Att vara vittne eller målsägande, är en påfrestande process. Att utsättas för brott väcker olika känslor hos den drabbade t.ex. rädsla och ilska. När ett brott polisanmäls startar en lång rättsprocess för att utreda vad som hänt. För att hjälpa vittnen och målsäganden att hantera den jobbiga situationen finns vittnesstödet för att bidra med information och stöd.

I denna uppsats har jag fokuserat på konflikter och lärande. Konflikter är för oss oftast kopplat till något negativt och på så sätt kan det kännas jobbigt att sättas i situationer som känns ohanterbara och obehagliga. Jag har i en litteraturstudie försökt analysera konflikter ur ett mer positivt perspektiv. Mitt syfte har varit att undersöka hur konflikter kan leda till lärande och utveckling. För att studien inte ska bli alltför omfattande har jag valt att begränsa min metod till att enbart analysera befintlig litteratur.

The development for Skanska Commercial Development (SCD) during the last years has been positive on all markets and Skanska therefore plans on expanding their activity. Central and Eastern Europe has had a considerable economic development, what is assessed to continue during the next following years. Bucharest is one possible alternative in the CEE for a new establishment by SCD. However, the investigation before an entry is a process with many factors that need to be taken into consideration. There are today no models on how and what a developer as SCD should evaluate in terms of opportunities and risks on a possible new market.

Bakgrund: Demens a?r ett permanent tillsta?nd som drabbar en stor del av en alltmer a?ldrande befolkning i Sverige. Patienter med demens lider ofta av kommunikationssva?righeter, bristande insikt, aggressivt beteende samt personlighetsfo?ra?ndringar vilket kan upplevas sva?rt att hantera av sa?va?l anho?riga som va?rdpersonal. Forskning har visat att musik kan ha positiv inverkan pa? va?lbefinnandet och anva?ndas i omva?rdnaden.

Många organisationer idag har insett värdet av att styra genom värderingar. Trots seriösa försök är det ändå många som misslyckas. Vi har med denna uppsats haft som syfte att utifrån befintlig litteratur analysera innehållet i och villkoren för tänkbara processer, varigenom gemensamma värderingar kan skapas i en organisation. Vår studie har genomförts som en kvalitativ litteraturstudie. Hela uppsatsen är en analyserande process, vilket gör att ett kort svar på vårt syfte är omöjligt att ge.

The economical and judicial cooperation that EU constitutes results in that there is an increasing amount of international disputes arising. These international disputes in turn result in questions concerning private international law. The principle of mutual trust is not only an important principle in the entire judicial cooperation but especially important in the area of private international law. The principle means that the member states have to trust each other and the different legal systems. The aim of the principle is to ensure a well functioning internal market that is permeated by free circulation and freedom of establishment.

Information technology and globalization has led to an increasing competition and service production has been more and more independent of locations. This has made a market of outsourced telephone costumer service possible. Due to high establishment the market has been saturated and with that price has sunk. Customer companies have the last few years got more negative to outsourcing of their telephone customer service as they through operating the customer service internally want to get closer to their customers.In the empirical study the writers try to figure out which companies the callcenters should try to aim towards to get long and profitable cooperation. This will be done through deducing guiding principles from theories about how different factors around companies costumer service should look like.

The purpose of this master dissertation is to show an example of how to renovate three different parks in an area of national interest in Höganäs, Sweden aiming to deal with their heritage value as well as making them attractive to today?s user. The question formulation can be described as following: How can i as a landscape architect renovate parks with different characters conserving their existing qualities. By studying and documenting the park´s history and current usage and using methods of evaluating a park?s heritage value ( Kulturhistorisk värdering av bebyggelse, Unnerbäck 2002) i could conclude which qualities to conserve and suggest and motivate what features to add or renovate.

