Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva och analysera innebörden av företeelserna spam och Permission Marketing via e-post. Vi vill undersöka vad som påverkar konsumenternas uppfattningar om spam och Permission Marketing i praktiken. Uppsatsen är en kvalitativ studie. Insamling av material har skett genom studier av litteratur och artiklar samt kvalitativa intervjuer med studenter vid Lunds Universitet. Våra intervjuer har visat att det inte finns någon klar skiljelinje mellan Permission e-post och spam.

The financial sector includes insurance business, which is a crucial part of the infrastructure in a modern economy. There are different parts to protect within the financial sector which is the reason for a comprehensive inspection. History shows several examples of disasters a mismanaged financial sector can bring. This also affects the society and stability over all. The inspection is conducted by the Swedish inspection of finance, which ensures that the insurance companies follow the law for its practice.

The Swedish Government has decided that Wind power should have a higher contribution to the electricity generation in Sweden. Their goal is that, by 2015, the yearly production by Wind power should generate 10 TWh. In year of 2006, the 760 wind mills in Sweden generated only 0,936 TWh. Despite good wind conditions in a large extend of Sweden's land- and coast areas, the slow rate of new wind mills establishments will likely result in unattainable goals. The major problem for new establishments of wind mills is the extensive and complicated Permission process. An expert group of environmental studies (Expertgruppen för miljöstudier) was commissioned by the Government to make a report concerning the problems with the expansion of wind power in Sweden.

The Swedish rules for marrying in Sweden are different for swedish citizens and foreigners. A swedish citizen has to have Permission from"Länsstyrelsen"to marry before the age of 18 but a foreigner may marry without Permission at an age of 15, unless a higher age is required by the foreign law. The main question in this essay is if the swedish international law concerning the age of marriage is compatible with the Convention on the Rights of the Child and/or the Swedish Constitution. The comparison is based on mainly two questions: Primarily the Swedish international law is discussed concerning which marrying age is good for the child. Thereafter it is discussed whether it is discriminating to have different marrying ages for swedish and foreign citizens.

As organizations are generating more business intelligence in their systems, more employees need access those systems. As a result some sort of Permission management needs to be implemented to ensure the information remain safe. Access Control Matrix (ACM) is one way of managing Permissions and is widely used among organizations. The issues that comes with ACM is that the matrix itself gets difficult to manage and overview as its complexity increases with the number of Permissions. The study utilizes Action Design Research to develop a tool for visualizing Permissions.

The task of making a correct application for B- activities is the foundry time consuming task. Information and facts concerning your entire business activity shall be attached into a description of environmental consequences, which will be the basis for the decision making whether the activities shall be granted a Permission to practise environmentally hazardous actions or not. When the Environmental Act were established 1999, the Permission process became more extensor. With this study I want to give an insight about how these applications are made. The methods I have used to collect information are a study literature where the Environmental Act has been the focus, and qualitative interviews with two County Administrative Board. I used the Environmental Act to understand why Permission is needed and the interviews to give me insight in how the work is done. My conclusion is that it is very unusual that an application is granted without complements.

Bakgrund: Alla, som vårdas inom rättspsykiatrisk vård, har någon form av psykiskt funktionshinder och har också begått ett eller flera brott. Vården regleras av ett antal lagar. I rehabiliteringen ingår utslussning av patienten till öppna vårdformer genom så kallad Permission. Ett antal av de patienter som har Permission återintas emellanåt till slutenvården av olika orsaker. De benämns ibland som svängdörrspatienter.Syfte: Syftet var att belysa olika berörda personalgruppers syn på och erfarenheter av vad som har betydelse för om en patient som vårdas enligt lagen om rättspsykiatrisk vård, lyckas eller misslyckas med sin Permission.Metod: En kvalitativ ansats valdes och två fokusgruppsintervjuer med sex deltagare i varje grupp genomfördes.

Att få ett för tidigt fött barn innebär en stor förändring för de nyblivna föräldrarna. De behöver i den situationen stöd och information i omvårdnaden för att kunna knyta an till sitt barn. Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur föräldrar till för tidigt födda barn upplever övergången mellan neonatalvården till barnhälsovården. Datainsamlingen genomfördes med kvalitativa forskningsintervjuer och analyserades med en kvalitativ tematisk innehållsanalys. Åtta föräldrar som hade vårdats vid en neonatalavdelning deltog i studien.

