Kvinnors upplevelser av bemötande vid endometrios: En litteraturstudie
Att leva med endometrios innebär att leva med en kronisk sjukdom med svår smärta. Syftet med den här litteraturstudien var att beskriva kvinnors upplevelse av bemötande vid endometrios. Tio vetenskapliga artiklar granskades och analyserades med hjälp av en kvalitativ innehållsanalys med manifest ansats vilket resulterade i tre slutkategorier: Att bli ignorerad och ifrågasatt, att uppleva okunskap från personal inom hälso- och sjukvård samt att smärtan ses som menstruationssmärta och inte tas på allvar. Resultatet visade att kvinnor med endometrios kände sig misstrodda och avvisade av personal inom hälso- och sjukvården och omgivningen. Några kvinnor beskrev att deras partner hade varit det största stödet när det gällde de känslomässiga påfrestningarna som sjukdomen innebar.
Revisorsassistentens socialiseringsprocess : En kvalitativ studie om socialisering och identifiering inom en revisionsbyrå i Örebro
Purpose: This paper aims to describe the socialization process that audit associates experience within an auditing firm that is included in the Big 4-sphere. Our purpose is also to describe which attributes that characterize the organizational identity, and how these attributes are reflected in the self-image of the associates. Furthermore, we seek to explain how the socialization process has influenced the organizational identification. This subject is of interest since the business of auditing is facing higher demands from regulators and politicians, due to the bankruptcy of HQ-bank among others during the financial crisis in the beginning of the 21st century. Earlier research claims that the socialization process of recruits, especially in the initial state of the employment, has a major impact on their future values and attitudes in their job performance.
Stödjande insatser till studenter med psykisk ohälsa : -en intervjustudie med yrkesprofessionella inom Studenthälsor
Aim: The aim of this study was to examine health professionals´ experiences of giving advice regarding sleep to parents of infants and to perform and evaluate an intervention in the form of introducing information about the sleep of infants.Method: The study was designed as an intervention study with a qualitative approach where data was collected from two focus groups in the form of interviews. The intervention consisted of the information material Sugen på sömn. There were five participants whom three of them participated in the second interview. The interviews were processed by content analysis.Results: Health professionals´ experience of giving advice on sleep was summarized in three themes. The experiences of giving advice in interaction with parents, health professional themselves experienced the power to influence the parents with the advice they gave, while the parents' previous experience and knowledge impacted on how the advice came into practice.

Purpose:To concretize the various factors on students' theses that are perceived valuable and can contribute to corporate profitability. In our investigation, we want to strengthen the understanding of a "win-win-situation" of cooperation between students and businesses.Methodology:In this study, we have chosen a qualitative approach in which five personal interviews with various organizations that are active in a knowledge intensive industry. A semi-structured questionnaire was used in our interviews.Theory:Our theoretical framework has two broad areas. Introductory chapter is based on theories of research development in Sweden with theories that emphasize the value of collaboration and knowledge. The second chapter deals with a theoretical outlook on value and how this can be applied in marketing.Conclusion:The study shows a diversity of values within three broad categories.
Vi är alla brickor i ett spel : Hantering av kvarvarande personal efter en organisationsförändring
I dagsläget hör förändringar i organisationer till vanligheten. Den rådande lågkonjunkturen har bidragit till att allt fler organisationer har fått rationalisera sina verksamheter, där uppsägningar av personal även är vanligt förekommande. Då dessa uppsägningar kräver omfattande personalstrategier att hantera för den berörda personalen, syftar denna studie till att undersöka hur den kvarvarande personalen hanteras och påverkas i och med organisationsförändringen. Utifrån våra frågeställningar vill vi med studien kartlägga den kvarvarande personalens situation.Studiens resultat visar på att den kvarvarande personalen inte hanterasts utifrån specifika strategier under dessa förändringar, dock fanns stödsamtal tillgängliga men dessa utnyttjades inte. Kompetensöverföringen från uppsagd personal till kvarvarande, skedde mestadels genom praktiskt samarbete.

