SammanfattningSyftet med detta examensarbete var att undersöka hur samt vilka språkstrategier barnen använder i sina sociala interaktioner med andra barn och hur dessa språkstrategier påverkar deras kamratrelationer. För att möjliggöra uppnåendet av syftet studerades barnens interaktioner utifrån tre frågeställningar som fokuserade på barnens språkstrategier för att inbjuda, utesluta eller förhandla med kamrater i lek. Undersökningen bedrevs utifrån det sociokulturella perspektivet, då det verbala språket och interaktion med andra barn ses som nödvändigt för barns lärande och utveckling inom detta perspektiv. Denna studie genomfördes med deltagande observation som metod då barnens handlingar och interaktioner behövde studeras i deras dagliga miljö, som är förskolan. Jag valde deltagande observation som metod eftersom jag ville delta och befinna mig nära barnen i förskolan för att undersöka och skapa mig en bild av barnens verklighet.

Real estate managers work in a hard branch with big competition and skeptical customers. For most people, buying a property is the biggest private purchase of their lives. This puts a big pressure on the real estate agent to make the process run smooth. But how does the customer know which real estate manager to choose? We have researched what effect the real estate managers clothing has on the customers? first impression and how clothing affects customers? choice of real estate agents.To answer our questions we´ve done 13 projective interviews with ten customers and three real estate agents, where we showed four pictures with the same person dressed in different styles.

Today automotive manufacturers are facing a crisis with increased pressure to strengthen their brands. To prevent declining results many automakers have chosen to extend its brand to other industries i.e. various forms of brand extensions. Automotive manufacturers have developed an international strategy for what merchandise to offer. The strategy has received an overall positive response, however, it does not apply well within the Swedish market where merchandise is sold in less quantity than abroad.

This report is an inventory of the street lighting in half of the residential estates owned by Karlstad Bostads AB, a public housing company. The inventory was made to reduce the environmental impact of the street lighting. From the inventory an estimation of the total installed power and the energy consumption was made. The total estimated power of the street lighting was 125 kW and the energy consumption was 500 000 kWh/year with an estimated running time of 4 000 h/year. The dominating source of light was 125 W discharge mercury lamps.

The state of our society is frequently changing. Due to various factors, the pressure of creating a changeable city is high and necessary to adequately supply the needs for its inhabitants. But making these changes and adapt to the fast shifting state of the city is not always physical possible. Young adults and students is a group that often seeks to move to intensely growing city regions. The reason for this is a more promising job market and more attractive educations, but coincidentally the shortage of housing is extremely high in these areas.

Previous studies have shown positive results on the use of music as postoperative pain relief. Quantitative studies have examined the effect of music on rated pain and otherparameters such as anxiety, relaxation and blood-pressure. The purpose of this study was to investigate the expectations and experiences of patients and nurses onimplementing music as postoperative pain relief in an orthopedic unitQualitative design and semi-structured interviews were used to examine expectations and experiences. Five patients and five nurses in the unit were interviewed.Four themes developed during the data-analysis. These themes were ?Expectations on music as postoperative pain relief?, ?Experiences of music as postoperative pain relief?,?Effects of music as postoperative pain relief? and ?Continued implementation of musicas postoperative pain relief?.

Bakgrund Sedan 1800-talet har handhygienens betydelse för att minska smittspridningen mellan patienter i sjukvården varit känd. Idag finns rutiner och föreskrifter för hur sjuksköterskan ska arbeta på ett vårdhygieniskt sätt, för att minska smittspridningen mellan patienterna som sker via sjuksköterskans händer. Vid bristande följsamhet gällande handhygienrutiner ökar risken för vårdrelaterade infektioner, som i sin tur leder till ökat lidande för patienten och ökade kostnader för sjukvården. En tredjedel av vårdrelaterade infektioner går att förebygga. Trots det insjuknar tio procent av patienterna i akutsjukvården i en vårdrelaterad infektion i Sverige.SyfteSyftet var att beskriva följsamheten samt attityder till rutiner kring handhygien hos hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal i slutenvården.MetodArbetet är utformat som en litteraturöversikt med strävan efter systematik.

