The background to this report is the author?s ambition to understand individuals? work situation, how it?s formed in interaction between the individual and factors in the work-setting. Such an ambition is well in line with the concept of Human-Technology-Organization (HTO), a cross-scientific approach that puts a system-oriented perspective on how human, technolog-ical and organizational factors interact within work systems.The aim of this report was to explore managers? work-situation and generate an understanding of it from an HTO-perspective by using an organizational model as a framework for an interview guide and to analyze the work situation from an HTO-perspective following the ques-tions at issue:1. How does the managers experience their work situation?2.

The purpose of this thesis is to show how a good approach can be designed, focusing on the southern approach to the Swedish town Vilhelmina. Prior to the car being part of everyday life, the approach was a road where the town showed itself from the very best side. When the amount of traffic increased, so did noise and other disturbances, and as a consequence industrial areas replaced the residential buildnings at the approaches. Today, the pendulum is turning back and in recent years the approach is regarded as a place to introduce the town. The approach is also the place where cars should slow down from the speed of the main road to the speed of the city.

Hälso- och sjukvården är en stor och komplex organisation med många professioner och yrkesgrupper bundna till sig. För att skapa en patientcentrerad vård krävs att dessa samarbetar i interprofessionella team. Syftet var att öka kunskapen om hur interprofessionellt arbetssätt kan utvecklas inom hälso- och sjukvården. En litteraturstudie genomfördes med 17 vetenskapliga artiklar som granskades, analyserades och sammanställdes. Resultatet visade att interprofessionellt arbetssätt kunde utvecklas inom hälso- och sjukvården genom studenters och verksam personals interprofessionella lärande och med hjälp av flera metoder.

A multi professional team use different professional skills to a specific target. The people in the team complement each other to achieve the best performance possible. Professional identity is a mix between the professional and personal identity. Social identities, like professional identity, is a product of social categorization and social comparison. The purpose of this study was to examine how increased cooperation in cross-disciplinary teams has affected the professional identity of home care staff.

Vi har studerat samspelet i gruppbostaden för att se hur samspelet gestaltar sig. I huvudsak har vi studerat samspelet i gemensamhetsutrymmet mellan de boende och personal. Gemensamhetsutrymmet är en mötesplats för gemenskap men mötet kan också uppfattas som påtvingat. De personer som bor tillsammans i gruppbostaden har inte valt att bo gemensamt utan de bor i en gruppbostad på grund av att de har en lindrig utvecklingstörning och är i behov av stöd av perso-nal. Vi har funnit att samspelet styrs på makronivå utifrån den rådande handikapp-politiken och organisationens tankar.

The aim of this study has been to investigate Swedish youth?s conceptions about pornography and sexuality through a gender and power perspective. The questions of issue were the following: 1. Does youth reflect about gender and sexuality concerning pornography? a) Does any norms appear concerning consumption of pornography and sexuality?b) Is any kind of power structure related to gender recognized concerning pornography? c) Does youth think that pornography effects the conception of gender and sexuality? If so, how?2. Are there any differences between how girls and boys reflect about the questions of issue above?The used research method has been qualitative individual semi-structured interviews with eight students totally, four girls and four boys, all in the ages of 16-18. The study has a hermeneutical and abductive approach.The result shows that the respondents recognize both positive and negative influences from pornography.

Uppsatsen handlar om hur användningen av bemanningsföretag ser ut i två stora företag i livsmedelsbranschen samt varför dessa företag använder sig av inhyrd arbetskraft. En bakgrund med information om bemanningsbranschen presenteras för att ge läsaren en inblick i ämnet. Uppsatsen är baserad på en litteraturstudie och en kvalitativ undersökning i form två intervjuer som komplement. Empirin har analyserats med hjälp av teorin och genom studien har vi kommit fram till att de två livsmedelsföretagen använder sig av olika bemanningsföretag beroende på vad de levererar i relation till pris samt hur kommunikation med bemanningsföretagen fungerar. Slutsatser är att de mest förekommande anledningarna till att företagen använder sig av bemanningsföretag är snabbhet och flexibilitet.

In 1975 the Indian president Indira Gandhi proclaimed the emergency period which would go on until 1977. Under this time approximately 8 million men and women were sterilized in the name of family planning. Many of them did not volunteer. This was not just an Indian con- cern because the family planning program was largely funded by international aid. This thesis is concerned with political mobilization and the construction of a collective andsocial identity. The main purpose of the study is theoretical which emphasize their interaction.In order to do this I study the two phenomenons by seeing them as cases of each other. Wecannot understand one of the two phenomenons without taking into account the other as well.In addition, the secondary aim of my thesis is empirical. I use the political transformationduring the 70th and 80th on the eastern seaboard of Nicaragua to relate my theoretical analysisof political mobilization and the construction of identities. The aim of this essay is to try to gain understanding and to get a more profound knowledge of suicide. The questions at issue were 1) What empirical factors are mentioned in the research as possible to explain suicide. 2) Which theoretical perspectives are discussed in research concerning suicide. To answer our questions at issue we carried out a selective research overview with a qualitative perspective. The primary documents that has been the foundation of this essay is constituted by nine of the leading researchers publications in the area of suicidology.

Syftet med arbetetär att undersöka om det finns möjligheter för barn och elever att få redskap för att hantera konflikter på ett konstruktivt sätt.Idéenbygger på att elever genom kommunikation kan förutse en konflikt och då hanteradetta på ett konstruktivt sätt.Vidare ärsyftetatt undersöka hur det ser ut på fritidshem vad gäller pedagogers förmåga att förmedla detta. Genom intervjuer ochenkäterkartläggshur pedagoger ser på konflikthanteringoch vilken utbildning de har i detta.Resultatet visaratt pedagoger som är trygga i sin profession vad gäller konflikthantering inte upplever konflikter som negativa, de vet hur de ska agera för att hjälpa elever att själv hantera situationer där de behöver komma överens. Resultatet visar även att lärarutbildningarän så längeberör dessa områden alldeles för lite, samtidigt som det är varje enhets eller pedagogs ansvar att fortbilda siginom områdena kommunikation och konflikthantering.

The purpose of this study has been to compare teachers' differing methods of teaching mathematics and their perspectives on the learning process in a municipal school to a Waldorf school. The study has examined which approach best promotes student engagement and learning in mathematics in the first three years of schooling. The study is based on four interviews. The informants? accounts are interpreted using theories from previous research.
