earlier started education program and exclusion of an initially planned evaluation activity. Communication about the takeover of e2 to employees was quick and clear.

Denna uppsats beskriver ett sådant teams uppbyggnad och faktorer som personal uppfattar som viktiga för teamets uppbyggnad och arbete.Syfte: Syftet med förändringsarbetet är att patienter med långvarig värk ska få ett snabbt och adekvat omhändertagande av ett team som har kunskaper och erfarenhet av att jobba tillsammans.Studiefrågor: Vilka effekter för patienterna kan kopplas till ansatsen att skapa multimodal rehabilitering på en primärvårdspraktik? Vilka faktorer, upplever personal på vårdcentralen, har påver-kat skapandet av ett smärtteam på vårdcentralen?Metod: En blandad studie med flera metoder för datainsamling.

Aim: The aim of this study is to examine how managers apprehend today's leadership and how they believe that future leadership will be influenced and developed when the people bourn during the nineteen forties pass on their management positions to a younger generation.Method: I share the hermeneutic view on science. I believe that knowledge is born with in the person who seeks to obtain it. I have chosen to conduct my study using a qualitative and inductive approach. I use an inductive approach as I answer my questions by using interviews in order to respond to my question at issues, and assumes from the empiric in my study.Result & Conclusions: The leadership role has changed from being? the one who decides?,? the director?, to becoming less peculiar and prestige.

Begreppet mobil kommunikation har funnits ett bra tag, och mobila enheter är idag mycket vanliga och nya modeller kommer hela tiden. Dessa enheter har med tiden blivit mindre och kraftfullare, och möjligheterna att använda dem har blivit fler och fler. Alltför ofta är dock diskussionen kring mobil kommunikation fokuserad på konsumentinriktade tjänster, och ofta förbises de verkliga användningsområdena för mobil kommunikation. Det är viktigt att komma ihåg att det är inom vissa yrkesgrupper som mobil kommunikation kan vara riktigt användbart. Med denna uppsats vill vi visa att fältarbetande personal är en av dessa yrkesgrupper som kan ha stor användning av mobil kommunikation, samt visa hur denna teknik påverkar fältarbetarnas informationshantering.

Those in the older age group however, present themselves in a more consequent matter based upon the visibility their actions have to all their friends on Facebook as a whole. The definitions of certain elements on Facebook, such as what constitutes private information or anexcess of photo-tags, differ between the two age groups. Comments and feedback differ in importance and effect between the two age groups. Those in the younger age group are more likely to modify their attitudes towards their identities based upon the functions of Facebook.

Utifrån ett socialkonstruktivistiskt perspektiv är maskulinitet en social konstruktion som ständigt förändras i interaktionen mellan män och i interaktionen med kvinnor. Studiens syfte var att undersöka hur maskulinitet konstrueras i en institutions sociala praktiker. Det undersöktes genom att söka efter vilka aktiviteter på institutionen som konstruerar maskuliniteter, dvs. vilken betydelse har institutionens sociala praktiker för konstruktionen av maskulinitet? Svaren söktes genom en kvalitativ samtalsintervjuundersökning med fyra respondenter, två personal och två patienter, alla män.

Internet and media have led to companies' operations becoming more visible and transparent to the public during the 21st century. Several notable corporate scandals have led to society placing greater demands on businesses to assume more accountability for their actions. This study aims to examine and develop existing research regarding accountability, by adding dimensions of time and space. More specifically, the study examines the extent to which stakeholders hold corporations accountable after the revelation of an ethical corporate scandal, through a qualitative case study on a pending lawsuit against the Swedish corporation Boliden. Our theory is based on John Roberts' (1991) research presented in the article "The Possibilities of Accountability" and Martin Messner's (2009) research presented in the article "The Limits of Accountability".

This work is a study of subject teachers in social studies and science understand the concept of sustainable development. The work uses a qualitative and a quantitative approach. Teachers in various schools and stages have been answering questions about how they perceive sustainability, how they implement it in teaching and if they feel that school is important for the future of sustainable development at large.The theoretical background is based on environmental ethics as well as the different meanings and definitions of the concept of sustainable development. These theories and definitions are coupled with the empirical results.The study concludes that all teachers throughout the study perceive the concept of sustainable development as something ecological, something that has to do with nature. A few teachers also state economic and social dimensions.Questions about how the teachers in the study implement the concept in their teaching can be seen as three different approaches.

Till följd av att allt fler barn sondmatas har även svårigheterna vid övergång till oralt ätande ökat. Omhändertagandet av dessa barn görs lämpligast i team med exempelvis logoped, dietist, sjuksköterska och läkare. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka hur omhändertagande av barn med ätsvårigheter ser ut med fokus på sondmatning. Datainsamling skedde genom en fokusgruppintervju med vårdpersonal som arbetar med barn med ätsvårigheter. Transkriptionen analyserades, baserad på Grounded Theory, genom meningskodning.