The construction industry has not undergone the same logistical development as the manufacturing industry; this, in combination with increased material price, leads to the fact that the construction industry must be improved. This master thesis is a part of the research cooperation Brains & Bricks goal of reducing production costs for the construction sector by 25 percent. Brains & Bricks is a cooperation between Linköping University, Peab and Katrineholms municipality. The master thesis aims to identify improvements in the flow of material, the Supply chain operation reference, SCOR, model has been used and the work has been carried out on one of Peab?s construction sites. At present the business is characterized by bad communication both between the construction site and the office as well as between the construction site and suppliers.

Polismyndigheten har som organisation genomgått stora förändringar. För att möta dessa förändringar startade Polismyndigheten i Skåne 1997 ett arbetsrotationsprogram, vilket i kombination med andra kompetensutvecklings-åtgärder syftade till att skapa en lärande organisation. Tanken var att deltagarna i programmet skulle få nya kunskaper och att de skulle sprida sin kunskap och kompetens inom organisationen. Syfte med uppsatsen är att genom en målfri effekt-utvärdering studera vilka effekter som Arbetsrotations-programmet har inneburit för individen och för organisationen. För att besvara syftet har vi med en abduktiv ansats genomfört en kvalitativ empirisk undersökning med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer.

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the work situation for temporary workers within the field of journalism. During the past decade, influential external forces such as commercialization, new technologies and increased competition have brought great changes within the industry. As a result, employers value flexibility of manpower, not least to reduce cost, where the flexible employee is usually leased by the media company from a manpower company. Today it is a normal practice with manpower companies and this way of hourly paid form of employment. Although the temporary worker can sometimes benefit from this kind of employment, there are also significant setbacks like job insecurity.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva en miljörelaterad lärandeprocess, och hur detta yttrar sig i miljöarbetet, då ett miljöledningssystem införs vid en organisation i försäkringsbranschen. Studiens problemområde ligger i hur en organisation är lärande när en planerad förändring ska genomföras och bli till en förhållandevis permanent ändring, detta i samspel med ett dynamiskt och innovativt miljöarbete. Forskningsfrågan är: Hur ser den miljörelaterade lärandeprocessen ut vid införandet av ett miljöledningssystem och hur yttrar sig detta i miljöarbetet? En fallstudie ("Single-case study?) har genomförts på ett bolag i Länsförsäkringsgruppen. Tre datainsamlingstekniker har använts: (1) Intervjuer, (2) Dokumentstudier samt (3) Deltagande observation.

Vi har i vårt uppsatsarbete valt att studera de fackligt engagerade arbetsplatsombudens vardag ur ett pedagogiskt perspektiv. Då vår frågeställning är av explorativ art ansåg vi att en kvalitativ ansats var att föredra. Vi har genomfört ett antal semistrukturerade intervjuer med dels utbildningsansvariga vid två regionalavdelningar samt ett antal arbetsplatsombud. Vid genomförandet av intervjuerna åkte vi ut på arbetsplatserna för att underlätta för ombuden. Vi hade gjort en intervjuguide som vi skickade till de ombud som ville förbereda sig.

The municipality of Sandviken is in a state of strong growth. This affects the need for more hotel rooms in Sandviken, in a way that it?s profitable to invest in a new hotel. Sandvikens largest company, the steal industry Sandvik AB, grows just like Sandviken, and have great influence on the need of more hotel rooms. Today there are three hotels placed in Sandviken, and these hotels aren?t enough when the pressure of hotel guests is at its top.The purpose with the project was to analyse the criteria?s that are important for localization of a new hotel in the Sandviken, and to clarify what kind of hotel Sandviken is in need of.

The aim of this study is to elucidate the process in which psychology was separated from philosophy and established itself as a distinct academic discipline in Sweden. I argue that the concept of will, as well as the concepts of thinking and emotion, have a lot to tell us about the rise of academic psychology in Sweden. This is done through an analysis of psychology textbooks, encyclopaedia-articles and academic texts on the themes will and psychology, from around 1800 till 1950.Prior to the establishment of the first chair of psychology in Uppsala 1948, the discipline was above all a part of the philosophical discipline. For psychology to become a science of its own, it was crucial to obtain a position among the empirical sciences. It thus had to distance itself from philosophy, and in particular from metaphysics.
