Vårt syfte med denna uppsats är att ta reda på vilka nyckeltal som de undersökta företagen använder och hur de ingår i företagens strategiarbete när det gäller personalbefrämjande åtgärder. Vi har konstaterat att personalbefrämjande åtgärder och nyckeltal ingår i strategiarbetet hos de undersökta företagen. Företagen ser sin personal som en resurs värd att vårda. Vår uppfattning är att det lönar sig att satsa på en frisk och välmående personal som i slutändan ger lönsamhet för företagen.

Syftet med denna undersökning har varit att ge kunskap om hur personal och intagna förhåller sig till, och ser på varandra, på en svensk anstalt med omfattande säkerhets- och kontrollarbete. Distansen mellan personalgruppen och gruppen av intagna har varit en mycket viktig faktor, och de problem som kan uppstå med olika grad av distanstagande har undersökts och analyserats. Undersökningen är av kvalitativ karaktär och deltagande observationer har tillämpats som främsta metod. Två intervjuer med personal i arbetsledande funktion har genomförts för att öka generaliserbarheten samt förståelsen för observerade fenomen. Kommunikationen mellan personal och intagna har utgjort en annan mycket viktig del i studien.

The mission from IKEA of Sweden was to make a further development of their existing trolley in the FRAKTA -serial. IKEA wants that the new product would make the opportunities better for people who don't have cars to carry their goods home easily on the bus, train or walk after their purchase.The report includes a suggestion for a new product that will fit into the existing FRAKTA -serial. The new development product will continue the same standard as the other products in the serial and it will also make it possible for customers to carry their goods home by public transportations..

Studien är kvalitativ med en hermeneutisk utgångspunkt och insamlingsmetoden är semistrukturerade intervjuer. Studiens syfte var att belysa hur personal inom barn- och ungdomspsykiatrin uppfattar självskadebeteende och insatser hos barn och ungdomar samt vilka överväganden de gör vid val av insatser. Frågeställningarna var: hur uppfattar personal inom barn- och ungdomspsykiatrin självskadebeteende, hur uppfattar personalen de insatser som barn- och ungdomspsykiatrin erbjuder barn och ungdomar med självskadebeteende och vilka överväganden gör personal inom barn- och ungdomspsykiatrin i val av insatser till barn och ungdomar med självskadebeteende? Resultatet tolkades med hjälp av Moira von Wrights punktuella och relationella perspektiv. Resultatet visade att självskadebeteende är ett beteende med flera orsaker där ångest och relationsproblem är mest framträdande.

The aim of this paper was to contribute to knowledge about how preschool-teachers work with the development of children?s spoken language in preschool.The study was conducted through interviews with four preschool-teachers working at the same preschool with one to five year old children. Through the interviews I came to learn about the preschool teachers experience concerning their work with development of children?s spoken language.The results show that the preschool teachers used pedagogical tools like songs, movements, rimes, jungles and stories in their work to develop the children?s spoken language. They said that conflicts and exclusion among children in a group could be a result of differences in language skills.

The aim of this study was to examine how heads of unit in charge of personal assistance (PA)for the disabled experience and handle ethical dilemmas and situations within theirworkgroups when The Work Environment Act and The Swedish Act Concerning Support andService for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments collide with each other. The methodof the study was to use semi-structured interviews based around three main topics; the head ofunits opinions about the value and purpose of The Work Environment Act in theadministering and implementation of personal assistance services, the problem solvingprocess and the head of units own individual experiences of ethical dilemmas or workenvironment-related conflicts or situations within their workgroups. Four heads of unit wereinterviewed for this study. The results of this study showed that the interviewed heads of unitexperienced a lack of clear and factual information about how they were meant to solvedilemmas emerging from the two laws conflicting with each other regarding the rights of thecare recipient to layout their personal assistance to their liking, versus the rights of thepersonal assistant to have acceptable working conditions. The heads of unit could not rely onlegislation and/or other specific directive documents when work environment-relatedproblems arose.

Tidigare forskning har visat att den transformativa ledaren är den mest effektiva ledarstilen sett till resultat, effektivitet och tillfredställelse. Den transformativa ledaren arbetar med sin personal genom att influera, inspirera, stimulera och ta individuella hänsyn. Syftet med detta examensarbete är att undersöka hur ledare vid Luleå kommun arbetar med sitt ledarskap, hur de försöker motivera personalen samt vilka effekter de kan se till följd av sitt ledarskap. För att uppnå syftet har tio kvalitativa intervjuer genomförts med ledare anställda av Luleå kommun.

