Flexibelt lÀrande : en organisatorisk och vuxenpedagogisk utmaning

Den 1 januari 2002 bildades myndigheten "Nationellt centrum för flexibelt lÀrande" i HÀssleholm. Myndighetens bildande innebar att flexibelt lÀrande pÄ allvar etablerades som ett begrepp inom den svenska pedagogiska diskussionen.Syftet med uppsatsen Àr att studera innebörden av begreppet och undersöka hur begreppet etablerades. Arbetet med att undersöka hur begreppet etablerades ledde till, att mitt val av metod blev en textanalys av ett kapitel ur dokumentet SOU 2000:28 "Kunskapsbygget 2000 det livslÄnga lÀrandet" och ett kapitel ur dokumentet Prop. 2000/01:72"Vuxnas lÀrande och utveckling av vuxenutbildningen".Begreppets innebörd har utvecklats frÄn att ha varit en diskussion gÀllande e-learning och/eller distansutbildning till en diskussion gÀllande en vidare innebörd, som innebÀr att flexibilitet ska relateras till individen och mÄlet ska vara att underlÀtta för individen att lÀra och att delta i lÀrande.Det livslÄnga och livsvida lÀrandet innebÀr ett behov för flexibla utbildningsvÀgar. Detta innebÀr att flexibelt lÀrande troligtvis har kommit för att stanna som begrepp inom den svenska pedagogiska diskussionen..

Social isolering. En studie om a?siktspolarisering och normativ press i sociala medier

The purpose of this study was to look for tendencies that social media can contribute to exposing users to a stronger perception of opinion polarization, and further to see if the daily presence of social networking sites can put normative pressure on the users. The study was made using a survey with participants from Umea? University during the time frame of november-december 2014. The theoretical framework behind the study was mainly drawn from The Spiral Of Silence by Elisabeth Noelle-Neumann and was further supplemented with more current research, studying the effects from The Spiral Of Silence in the modern and more fragmented media landscape that exists now then when her theory was written. Further theoretical tools for analysis of the results came from Michel Foucault and his discussions in Discipline and punish, specifically his views on how surveillance can be discontinous in practice, but still permanent in it?s effects.The results of this study indicates that social media users tend to isolate themselves from uncomfortable opinions, and do not follow or read opinions they do not already agree with.

Har du tid? En studie av mellanchefers handlingsutrymme pÄ Tetra Pak Dairy & Beverage Systems AB

Mellanchefer sitter idag pĂ„ en position dĂ€r de Ă€r tvungna att förhĂ„lla sig till ett stort antal faktorer som pĂ„verkar dem i deras arbete. Deras situation passar dĂ€rför alldeles utmĂ€rkt för att undersöka aspekter som har med begreppet handlingsutrymme att göra. Vi har med hjĂ€lp av Tetra Pak Dairy & Beverage Systems AB tagit reda pĂ„ vilka faktorer som pĂ„verkar deras mellanchefers handlingsutrymme. Detta gjordes genom att inledningsvis identifiera ett antal övergripande Ă€mnesomrĂ„den som ansĂ„gs pĂ„verka handlingsutrymmet i hög grad. ÄmnesomrĂ„dena fick sedan ligga till grund för de kvalitativa intervjuer vi anvĂ€nde oss av för att fĂ„ in vĂ„rt empiriska material.

Yttre förÀndringar och inre resor - En empirisk studie om lÀrandet hos deltagare i ett utvecklingsprogram inom Polismyndigheten i SkÄne

Inom Polismyndigheten i SkÄne pÄgÄr ett FörÀndra-program, vilket gÄr ut pÄ att medarbetare som av olika skÀl vill byta arbete har möjligheten att göra det med stöd i detta program. Deltagarna ska Àven fÄ en djupare insikt om sina och andras behov och vÀrderingar. Programmet pÄgÄr under ett Är och innehÄller ett flertal internat, med inriktning pÄ individen, ett mentorskap, samt arbete pÄ olika praktikplatser. VÄrt syfte Àr att analysera konsekvenserna av FörÀndraprogrammet med avseende pÄ individuellt lÀrande. Vi genomförde semistrukturerade intervjuer med nio personer som deltagit i FörÀndraprogrammet.