Syfte ? Att skapa en ny produkt inom kategorin mingelbord, som erbjuder fler användningsområden för att bli mer anpassad för privatpersoner och i hemmamiljö. Att genom en innovativ konstruktion och en kombination av moduliserade- och hantverksdelar skapa en unik produkt på marknaden.Metod ? Grundmetoden för det här arbetet är den första fasen i en produkts liv: produktutvecklingsprocessen; identifiera behovet, planera designprocessen, ta fram kundkraven, utveckla konceptet och till sist utveckla produkten.Resultat ? Designkoncept på ett mingelbord har tagits fram och redovisas i bilder. Dessa bilder är resultatet av en uppmodellering i datorn med hjälp av 3D-progam.

The aim of this study was to describe how the best interest of the child can be constructed in investigations concerning Permission for international adopt, where adequate parenthood is investigated. Qualitative research interviews were used as method. Seven investigators from six different sections of the city of Stockholm were interviewed. The information was analysed on the basis of a sociological approach to law and social constructionism.The result showed that adequate parenthood is a condition in the interest of the child. Adequate parenthood is specified as the parent?s qualities and possibility to care for an adopted child.

During the last year?s Swedish agriculture have had difficult times, with decreasing prices and at the same time increasing production costs, which has led to bad profitability and faith in the future. The dairies in Sweden have also had a rough time and there have been large rationalizations during the years. In the beginning of the 20th century there were almost 1700 diaries in the Swedish countryside. There has been a large technical development during the 20th century resulting in a decrease in diaries to only 46 in the whole country today. They are owned by 15 diary companies, of which 7 large and dominate on the market and the rest are small-scale companies. With this development the confidence and feeling for the diary companies also has decreased.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur samverkan ser ut mellan kommun och landsting vadavser personer som vårdas enligt lag (1991:1129) om rättspsykiatrisk vård (LRV) och skallpermitteras till hemkommunen. Studiens frågeställningar är: (1) Hur sker samverkan mellankommun och landsting innan Permissionen verkställs?(2) Hur sker samverkan mellan kommun och landsting under tiden en person är permitterad?(3) Vilka möjligheter och hinder finns vad avser samverkan mellan kommun och landsting gällande personer som permitterats?Metodvalet är kvalitativt och författarna har genomfört fem intervjuer med nyckelpersonerinom landsting och samverkande kommuner. Den teoretiska utgångspunkten är Danermarkstre primära samverkansbegrepp: organisation, kunskap och regelverk. Resultatet visar attlandstinget har ansvar för vård och behandling och att kommunen har ansvar för boende ochsysselsättning.

AimThe aim of this study is to investigate who can be considered to be the owner of the broadcasting rights on sport events in Sweden. Furthermore our aim is to investigate how the owners can protect their rights.The reason why we are interested in this subject is that there is no legislation in this field. There is no legislation on who the owner is and there are no arena rights that protect the broadcasting rights. We have studied case law and legislation in other countries and tried to apply it to Swedish conditions. We have posed the following questions:Who owns the broadcasting rights on sport events in Sweden?What legal protection does the owners of the broadcasting rights have for their rights?MethodThe study is based on literature studies and interviews.

A qualitative study about collaboration between librarians and nurses in the supplying of consumer health information (CHI) at The Hospital Library of The Mölndal Hospital in Mölndalnear Gothenburg, Sweden.The staff were interviewed about how their work is affected by the collaboration between thetwo occupational groups. The purpose of the study is to find out if there exists a strugglebetween the groups about the influence on and the control over the handling of this kind ofinformation. Despite some problems with the Permission to do as many interviews as needed,the study shows some positive effects with the collaboration. The study gives a short backgroundto the development of CHI services in USA, the UK, Denmark and Sweden. Fourfurther CHI service centres in Sweden are shortly presented and one member of each staffwas interviewed by telephone..

After been told that an ordinary winter service for our combine should cost more than 20000 SEK, not included spare parts, I decided to write this paper about today?s requirement of the workshop on a farm. I think that the lack of proper premises is the reason way not more of the ordinary machinery maintenance or upkeep is performed on the farm. When I did my literature survey I found that the Swedish environmental code, set by the Swedish law regulate how drain or sewer should be built. The environmental code however leaves a lot for your own interpretation. It might not be so bad but it must be very hard for the local environmental office to interpretation the regulations, since they are the ones that gives Permission for the sewer in your workshop.
