The aim of this study is to examine new interpretations of homosexuality in Islam based on Scott Kugle?s book ?Homosexuality in Islam? and the documentary ?A Jihad for love? by Parvez Sharma. Through a theological perspective, a critical analysis is performed in order to find new interpretations and compare them with each other and with the Islamic legal tradition. Argumentative analysis is also used for both the book and the documentary for this essay.     Both Kugle and Sharma use new interpretations and arguments about love to find space for homosexuality in Islam. The aim of this thesis has been to analyze and interpret several different discourses in Japan and from the findings see how the Ainu people and their existence in Japan have been defined in today's Japan and in who's interest it is to keep it this way. My findings was that the Japanese nation in all channels of society are reinforcing and perpetuating the belief that it constitutes an ethnically homogenous nation and that there exists no ethnic problems in the country. I found that schoolbooks don?t give adequate information about the Ainu people and its history, and the Japanese press is reinforcing the status quo by their selective silence and limited coverage on issues concerning the Ainu. The government has defined and legitimized the problem of Ainu within the framework of culture and tradition.

Title: Eurythmics, and building boats -A study in tacit knowledge.The education of eurhythmics at Malmö Academy of Music, is a program where a major part of the tutoring is oral; very little written information about the method is used. This essay will examine the forms in which the current knowledge base exists, as well as the methods in which this information is transmitted from teacher to student, and in which form the knowledge about the method of eurhythmics is existing. The tools for analysis are the theories on tacit knowledge. Interviews and written surveys are used as qualitative research methods. The content of these interviews and surveys are presented in the results chapter.

I Sverige råder fortfarande boplikt för landshövdingar, vilken avskaffats i alla andra nordiska länder. Den innebär att landshövdingar är tvungna att bo i de fastigheter som anvisas dem av regeringen, vilket i 20 fall av 21 är länsresidens. En förmån på pappret som kan bli kostsam i praktiken. She uses an adequate historical framework, the prosecution of witches in Sweden in the 17th century, well documented in reliable sources.

Syftet med studien var att beskriva verksamma förskollärares uppfattningar om reflektion i den pedagogiska verksamheten. Reflektion framhålls i uppsatsen som en möjlighet till ett riktat och strukturerat fokus och tänkande gentemot lärande. Den pedagogiska dokumentationen benämns som ett gemensamt reflektionsunderlag för att synliggöra, problematisera och kritiskt granska den pedagogiska verksamheten och diskurser i riktning mot barns utveckling och lärande. Studien baserades på kvalitativa intervjuer där fem förskollärares uppfattningar om reflektion beskrevs utifrån tre forskningsfrågor. Resultatet visar en allmän uppfattning av reflektionen där ett fördjupat lärande och kritiskt reflekterande förhållningssätt kan möjliggöras, men som i dagsläget befinner sig på en alltför ytlig nivå.

Syftet med undersökningen var att få en ökad förståelse för biologilärares inställning till sambandet mellan lärande och undervisning av biologi med utomhuspedagogik som pedagogisk metod. Frågor som vi också ställde var vilka faktorer som främjar respektive begränsar användandet av utomhuspedagogik. Undersökningen som var av en kvalitativ karaktär baserades på enkätundersökning med biologilärare på högstadie-, gymnasie- och universitetsnivå. Resultatet av undersökningen visade på att det finns flertalet faktorer som påverkar användandet av utomhuspedagogik. Undersökningen visade även att det finns tre olika typer av biologilärare som använder sig av utomhuspedagogik i olika stor utsträckning.

This study sets out to investigate how the roll of the teacher is constructed in the Swedish Teachers? Unions trade publication. Based on the theory of social constructionism we have used the method of critical discourse analysis to establish dominant trends and patterns in how the roll of teacher is constructed in editorials in Swedish Lärarnas Tidning. We have established that the conflict between a modernist school tradition and a postmodern society has resulted in a dominant, traditional teacher discourse which is being simultaneously challenged by both a market-orientated discourse and a professionalization discourse. Furthermore, we attempt to highlight how these ?ideal? constructions can create problems in terms of identity construction for teachers.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur pedagogerna på förskolan resonerar kring begreppet mångfald samt hur de beskriver att de arbetar med detta i sin verksamhet. Vi valde att göra en kvalitativ studie baserat på åtta intervjuer på två separata förskolor. Resultatet visade att mångfald var ett komplext begrepp som pedagogerna tolkade på olika sätt,  men inte diskuterades inom arbetslaget. Pedagogerna arbetade med mångfald i den dagliga verksamheten där de flesta lyfte barnens likheter och olikheter. Resultatet visade att mångfaldsarbetet utfördes på en daglig basis och att det sällan förekom någon fördjupad aktivitet kring mångfald.

Everything will be done one step at a time and the declaration will change the way the students are being graded, all this for the sake of making the European labour-market moreopened for all of its millions of students.In Växjö this process is in the making, but to adapt to the future demands the school must also change its ways of teaching.To increase its quality the University has put together a procedure of actions to improve the pedagogical working method in all its institutions. In this essay we would like to elucidate how the work with the Bologna process is proceeding within the institution of Mathematics and System Engineering and whatthey do improve their pedagogical teaching. By doing a qualitative case study on the student at the Computer Science Program we wish to find the answers to our questions..

I studien Lärares tankar om skolledare, Sjöstrand-Lorenzatti (2005) var slutsatsen att lärare ville ha tydliga pedagogiska ledare som verkade nära dem i det dagliga arbetet. Denna uppsats är en uppföljning på ovanstående arbete med den skillnaden att frågan nu ställdes till rektorer om deras syn på vad det innebär att vara pedagogiska ledare. Förhållandet mellan rektorers uppdrag som pedagogiska ledare och deras ansvar för verksamheten som helhet med administrativt arbete, personal- och arbetsmiljöansvar diskuteras som en faktor i studien. Att arbeta som rektor i grundskola med bakgrund som förskollärare eller fritidpedagog kan innebära ifrågasättande och legitimitetsproblem i yrkesutövningen. Bakgrundens betydelse var därför ytterligare en intressant faktor att fördjupa inom studiens ram.

The aim with this study was to learn about the experiences of field workers and welfare officers in the field of possible self-harm behavior among young people.Our problem was: Do field workers and welfare officers treat young people with deliberate self-harm differently and - How do field workers and welfare officers describe deliberate self- harm?Our study was conducted through qualitative semistructured interviews with twelve interviewee?s.The result of this study shows that there is a difference in how young people with self-harm behavior are being treated - based on their gender.One possible cause for this result could be the old tradition mindset of viewing boys and girls differently ? and thus, treating them differently when they seek help.Our study shows there is a possibility of treating boys and girls differently ? which shows that we made a thought-provoking point.

Qigong was initiated by the Chinese government in the 1950´s as a domestic medical tradition to be included within a modern scientific framework. During the first decades it became popular among the élite. During the 70´s and 80´s scientific confirmation of the existence of qi contributed to its immense popularity among the population. Charismatic leaders with a traditional background were leading their groups in parks and the movement was booming. In 1992 Falun Gong was established by Li Hongzhi as qigong taken to a higher level.