Bakgrund: Medicinska problem som diabetes typ II innebär kräver högkvalitativ egenvård av en person diagnostiserad med sjukdomen. Egenvården kan påverka och påverkas av hur denne upplever psykosociala faktorer. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa de psykosociala faktorer en person med diabetes typ II upplever. In this examination project I look into what ways upper secondary school students conceive themselves as politically influenced before they voted for the general election of 2010. The purpose is to examine which influences the upper secondary school surroundings and the classes of civic education are contributing with to students before they voted. As a method, I have used personal, semi-structural interviews on eight upper secondary school students who all voted for a party represented in the parliament. I have asked questions about how they believe their parents, the surroundings of their school and the classes of civic education have influenced them. To separate which influences primarily the upper secondary school and the classes of civic educations have had on the students, I have selected two comparison groups of four students in each.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate students' perception of their grades in relation to the grading criteria in physical education. To investigate this used issues: how values and experience rating criteria? How do students their teachers' planning of lessons? How do students grading assessment in physical education and what they believe is important? The method used was a questionnaire with closed questions. The answers were given on a six-point scale, ranging from 1 = "not true" to 6 = "totally agree". In a qualitative analysis of the quantitative material.

To turn the dairy heifers out on pasture is the most natural way for the cattle to get feed. At the same time it is cheap and if it is right treated a feed of high nutritive value. The problem today is to get dairy heifers to grow enough when they are grazing at natural pasture for the entire summer. Therefore, the opinions differ whether pasture is a resource or a problem. The increasing interest of pasture production is due to the fact that you can receive grants for preserving valuable natural assets and cultural landscape elements in the pasture land. A high grazing pressure is necessary to preserve an open landscape and a great variety of species. In the same time the heifers have to supply their nutritive needs in order to grow and be large enough to show heat and be pregnant in right time to calve with a sufficient body size and at an economically right age. This paper includes a literature review on natural pasture, pasture production, and growth of dairy heifers together with own interviews with dairy farmers about their point of view to the pasture husbandry on the farms, how they plan for pasture, look after natural pasture, treatment areas and take care of the calves and heifers. The results indicate that the time it takes and the demanded work are the biggest factors to how and why the farmers do as they do..

This thesis examines information seeking and information needs at the Swedish Government Offices. The Government Offices comprise the Prime Ministers Office, the Government Ministries and the Office for Administrative Affairs. Approximately 4 500 members of staff are employed, of whom around 120 are political appointees. For this study, interviews have been conducted with 15 senior officials and political appointees at the Government Ministries and the Prime Ministers Office. The interviews have been supplemented with literature studies based on user studies research in library and information science.

This paper deals with breaks in upper secondary school. The aim with the study was to study the function of breaks for upper secondary students by investigating students? activities during breaks with the main issues: ?what does the students do during breaks??, ?how do they experience breaks?? and ?What is the relation between breaks and lessons??.A combination of the two complementary methods observation and interview was chosen to study this. The study was executed on an upper secondary school during one month. I have visited the school several times every week and written daily notes over my observations.

Stroke är den vanligaste orsaken till neurologisk funktionsnedsättning hos vuxna. Upp till ca 65 % får någon form av kognitionsnedsättning. Den kognitiva förmågan är avgörande för hur man klarar av att utföra dagliga aktiviteter, delta i sociala sammanhang och för känslan av livskvalitet. Arbetsterapi spelar en viktig roll för rehabilitering och förbättring av ADL-utförande samt delaktighet.Syfte: Att kartlägga arbetsterapeutiska interventioner för personer med kognitiva funktionsnedsättningar efter stroke. Metod: En systematisk litteraturstudie genomfördes med genomsökning av databaserna Amed, Cinahl, Medline och PsycINFO.

Den här rapporten redogör för utveckling, design och sömnadskonstruktion för en sadelpadd. Rapportens ämne valdes för att jag fann det intressant och har själv stort intresse för hästar och produktutveckling. Fokus på rapporten låg på att ta fram en fungerade prototyp som testades av hästägare för att se om en distansväv skulle klara av att vara det stötdämpande och tryckutjämnande materialet i en sadelpadd. Rapporten och utvecklingen av rapporten bygger på en enkätundersökning och några intervjuer med relevanta personer insatta i ämnena sadelpadd och ryggskador hos hästar. Utifrån den insamlade informationen från de intervjuade och de som svarade på enkäten samt tidgare skrivna källor gjordes en studie i hästars uppkomst av ryggbesvär.
