In order to increase the independence in everyday life of the elderly population, we have developed a lifting aid for loading in the private car trunk. Independence from outside assistance affects self-esteem in a positive direction and can help increase the quality of life for a large group of individuals. As people age and experience changes in performance, it is important that aids and support is available, particularly to reduce the experience of aging and it?s increasing physical limitations. The aim was to develop a function prototype characterized by simplicity, which facilitates loading of the private cartrunk.The project was conducted at the request of Autoadapt AB, which is one of the leadingactors in car adaptations for individuals with disablilities.

The purpose of this study has been to analyze the image of Strindberg in today's upper secondary school. How is the author portrayed in the textbooks and teaching aids, and which parts of the authorship does the textbook and teaching aids authors choose to focus on?  This work has been implemented in the form of a textbook and teaching aids survey where eight textbooks for the upper secondary school from 1989 to 2008 has been analyzed with focus on the sections that consider Strindberg and his authorships.What emerges when studying these textbooks and teaching aids is that they give a rather synonymous picture of the man and the author Strindberg. Big focus is aimed on private life and the scandals that the author more or less voluntary became a part of. The majority of the textbooks treats matters as ?the misogynist? and ? the critic of society? and the so called Inferno crisis, and also when one discusses the literary works it is done in the light of the author's own life and accomplishments.When it comes to the author's literary production it is a very limited selection that is presented to the students.

En huvudsaklig kunskapsledningsdiskurs har hittats, även en vetenskapsdiskurs och en marknadsdiskurs har hittats som verkar påverka kunskapsledningspraktikernas definition och värdering av kunskapsdelning.Kunskapsdelning framstår från resultaten att definieras som naturligt existerande i alla organisationer med någon social interaktion, men att det krävs näring och styrning för att öka värdet för organisationen..

The end results show that theusage of blog still hasn?t found a permanent way into the classrooms, but has anappeal to and is being used by predominantly younger teachers both, male andfemale, with a positive response from students regardless of gender. I det här projektet analyseras huset Röken, uppe på det Småländska höglandet, en plats med mycket historia. Från 1600-talet då en bräcklig fred gör att huset byggs till då huset moderniseras under mitten av 1900-talet och blir inrett med många möbler från Ab Svenska möbelfabrikerna, som bara låg några kilometer från platsen. Detta leder fram till en undersökning av familjen som äger huset och till Jan Strand, min far, idag den enda permanent boende där. Projektet har mynnat ut i möbeln ?Beach? avsedd att användas då Jan i ensamhet njuter av jazzmusik uppe i sin sons rum..

Det här arbetet undersöker några olika temporära och semi-permanenta översvämningsskydd som tillverkas i Sverige och Norge: Aqua Barrier (pallbarriären), AquaFence (Semi), NOAQ Tubvall och DamLite. Fokus ligger på vilka egenskaper en temporär barriär bör ha, samt dess roll i den totala hanteringen av översvämningar i jämförelse med t.ex. permanenta lösningar och sandsäckar. För att ta reda på detta har jag gjort en litteraturstudie samt ett fåtal intervjuer med anställda på Räddningstjänsten i Karlstad, Arvika kommun och Myndigheten för Samhällsskydd och Beredskap. De egenskaper som nämns av alla och kan identifieras som viktigast är hög dämningshöjd (vid behov), snabb monteringstid och att barriären ska kunna fungera lika bra på olika underlag.

Vår ambition med uppsatsen var att se om det finns ett orsakssamband mellan projekt InPUTs verksamhet och flyktingars förändrade levnadsvillkor efter ett permanent uppehållstillstånd (PUT). Uppsatsen är en kvalitativ studie kombinerad med kvantitativ statistik, under arbetet har vi triangulerat metoderna för att underlätta analysen. Vi har använt en frågeguide med några teman, och samlat in vårt material i en halvstrukturerad intervjuform. Vi har förutom nio flyktingar intervjuat fyra personal från projekt InPUT samt en personal från Rosengrenska Stiftelsen. Uppsatsens ska belysa vilka faktorer som på individ-, grupp-, och samhällsnivå påverkar flyktingars liv samt söka härleda om projekt InPUT är en av framgångsfaktorerna. I uppsatsen ämnar vi även undersöka vad mer som samverkar för att flyktingar skall få en bra tillvaro med goda levnadsvillkor i Sverige. För att kunna göra kopplingar till våra begrepp förändringsprocesser och levnadsvillkor har vi använt oss av teorier från socialt arbete med inriktning mot systemteori.
