Syftet med studien var att ta reda pa? hur man kan fra?mja lek fo?r barn med autistiska symptom som bor pa? korttidsboenden. En kvalitativ intervjuunderso?kning gjordes med sex deltagare och analyserades sedan genom en tolkande fenomenologisk analys (IPA). Fyra huvudteman med tillho?rande tva? underteman var valdes ut.

Studien undersökte vilka ledarbeteenden och organisatoriska förutsättningar som upplevs vara viktiga för att ett ledarskap ska kunna skapa hälsa och effektivitet i en arbetsorganisation utifrån både ledare och medarbetarperspektiv. Metoden för studien bestod av gruppintervjuer. Deltagare var nio personal ledare, varav två kvinnor och tio medarbetare, varav tre kvinnor på en svensk tillverkningsindustri och underlaget bestod av fyra gruppintervjuer, varav två med personal ledare och två med medarbetare. Resultatet visade att ledarbeteenden som upplevdes viktiga för att skapa hälsa och effektivitet var tydlighet, regelbundna medarbetarkontakter, lyssnande och personalvård. Organisatoriska förutsättningar som ansågs viktiga var personalgruppens storlek och tid för medarbetarkontakter.

Studiens syfte var att undersöka hur biståndshandläggare och personal på korttidsboende utgår från begreppet anknytning i sitt dagliga arbete med funktionsnedsatta barn där vårdnadshavarna ansökt om insatsen korttidsvistelse i korttidsboende. Uppsatsen syftar också till att undersöka om förutsättningar finns för att ha möjlighet att utgå från anknytning i arbetet. Insatsen beviljas av biståndshandläggare och regleras i Lagen (1993:387) om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade (LSS), 9 § p. 6, korttidsvistelse utanför det egna hemmet. Studiens frågeställningar är: ? Hur tar biståndshandläggare hänsyn till begreppet anknytning vid utredningar och beslut om korttidsvistelse i korttidsboende?? Hur tar personal på korttidsboende hänsyn till begreppet anknytning i det dagliga arbetet?? Vilka möjligheter och svårigheter upplever biståndshandläggare och personal på korttidsboende när de i sitt arbete tar hänsyn till begreppet anknytning?Den tidigare forskningen visar att funktionsnedsatta barn har en lägre grad av trygg anknytning än andra barn.

A tough working climate and the lack of extrinsic motivation at workplaces within health care raise the question of what instead drives employees within this industry. A possible answer to this is Public Service Motivation (PSM) - a type of motivation that is based on the desire to do good for society and its individuals. In order to investigate this further we have performed a qualitative study consisting of ten interviews with people working with institutional care, where the purpose has been to identify the sources of motivation and determine the impact of PSM. The results show that the compassion dimension of PSM appears to be one of the most salient motivational factors. While the rest of the PSM dimensions fail to explain the level of motivation to the same extent as compassion, other factors are recognized, such as relatedness and aspects of the nature of the work itself.

Bakgrund: Natur i vården eller grön terapi innebar att kontakt med natur och växter användes som en kompletterande behandling för att läka och lindra. Naturen påverkade människor med demens. Den hjälpte dem att hålla i gång olika funktioner och färdigheter i kroppen. Syftet: med litteraturöversikten var att belysa naturens effekter för människor med demens och att beskriva implementering av naturen i klinisk verksamhet. Metod: Litteraturöversikt, där åtta kvantitativa och tre kvalitativa artiklar bearbetades och analyserades med innehållsanalys.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka elever som sitter i matrådets uppfattning om sitt inflytande i matrådet. Elever och personal som arbetar med att förbättra mat och måltidsmiljön på en grundskola i södra Sverige har intervjuats. Totalt ingår 18 elever som sitter i matrådet, personal som var högst ansvarig för måltiderna på skolan samt en grupp vid namn Mat och måltidsmiljö, där lärare, måltidspersonal och rektor ingår. Studien är kvalitativ och intervjun med matrådet har genomförts i två fokusgrupper, årskurs 1-6 och 7-9. Resultatet visar att eleverna i matrådet kan påverka skolmåltiden till viss del.

