This is a study with a qualitative approach and a social psychological perspective. Our purpose is to describe and analyze authority officials descriptions of individuals with a social disability and their Perception of how the interaction in the encounter with its implementation. We are interested in how they experience their power as authority representatives. The following issues are highlighted.? How do people in authority describe individuals with a social disability?? What is the authority officials view on the interaction in meetings with individuals with a social disability?? How do authority officials experiencing his or her position of power in relation to the meeting?Our results are based on semi-structured interviews with five persons in authority, which is active in Insurance and Employment Service in Örebro County.

Introduktion: Anmälningar gällande bemötande till patientnämden är inte ovanligt, år 2010rörde ca 33 % av dessa frågor bemötande. Det handlade ofta om kontinuitet, att känna sigifrågasatt, inte lyssnad på eller trodd och om att inte bli behandlad som en individ. Syfte: Syftetmed denna litteraturstudie var att ta reda på möjligheter och svårigheter på vad som är ett gottpatientbemötande, ur ett sjuksköterske-och patientperspektiv. Metod: En litteraturstudie.Resultat: Både sjuksköterska och patient måste vilja skapa en relation med varandra. Att kännaförtroende för varandra och att patienten kände att sjuksköterskan var kompetent, visade sigvara en förutsättning och ledde till att patienten kände trygghet.

Literature and studies exist on how to create services in the best interest of the client or how these services have an impact on individuals. They are however mainly from a social work professional stand point and rarely from how clients would develop and create the services that can imply a life change for them. Especially when working with children under 18 years old issues of agency and age that can result in the disregard of the Convention on the Right of the Child (UNCRC). The target group of this study is therefore youth between the ages of 15 to 17 years old in three cities across Sweden to allow them to voice their opinion and experience of being in treatment. Resulting from that is the aim of this study ? to investigate how an intensive treatment method like Multisystemic Therapy is described from a client?s point of view.

Background: Many authors consider knowledge to be a significant source for competitive advantage. Replicating companies found their competitiveness on an ability to leverage its knowledge base by replicating its business model in new contexts, a process often referred to as the McDonalds approach. Several authors emphasize that an efficient method for knowledge transfer may increase the risk for imitation. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine in an explorative manner how strategies for replicating complex knowledge systems are employed and developed. Furthermore, our ambition is to explore the notion of replication strategy.

Competition for business in today's society is becoming increasingly fierce, which means that they must find a way to differentiate themselves from competitors. Service has become a way to compete. Front-staff competence and ability to offer a good service is a crucial factor when the company's success is being measured.Empowerment in business is used as a tool to create motivation and satisfaction of individuals at work. Companies using empowerment can create the freedom and opportunities for employees to act at their own intelligence and discretion.

Syftet med undersökningen är att beskriva och försöka skapa bättre förståelse för av vad hästen betyder för elever på Naturbruksgymnasiets hästinriktning i relation till deras skolframgång, motivation och emotionella utveckling. Där min intention även har varit att undersöka om det finns något samspel mellan hästen och elevers utveckling till ansvarstagande människor och om det finns något i samvaron med hästarna och i stallmiljön som bidrar till att ungdomar utvecklar en förmåga att göra och uttrycka medvetna etiska ställningstaganden. Uppsatsen knyter an till tidigare forskning och teori, både pedagogisk forskning och forskning kring interaktion häst- människa.Hästen kan vara ett fantastiskt stöd för eleverna i deras emotionella utveckling och genom relationen kan många olika behov, värden, motiv och attityder existera och få utlopp. Informanterna anser dock inte att de har den relation till skolhästen som krävs för att kunna utveckla ett fungerande samspel, eftersom de upplever att det i skolans undervisning saknas grundläggande kunskaper om hästens Perception och kognitiva egenskaper samt ett holistiskt synsätt på lärande. Även brister i kommunikationen lärare emellan och mellan elever och lärare gör att eleverna tappar motivationen.

The Dark Side of the Word-of-Mouse Effect- An experimental study of how negative information in today?s social media can influence consumer Perception As a result of the electronic revolution of information dissemination, social media as a phenomenon has come to play an important part, both in society at large but also when it comes to business and marketing. Nowadays, knowledge and opinions about brands and products are spread by reputation through a wide range of social media platforms, a phenomenon which in the literature is referred to as word-of-mouse or electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM).The purpose of this paper is to investigate how people?s opinions towards a company and its product are affected by negative information in terms of eWOM. Or more precisely, whether or not there is a difference in this effect depending on information content, concerning company values on the one hand and product attributes on the other.This was done in an experimental setting where two groups of respondents were subjected to fictitious information of different types using established social media platforms.

Title: Development and continuity: A new institutional case study of a Danish public library in changeAbstract: The purpose of this master's thesis is to discuss and analyse the relationship between the traditional core values belonging to the institution of the public library, and the development work that takes place at the institution. The thesis also investigates the relationships that influence the development work.By investigating a library that is considered progressive in its development work, our purpose is also to unveil alternative values that compete with the traditional core values. By illustrating the Perception among seven staff members and the director at Aarhus Public Libraries, we want to illuminate the terms for development among public libraries. In addition to our interviews, an activity plan is studied.We base our study on new institutional theory which focuses on norms and values in an organisation. This focus helps us to understand the development work from a comprehensive view.Our study shows that the development work at Aarhus Public Libraries is taking place in a complex environment that consists of several different actors and different interpretationsof the traditional core values of public libraries.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to highlight three preschool teachers and three child nurses? views on the educational work tool pedagogical documentation and Reggio Emilia educational philosophy, often associated with pedagogical documentation. Preschool teachers and child nurses? are all employees under the same pre-school director, and works on three preschools located in the same area. The purpose of the selection of respondents is based on highlighting how far the staff describes the concept of educational documentation, and pedagogy of Reggio Emilia, and how far their statements are consistent with each other or not.Questions: The thesis is based on three questions;How does preschool teachers and child nurses? describe pedagogical documentation?How does preschool teachers and child nurses? describe the Reggio Emilia pedagogical philosophy?If there are differences between the preschool teachers and child nurses?, what could these mean for the pedagogical documentation in preschool?Method: The study is based on empirical data collected through qualitative interviews.

Background: Today, It?s not uncommon that international companies and organizations have a higher turnover than the GDP of developing countries. Consequently, this may suggest that the choices companies make in the context of their business has a great potential to influence the world from an economic, but also from a social and environmental standpoint. Denna uppsats baseras på en undersökning där en jämförelse gjorts mellan serie- och filmformatet. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om kombinationen av bild och ord i serieformat kan användas som informationsbärare för till exempel elektroniska medier. Samt att undersöka vilka faktorer som påverkar användarens upplevelse utifrån en presentation via serie- ochfilmformatet. Frågor som ställs i studien är hur serieformatet upplevs som bärare i kommunikationssyfte, och vilka faktorer som påverkar användarens upplevelse av serie- och filmformatet.För studien valdes en kvalitativ metod i form av semistrukturerade intervjuer. För den jämförelse undersökningen baserades på valdes en instruktionsfilm som visar hur en hjärtstartare fungerar.

SAMMANFATTNINGBakgrund: Kroniskt obstruktiv lungsjukdom (KOL) kännetecknas av andningssvårigheter på grund av obstruktion i luftvägarna. Den dominerade orsaken till utvecklandet av sjukdomen är tobaksrökning. Sjukdomen är obotlig och antal fall som insjuknar ökar i Sverige.
