OHS operations and development are currently being studied at the School of Technology and Health at the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden. One of the industries studied is the home maker service. During the 2010s were such employees one of the most ill groups in Sweden.This master's thesis in occupational environment development and change management focus on examining the special knowledge an OHS and its clients in one home maker service need to strengthen the workers of the industry and find out how the interaction between OHS and home maker service works and how it could be evolved.A qualitative study was conducted in a Swedish city on the basis of an organizational perspective.

Denna undersökning syftar till att diskutera omfattningen av hot mot journalister och beskriva hotens karaktär genom att lyssna till journalisternas egna erfarenheter. Undersökningen är kvalitativ och bygger på semistrukturerade intervjuer med sex verksamma journalister, varav tre har redaktionellt ansvar. Vi har besökt ett antal redaktioner som har erfarenhet av hot och vänt oss till vissa nyckelpersoner. Utifrån syftet har vi formulerat följande frågeställningar:Vilka uttryck tar sig hoten mot lokaltidningsredaktioner och enskilda medarbetare?Finns det en handlingsplan på redaktionerna när medarbetare hotas? Hur ser den i så fall ut?Vad anser de enskilda journalisterna att hot får för konsekvenser för det journalistiska arbetssättet och ? i förlängningen ? även demokratin?Vår forskningsfråga blir således: om, och i så fall varför, journalister på lokaltidningar uppfattar att olika typ av direkta hot mot dem ökat och vilka konsekvenser journalisterna anser att detta kan ha för deras yrkesutövning.Resultatet av studien visar att alla respondenter har fått hot och trakasserier riktade mot sig och/eller redaktionen.

To cope with management issues, prevent errors and handle increased demands on traceability and documentation, the Real Time Location Systems (RTLS) concept is making its way into various parts of agriculture. In sectors outside agriculture, RTLS are already being used successfully to track and locate items through nodes at different levels of accuracy, such as room level or the relative or absolute position. Marklyft är en tävlingsgren inom styrkelyft men används även ofta inom andra idrotter för såväl prestationsökande och skadeförebyggande syfte. Marklyft utförs ofta med stora belastningar som är påfrestande för greppet och för att klara av de stora belastningarna använder sig många av ett mixat grepp. Det är idag okänt hur ett mixat grepp påverkar symmetrin vid utförandet av ett marklyft.Syfte: Syftet var att undersöka om det uppstod skillnader vad gäller asymmetriska rörelser i form av förskjutning av center of pressure (CoP) vid ett mixat grepp jämfört med pronerat under ett marklyft.Metod: Åtta erfarna manliga styrkelyftare deltog i denna studie.

Today, the environmental threat is a global problem and knowledge about that effluent of carbon dioxide have a negative impact on the climate is generally known. A transport system that works well is important for Sweden, but the sector has a negative impact on the environment. Regulation and legislation for increased environmental requirements often meets resistance and fear that the work will be hampered by increased costs for environmental work that can lead to an international decrease in competitiveness. Today most ice rinks in Sweden use secondary refrigeration systems with a solution of calcium chloride and water as secondary refrigerant. Due to the large amount of energy such a system uses more efficient systems would be desired.An earlier study concluded in the possibilities of using carbon dioxide as secondary refrigerant with copper tubes as the loops in the ice rink. Since then 3 ice rink refrigeration systems has been built with carbon dioxide in copper tubes. Excluding the ones being direct involved in those projects there is still very little knowledge about how these system works. This study has been made primarily with the aim of adding to the knowledge concerning availability and cost and secondary to look at possibilities for improvement.A comparison between systems with carbon dioxide, calcium chloride respective ammonium solved in water has been made by using Decision Matrix.

We have in this essay studied the Swedish Hedge Fund Market available for the average Swedish private investor. We have closely looked at the risk measurements that are applicable on the evaluation of Hedge Funds today, and furthermore studied how they are communicated and what they actually contribute with in terms of risk and yield. Our survey attempts to clarify the shortcomings in the communication between the Hedge Fund Managers and their smaller investors. Do they really know where they put their money? The market is rapidly expanding and our goal was to find improved ways to inform about the Hedge Funds risks and opportunities.

Genom åren har det tagits fram möjliga förklarande teoretiska hypoteser till listeffekter, vilka är Efficient Market Hypothesis, Information Signaling Hypothesis, Price Pressure Hypothesis, Imperfect Substitution Hypothesis, Investor Awareness Hypothesis och Liquidity Hypothesis. Olika börser har olika regler för listindelning av företag och indelningen kan ha betydelse för aktiens förutsättningar. För att studera listeffekter genom listförändringar är det en fördel om listeffekten kan studeras i en miljö där det går att kontrollera för ny information.