Relationer som lÀker - En studie om arbetssÀtt pÄ hem för vÄrd eller boende (HVB) för ensamkommande barn

Abstrakt: Antalet ensamkommande barn som anlÀnder till Sverige har ökat kraftigt de senaste Ären. Detta gör att man vid mottagandet av dessa barn mÄste se till att deras behov efterlevs, Àven pÄ lÄng sikt. Det stÀlls i synnerhet krav pÄ de boenden dÀr de flesta av barnen hamnar efter att de fÄr permanent uppehÄllstillstÄnd. I denna studie efterfrÄgas hur personalen arbetar pÄ dessa boenden, och vilka metoder som anvÀnds. I studien har gruppintervjuer samt enkÀter anvÀnts.

"It's a very thick closet!" : En kvalitativ studie om asylsökande hbt-personers erfarenheter av att uttrycka sin sexuella identitet eller könsidentitet

The purpose of this study was to highlight LGBT asylum-seekers experiences of expressing their sexual identity or gender identity in the country of origin and in the asylum process in Sweden. By interviewing people who got permanent residence in Sweden because of gender or sexual orientation in UtlÀnningslagen (2005:716) we have been able to explore their own experiences from expressing themselves. This study analyse these experiences from a social psychological perspective, from this analysis we aimed to obtain a deeper understanding of how the experiences from the country of origin affects on the experiences in the asylum process. This study shows that LGBT asylum-seekers often is facing negative reactions from the environment in the country of origin, these reactions can limit their possibilities to express their sexual identity or gender identity in the asylum process in Sweden. The negative reactions they experience in the country of origin have contributed to that many LGBT people internalize feelings of fear to express themselves, feelings that often stays when they come to Sweden to seek asylum.

Retorik i psykoterapi : Hur en psykoterapeut etablerar sitt ethos

This paper aims to describe and discuss psychotherapy in rhetorical terms; in particular how psychotherapists can use their ethos, or person, as a means for convincing the patient, and subsequently discuss how these insights in turn can be useful for other rhetors.Classical rhetoric is commonly associated with one speaker exercising influence on an audience of many, but modern rhetoric is broader, and includes all situations where someone is attempting, by speech or in writing, to affect anyone, including the rhetor himself. With this broader definition, psychotherapy may also be considered a form of rhetoric. Psychotherapy does, however, highlight the aspect of power distribution, in that it is clear that it is up to the patient to determine whether the rhetoric will achieve its purpose or not, that is, if he will be influenced by it. In psychotherapy, it is also important to differentiate between persuading and convincing: for a permanent change to occur in the patient?s thoughts and actions, the deeper, "internal" form of conviction is necessary for change to take place.When attempting to convince an audience, it is important for the speaker to establish a credible ethos, that is, present a trustworthy persona.

FörutsÀttningar för nykterhet: livslÄngt lÀrande med hjÀlp av De Tolv Stegen.

MÄnga missbrukare blir nyktra efter att ha varit pÄ behandling och/eller sjÀlvhjÀlpsrörelsemöten, sÄsom AA, dÀr de arbetar utifrÄn riktlinjerna De Tolv Stegen. Kunskapen och förstÄelsen av programmet kan ses som ett livslÄngt lÀrande. Tidigare forskning har inte fokuserat pÄ detta samband mellan lÀrande och nykterhet. Kvalitativa intervjuer har gjorts dÀr fem nyktra beroende har berÀttat sin livshistoria och vÀg till en lÄng nykterhet. Resultaten överensstÀmmer med tidigare forskning som visar att vissa insikter Àr fundamentala för nykterhet, sÄsom villighet, kapitulation och öppenhet för förÀndring.