K2-regelverket : En empirisk studie om varför företag inte väljer att tillämpa BFNAR 2008:1.
Purpose: The purpose with this empirical study is to investigate how many companies have chosen to apply the K2 framework and see why the remaining companies have chosen not to.Methodology: A choice of a quantitative approach has been applied to collect information and create a foundation for the problem. Furthermore a qualitative approach has been selected to cover the remains.Theoretical perspective: This section contains a presentation of the agency theory, the institutional theory, the k-project and a comparison of K2 and the existing regulation.Results: Three out of 143 companies applies BFNAR 2008:1. 13 out of 143 companies use self-generated intangible fixed assets. Out of 29 contacted companies only three know about K2. The 29 companies are from various lines of business within an area.Conclusion: The conclusion of our research is that the majority of the companies did not reject to use the K2 regulations.
Barn som söker negativ uppmärksamhet : En intervjustudie om ett av förskollärarens pedagogiska dilemman
The purpose of this qualitative interview study was to examine which approach experienced pre-school teachers have on children that seek negative attention. The study contains five informants in a city in the middle of Sweden and they all have at least 10 years of experience after their diploma from a pre-school teachers? program. The questions I aimed to answer were the following: How did the pre-school teachers define the expression ?negative attention?? What approach did they have on children that seek negative attention? What effects do the childrens? seeking of negative attention generate on their self-esteem and sense of security? How possible do the pre-school teachers feel it is to achieve the goals of the pre-schools? curricula that every child should get their needs respected and met, when they work with children that seek negative attention? The results showed that the teachers think of them as resources in the group and that they need to think of the environment around these children both at home and at the pre-school to better meet their needs.
Äldreriktat tal på boenden för äldre : Förekomst och karaktäristik
Äldreriktat tal avser kommunikationsanpassningar gentemot äldre liknande de som görs till små barn. Anpassningarna sker inom flera språkliga domäner och är en del av äldres kommunikativa miljö. Ämnet är relativt outforskat och få eller inga studier har gjorts i Sverige. Föreliggande studies syfte var att undersöka eventuell förekomst av äldreriktat tal, samt beskriva dess karakteristika då personal på olika typer av boenden för äldre samtalar med en äldre.Deltagare är fem personer som arbetar på olika former av boenden för äldre. Samtal mellan personal och äldre samt samtal mellan personal och en kollega spelades in och grovtranskriberades.
Introduktion av personal i tjänsteföretag
Bakgrund: Det skapas betydligt fler arbetstillfällen inom tjänstesektorn än industrisektorn. Traditionellt har de knappa resurserna inom produktionsindustrin utgjorts av kapital samtidigt som det ej varit något större problem att hitta kompetens och personal. Detta har dock förändrats och i de nya konsultföretagen har kompetensen blivit företagets knappa resurs. I och med att förmågan att ta till vara på personalens kompetens blir allt viktigare får rekrytering och anpassning av den nya personalen ökad betydelse. Kan de nyanställdas introduktion göras på ett bra sätt minskar risken för dåligt resursutnyttjande.

En kvalitativ intervjuunderso?kning gjordes med sex deltagare och analyserades sedan genom en tolkande fenomenologisk analys (IPA). Fyra huvudteman med tillho?rande tva? underteman var valdes ut.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze how small and medium-sized management consulting firms in Sweden work with human resource management during digital transformation. By interviewing companies, this study explores their approach to attracting, recruiting, and developing competence. The results showed that management consulting firms have good access to candidates, made possible by having a strong corporate culture and attractive working conditions - Crucial parts for attracting talent. Social media and networking are frequently used for marketing and attracting interesting candidates. Digital tools and social media showed to be useful during the recruitment process, but personal contacts and networking still play a central role.

Myndigheter i förändring - En analys av organisationsförändringar i Skatteverket och Statistiska centralbyrån
The aim of this thesis is to study why Swedish authorities do organizational changes. Two organizations are analyzed; The Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) and the National Statistics Office of Sweden (Statistiska centralbyrån). A qualitative method, consisting mainly of interviews with key officials, is employed to study two aspects of organizational change: first, the main reasons for changing the organization and, second, how the process that preceded the actual change was carried out. Furthermore, two different theoretical perspectives are used to construct a basis for the analysis. One of the perspectives assumes a social constructivist approach, while the other is rationalistic inspired.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how key performance indicators are
being used as performance management tools within the production industry.
Specifically the purpose is to investigate how the KPI:s within the
telecommunications industry drives reusability regarding production test
systems.
This thesis will also highlight today?s cost models and suggest improvements of
the KPI and what new ones could be introduced.
A case study at Ericsson AB has been performed.