Moderna ledarskapsteorier lyfter fram ledarens utvecklingsbefrämjande funktion och ser flera likheter mellan ledarskap och föräldraskap. Syftet med studien är att konstruera ett ledarskapstest som bygger på Marte Meo-metodens dimensioner för hur man skapar en utvecklingsstödjande dialog. De åtta dimensionerna omtolkades från ett föräldra/barnsammanhang till ett ledare/medarbetarsammanhang. Därefter skapades fem testuppgifter utifrån operationella definitioner av varje dimension. När etthundra testpersoner hade besvarat testet undersöktes varje dimensions reliabilitet med hjälp av Cronbachs alpha.

This thesis is a study of Facebook users? beliefs attitudes and behaviour towards personalised adverts on the site, using Wang & Suns theory about the relationship between beliefs and attitude toward online advertising (ATOA) and the connection between attitude and behaviour. The result, based on qualitative research and interviews, will introduce a deeper understanding and interpretation of users? beliefs, attitudes and behaviour toward personalised adverts. The result showed that people perceive the site?s personal adverts as intrusive and interfering with their personal space and the purpose of the site.

The purpose of this thesis is, through both a quantitative and qualitative study, to map out how the interaction appears between the established parties and the radical right-wing party, the Sweden Democrat?s (SD) and their core issue ? immigration in the Swedish parliament. By applying analytical dimensions on the parliamentary protocols regarding the immigration issue between the years of 2010-2012 this study will get an insight on how the argumentation concerning immigration has developed since their entrance into the Swedish parliament in 2010. The result shows that SD, through the rejection treatment of the established parties, fulfilled the three conditions which accordingly to the study's theoretical framework are crucial for the party's future success. In the established parties? reception of SD regarding immigration, SD is, to a large extent, left unchallenged as the established parties rather focus on integration instead of challenge SD in the immigration issue.

This is a qualitative case study of young womens? experiences of blogging about One Direction on the social media/microblogging platform Tumblr. The aim of this study was to find out what fan blogging is and why fans blog. We did this by creating an account on Tumblr where we invited young women between the ages of 16?29, who had active fan blogs dedicated to One Direction, to answer an open-ended questionnaire.

At the time of the study, there is no law to prevent an employer from doing criminal background checks. Employers for School and childcare have to do criminal background checks before hiring but the background checks have increased significantly in other industries as well. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and explain what interest employers may have in jobseekers history and how it can affect people?s privacy. To do this I have used right dogmatic approach combined with four interviews with different employers to get their perspective on the subject.

The intension of this study is to investigate the interaction between teachers and social workers in two diffrent countys. The study is focused on how teachers act upon suspicions when there are children at risk and what kind of support the teacher gets from social workers. Another importent question is if the teachers know what kind of rules regarding to confidentiality and if it would be better for the pupils if there were no confidentiality.To get answers to my questions, i have interviewed teachers and social workers in both countys.In this study I assume that the power has three dimensions and that there are four levels of interaction.Due to the law about confidentiality the social worker has the power over the teachers. Because the law about confidentiality it is difficult for teachers and social workers to interact.If the teacher want help from social services, she or he must call the social worker because the social worker will not call the teacher. If the social worker want to help the teacher and give her advice, the social worker can do that without breaking confidentiality.

When Sweden acceded to the European Union in 1995 the term social economy was introduced to the Swedish context, gradually replacing the term civil society. This replacement can be seen as an indicator of a changing meaning of what the concept of civil society used to stand for.The aim of this essay is to study if it is possible to identify changing perceptions of the role of civil society for democracy in Sweden in government bills between 2002 and 2008, and, if so, what effect does this have on the delineation between the civil society and the government.An analytical model is proposed consisting of two dimensions which both capture the roles of civil society for democracy and the model examines how those roles relate to the government.The conclusion is that the government still sees the main function of civil society as a democratic school and a change agent for democracy. However, there is strong evidence to suggest that the civil society is increasingly regarded as more of a welfare producer than a fosterer of democracy..

Att äga kunskap om hantering av hot och våld är alltid en värdefull egenskap, speciellt för personal på HVB-hem för utagerande ungdomar. Studien undersöker hur hot och våld definieras, gestaltas, uppstår och hanteras på HVB-hemmen samt hur personal uppfattar hanteringen. Resultatet av sju intervjuer med personal på HVB-hemmen redovisas. Hot och våld är något som är oacceptabelt men vanligt förekommande. Studien visat att hot är vanligare, mer svårdefinierat och oftare förekommande än våld.