Scrum som arbetsmetod: hur pÄverkas medarbetarnas förutsÀttningar och vilka konsekvenser fÄr det för deras lÀrande och kompetensutveckling? En studie av en implementeringsprocess

Konkurrensen pĂ„ marknaden blir tuffare och tuffare för mĂ„nga företag och för att vara konkurrenskraftig nĂ€r det gĂ€ller kunskap, forskning och utveckling gĂ€ller det att man har en bra lĂ€romiljö för medarbetarna sĂ„ att man kan höja deras kompetens och utnyttja deras fulla potential.En av Ă„tgĂ€rderna som Organisationen har gjort, var att byta arbetssĂ€tt pĂ„ utvecklingsavdelningarna. Det nya arbetssĂ€ttet - Scrum - vill de ha utvĂ€rderad för att kunna veta om det har gett önskad effekt och om det skulle gĂ„ att förbĂ€ttra processen.Syftet med denna studien var att ta reda pĂ„ hur medarbetarna har upplevt implementeringen av ett nytt arbetssĂ€tt, scrum, och hur detta har pĂ„verkat deras förutsĂ€ttningar att lĂ€ra.Jag har anvĂ€nt ett miljöpedagogiskt perspektiv och i huvudsak kvalitativ metod. Vissa inslag av kvantitativ empiri finns ocksĂ„ för att komplettera.Resultatet av studien visade sig vara tudelat. Dels upplever medarbetarna att implementeringen av scrum har gĂ„tt bra och att det fungerar tillfredstĂ€llande. Å andra sidan visar det sig att man inte alltid lever som man lĂ€r och att inte hela scrumprocessen anvĂ€nds i sin helhet eller som det Ă€r tĂ€nkt.

Insatser i skolmiljö för att förhindra och hjÀlpa barn med övervikt

ABSTRACTBackground: People with colorectal cancer undergoing rectum amputation get a permanent colostomy, which affects the social life. It may be valuable for health care what these people experience living with colostomy in order to provide the greatest possible support. Objective: The aim of this study is to describe how people who received a colostomy experience their daily lives and the support they have received from the health services.Method: Qualitative interview study with six people, with a descriptive phenomenological approach.Results: The analysis of the interviews about how it's like to live with a colostomy resulted in three themes: 1) Living with a colostomy gives an uncertainty that affect the social life, 2) Physical and psychological impact of getting a colostomy and 3) Support for health care and relatives.Conclusion: Subjects had a positive attitude towards life, which contributed to that they could adjust to living with a colostomy and feel a meaningfulness of life. The study shows that all the interviewed people overall were satisfied with the information provided by the healthcare personnel. It was good with both oral and written information and very appreciated with repeated information. One aspect that could be improved was the information given aboute the closure of anus during surgery and the following complications.

Hinder och möjligheter för bibehÄllande av beteendeförÀndringar- En kvalitativ studie pÄ en mÄ bra förskola

The purposeof this study was to investigate whether preschool staff who participated in a previous health project retains the good behavior change, and to explore their perceived barriers and opportunities for this. The study was conducted on a "feel good" preschool and the selected population was preschool teachers and/or child minders. The selected method was qualitative, descriptive, and through the interviews the respondents got questions about their behavior changes and their experiences of this. The result of the survey showed that nearly all of the participants in the study had maintained the good behavior changes and most of them had implemented them in their lives. The obstacles that individuals perceived were mainly time constraints and the opportunities they saw were planning, motivation and positive experience.

Finns det en oförmÄga hos skolan att finnas till för alla elever? : En intervjustudie om resursskolan

The aim of this study was to gain a better understanding of resource schools 1 as a human services organization and institution, based on teachers and principals? perspectives. The purpose of resource schools is to provide the students tools and resources to enable them to return to the regular school within two years. The study also aims to examine more closely how this objective applies to the studied resource schools in the studied municipality, as well as highlighting the success factors and barriers that exist to achieve the goal. Previous studies show that this kind of differential practice tends to become a permanent solution.
