Bakgrund: Bakgrunden bygger på tre vårdvetenskapliga begrepp. Livsvärld, subjektiv kropp och vårdrelation. Den innefattar även fakta om sjukdomen ALS, amyotrofisk lateral skleros, en obotlig neurologisk sjukdom som gör att musklerna förtvinar. Livsvärld är den verklighet som vi dagligen lever i och ständigt, om än omedvetet, tar för givet. Människan lever i världen genom sin subjektiva kropp.

Den här studien handlar om olika diskurser kring genitala ingrepp på personer som upplever att de har en annan könsidentitet än den juridiska könstillhörigheten, och vill genomföra en juridisk könsändring. Syftet med uppsatsen var att genom analyser av dessa diskurser försöka förstå hur genitalierna är kopplade till den sociala konstruktionen av kön och genus. Intervjuer har gjorts med personer som finns med i utrednings- och beslutsprocess eller har verkställighetsfunktion som berör de genitala ingreppen. Det har inneburit psykiatriker, kirurger och jurister. Intervjuer har även gjorts med föreningsrepresentanter för transsexuella, före detta transsexuella och transpersoner.

Den tidigare friska människan blir plötsligt beroende av främmande människor och tvingas sätta sinlit till deras professionella kompetens. Patienter som kommer till akutmottagningen uppleverextrem oro, smärta och många även rädsla över att dö. Akutsjukvård bygger på ett triagesystem,som syftar till att den som har det största och mest akuta behovet av vård ska få företräde, vilketinnebär att ickeakuta patienter får vänta. Den anställde bär ansvaret för att bemötandet blir gott,oavsett hur patienten beter sig. Syftet var att beskriva hur patienter upplever vårdpersonalensbemötande på somatisk akutmottagning, för att vårdpersonal ska få en större förståelse för hurpatienter upplever deras bemötande.

Introduction: Reversal of a temporary loop-ileostomy is the final step after a long treatment for rectalcancer, an event that the patient has been looking forward to for a long time. Studies have shown that patients often have a significant impact on the bowel function after reversal of the stoma.Aim: To describe how the patient experienced the first time at home after reversal of a temporary loop-ileostomy due to rectalcancer. Method: Qualitative semi-structured interviews, with 15-20 patients who have undergone reversal of a temporary loop-ileostomy due to rectal cancer, will be conducted. The interviewes will be analysed using qualitative content analysis according to Graneheim & Lundman (2004). The patients will be recruited from the colorectal unit at Sahlgrenska University hospital/Östra and from the surgical unit at Kungälvs hospital.

Det stod klart att patientensrelation till dennes anhöriga påverkade patientens hälsa.

The process is predominantly perceived as positive, especially education tends to strengthen self-identity. Work in general is regarded as important for a person's identity and new career changes are expected in the future..

The purpose of this study is to hightlight experiences of living in a relationship where BDSM is being exercised. The acronym is an umbrella term for bondage/discipline, dominance/submission and sadomasochism. The study is based on qualitative interviews with five persons who define themselves as BDSM practitioners. The overall questions of this study are: How does the BDSM practice appear in everyday life? How did the practice start and how has it developed over time? What's included in the sexual BDSM practice? The empirical material has been analyzed with interactionism as the theoritical framework. The picture that emerges is complex.

Målet med examensarbetet är att utveckla ett grafiskt gränssnitt som markant underlättar användandet av mobiltelefoner för synsvaga personer. Examensarbetet gjordes i samarbete med företaget The Astonishing Tribe (TAT) i Malmö. TAT designar och utvecklar grafiska gränssnitt för mobiltelefoner. I dagsläget finns det ett flertal olika hjälpmedel till mobiltelefoner för synsvaga personer. Det finns även specialutvecklade mobiltelefoner som främst vänder sig till äldre men som även kan tänkas hjälpa synsvaga personer.

A right recruitment is about having a good recruitment process which will support the right decision when choosing new employees. The purpose of this thesis is to do an analysis on three recruitment companies recruitment process and show the significance of the recruitment process for hiring the right person for the right position. The information for this paper has been collected through interviews and literature which concerns this subject.

I takt med att sjukdomen progredierar kr?vs mycket omsorg, vilket oftast sker i hemmen av de n?rst?ende. Det medf?r utmaningar och hinder i vardagen, vilket g?r att anh?riga, en s?rbar och utsatt grupp av individer kommer vara i behov av st?d.

Huvudsyftet med denna uppsats är att analysera begreppet ekonomisk verksamhet i mervärdesskattehänseende och att utreda vid vilken grad av aktivitet en sådan verksamhet uppkommer samt vilka objektiva omständigheter som kännetecknar begreppet .Ekonomisk verksamhet är ett av de mest grundläggande begreppen inom mervärdesskatteområdet och mervärdesskattedirektivet. Begreppet är av väsentlig betydelse vid bedömningen av huruvida någon utgör en beskattningsbar person och ska vara underkastad mervärdesbeskattning. Definitionen återfinns i artikel 9 i mervärdesskattedirektivet. Med ekonomisk verksamhet  avses sådan verksamhet som bedrivs av en producent, en handlare eller en tjänsteleverantör. Här inbegrips både gruvdrift och jordbruksverksamhet samt verksamheter inom fria och därmed likställda yrken.

In the pilot study for a biography, some of the methodological and/or theoretical problems facing the anthropologist and biographer are discussed.The empirical section is based on a number of interviews I made with my grandmother over the period 1995-2001. I have come across inconsistencies in the material when rendering a historical event. Furthermore, the material makes me reflect on how the biographer or anthropologist is able to handle or interpret that she and the subject/informant has a different attitude to metaphors and how the metaphors can change over time, space and interpretation.The essay begins with a summary review of some of the central social and behavioural scientific theories that can be related to the individual and the biography.There then follows an in-depth discussion based on Paul Ricoeur's philosophy that says that your identity is created in relation to how you look at your history and future at the present time. Identities are created in an interaction between the field we are currently in, the cultural capital that includes gestures, mannerisms, symbols, our language and the area of interpretation the field allows in the culture. Consequently, the biography is also a representation that is created in time and space and between the subject and the person rendering the subject.The biography or ethnography is transient and is of necessity a historiography.Ricoeur talks about the living metaphor.

This thesis investigates the underlying factors behind sexual risk-taking and non-risk-taking behavior with regard to Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) among adolescents in Lusaka, Zambia. The Qualitative Approach was used for data collection and analysis and using the theory of Social Construction, the author explains how different contexts and aspects in the Zambian Society, that is Traditional, Socio-economic, Political, etc., influence the sexuality or sexual behavior of young people in Zambia. Hermeneutics was used to interpret the meanings in the texts/transcripts acquired through data collection and from the author?s knowledge and understanding of the Zambian historical and cultural contexts within which the participants of the research were constructed. Max Weber?s Ideal Type concept was also used to explain that each young individual?s sexual behavior is uniquely constructed by societal aspects.

Syftet med vår uppsats var att förstå vikten av förändringar i ledarstilar under ett företags utveckling och hur organisationens struktur förhåller sig till dessa. Vi har genomfört intervjuer på ett företag med ett antal anställda samt ledare. Efter detta har vi kommit fram till att variation i ledarstilar har varit viktiga för företagets framgång. Våra studier visar också på att det inte alltid behöver vara endast en person som innehar ledarrollen, utan att den kan vara delad mellan flera personer.