Bakgrund: Högskolan Kristianstad ger sjuksköterskestudenter möjlighet att göra utlandspraktik. Sjuksköterskestudenter som gör utlandspraktik i ett utvecklingsland erfar upplevelser som påverkar studentens framtida profession, internationella perspektiv, personliga och intellektuella utveckling. Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva sjuksköterskestudenters upplevelser av att göra utlandspraktik i ett utvecklingsland som Sri Lanka. Metod: En kvalitativ empirisk studie genomfördes som grundades på subjektiva dagboksanteckningar i berättelseform. Datainsamlingen har analyserats med kvalitativ innehållsanalys.

This master?s thesis deals with the development of the Swedish library catalogue. The thesis primarily has two purposes. Firstly, it describes how the Swedish library catalogue has developed from its first appearance until today. As the Swedish library sector is very extensive the authors have chosen a few catalogues which they have studied more thoroughly.

This study investigates if, and in that case, how design theory is applied in practice in the web development field. Prior research has focused on methods used in the web development field. We wanted to study the designers role in a web design process by comparing existing designer roles with design theory literature. We did qualitative interviews with two practitioners at two different communication agencies in northern Sweden. Based on our qualitative data and literature review we have concluded that a designer has to devote a lot of energy on requirements engineering in order to develop a clear understanding of the design situation..

Statistics indicate an increase in online shopping. This indication could result in the loss of safety factors for the customer, for example the possibility to physically examine the product, interact with professional store personnel and try the product before purchase ? factors which all could support the customer in her choice of company and product. The purpose of this study is to increase the theoretical knowledge regarding strategies in the area of trust-development between customers and companies. We have chosen to investigate what strategies web based companies apply and how they are perceived by their customers.

Fairtrade is a certification of products that has grown from the criticism of conventional trade. By increasing the focus on the producers? economic and social conditions, poverty can be fought and the producers? voice in the marketplace can be strengthened. Fairtrade City is a certification for municipalities who wish to engage in ethical consumption. The purpose of this thesis is to understand the Fairtrade City concept and how this can be a tool for working towards sustainable development. To be more concise, we want to answer the following questions: Why does Örebro municipality work with the Fairtrade City certification and how can Fairtrade City be used as tool for working towards sustainable development? The thesis is based on qualitative interviews and e-mail interviews with members of the steering committee for Örebro Fairtrade City and on literature studies. We have in our thesis identified Örebro Fairtrade City as a result of 1) that Örebro municipality through Fairtrade City wants to change their surrounding environment by engaging in ethical trade 2) that the surrounding environment effects Örebro municipality through isomorphism regarding its way to deal with sustainable development 3) that the municipality through its work with ethical trade becomes legitimized by their surrounding environment.

During 2009-2010 Sweden participated in an international military operation whose intention, according to the Swedish news media, was to fight Somali pirates. The purpose of this thesis is to study various decisions and documents behind the Swedish efforts, both military and foreign aid, regarding the matter of Somali pirates during the years 2009-2010 and analyze the results using an interpretation of the security-development-nexus-theory. The method used is text analysis based on the hermeneutic idea of understanding and interpretation.The thesis studies the international resolutions and national decisions that lead to the military operations in the Gulf of Aden and also the international strategies and national approaches regarding Sweden's assistance in the development of Somalia. The theoretical section contains an interpretation of the vast security-development-nexus-theory. The concepts of security and development are first presented separately and then collectively in terms of military security, societal security, economic security, regime security and human security.

Syftet med denna studie var att studera hur personal på gruppbostad upplever brukarnas sexuella behov och relationer. För att belysa syftet tog vi hjälp av frågeställningar som hur diskuterar/informerar personal om sexualitet med brukarna? Och hur ser personalgruppernas syn ut gällande brukarnas sexuella behov och relationer? Under vår studie har vi undersökt hur personalen har bemött och besvarat brukarnas behov och frågor om deras sexuella behov och relationer. Ämnet människor med utvecklingsstörning och deras sexualitet är ett tabubelagt område som behöver lyftas fram och se sexualiteten som en del av människans liv oavsett handikapp eller inte. Personalgruppen har en betydelsefull roll för brukarna i deras vardag och därför bör de ha brukarnas intresse i fokus för att undvika passivisering.

It is important to work with economic, social and ecological dimensions in order to reach sustainable development. Furthermore, these dimensions are supposed to work opon together. Green Flag´s aim is to process these dimensions in the thematic work in preschool, where children are involved. The aim of this study is to find out how certificated Green flag preschools work with the three dimensions in the education of sustainable development practically and how the children participate in this work. I have used a qualitative semi-structured interview to find out preschool teachers´ thoughts and opinions about how they work with sustainable development and how they make the children involved.
