That in combination with a tendency that the participation in the elections is getting lower is a problem for the representative and parliamentary political system in Sweden.In order to strengthen the democracy in Sweden and to make the gap between the citizens and the elected smaller there has been some democracy-projects. The purpose of these democracy-projects is to make the political participation by the citizens, between the elections, higher. One of them is ?citizen proposals to the municipality?.The purpose of this essay is to examine this democracy-project in order to see what influences it might have on the local democracy.

Syfte: Mitt syfte är att undersöka vad för erfarenheter de utländska lärarna tagit med sig och hur dessa erfarenheter från hemlandet påverkar deras lärararbete i Sverige. Hur ?översätter? de sina kunskaper och konstruerar sin läraridentitet, vilken roll spelar deras bakgrund i anpassningen till svensk skolkultur? Processen att skapa en läraridentitet och dess roll i ett interkulturellt möte är de frågor som jag skulle vilja fördjupa mig i med detta arbete. Teori: Jag analyserar intervjusvaren med hjälp av Kims teori om interkulturella anpassningen och Goffmans interaktionsteori och teori om stigmatisering. Dessutom, använder jag Baumans teori om ?flytande? samhälle där identitetsskapande är en ständigt pågående process.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to examine and understand how teachers of younger children view the concept of critical evaluation of information and how their interpretations of the concept relate to their teaching. The need for the development of children?s ability to critically evaluate has been emphasized through research as well as the need for collaboration between teachers and librarians in order to help pupil?s process information into knowledgeThe study has a socio-cultural perspective and the material was collected through observations and qualitative interviews with teachers. The results of the study indicate that many teachers experience uncertainty when it comes to the area of critical evaluation and that they do not teach the subject to any substantial extent.

Vi har använt oss av både kvalitativ och kvantitativ data som egenhändigt samlats in men också sekundärdata. Vi har avgränsat oss till PartnerTech i Karlskoga och en av deras produkter.Teori I studien har vi använt oss av tre olika teorier, Total Quality Management, Supply Chain Management och Supply Chain Risk Management.Slutsats Den aktivitet som tveklöst står för den största andelen av den totala ledtiden är materialanskaffning.

The purpose of this development project is to create a model for working with a high school project in Electrical and Energy Program. It should be conducted in a form like companies do according to the goals from The Swedish National Agency for Education. In order to fully perform this we use the concept of Young Entrepreneurship. The model is created according to the new conditions from The National Electrical Safety Board. There is now an exception saying that a student during education is released from the demand of employment that is the normal procedure where you are under supervision from a certified electrician. During the project there has been theoretical and practical examinations in order to clear out the advantages and disadvantages using this model, but also to examine whether it is useful in the future and to what extent it can be used. The result indicates that the model is useful and fulfills the goals from The Swedish National Agency for Education but that the model has its limitations and difficulties.

The RoHS Directive was introduced in order to restrict hazardous substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment, EEE. It currently restricts the use of six hazardous substances/compounds; cadmium, lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBB, and PBDE. The RoHS Directive currently includes category 1-7 and 10 in the categories of EEE listed in Annex 1A to the WEEE-Directive (Waste of EEE). The aim with the report is to investigate and elucidate prospects and obstacles to increase the scope of RoHS. This report mainly considers the inclusion of product categories 8 (Medical Devices) and 9 (Monitoring and Control Instruments).

This thesis studies path generation for industrial robots of six degrees of freedom. A path is defined by connection of simple geometrical objects like arcs and straight lines. About each point at which the objects connect, a region, henceforth called a zone, is defined in which deviation from the defined path is permitted. The zone allows the robot to follow the path at a constant speed, but the acceleration needed may vary. Some means of calculating the zone path as to make the acceleration continuous will be presented.

Based on the assumption that the work of contemporary Swedish poet Helena Eriksson, in various ways elaborates the inseparable relation between body and language, this study aims to investigate how this view of language comes to expression in her poetry. Stepping from a theoretical background of feminist perspectives on the body, as well as recent theories on poetic materiality, the analysis points out how the concepts of aesthetic and/or linguistic materiality, social and technological materiality, and what can be described as the ethical dimension of materiality, all as termed by Jesper Olsson and Fredrik Hertzberg, take on feminist implications in Eriksson?s poetry. Through the theory of feminist anthropologist Vicki Kirby and her account of Derrida?s general view of writing, the study makes use of a deconstructive approach to the later work of Eriksson.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka vad som motiverar arbetslösa deltagare i AMA Arbetsmarknads verksamhet Jobbcentrum att söka ett arbete. Ett annat syfte var också att undersöka om AMA hjälper dessa deltagare att motiveras och kunna återvända till den ordinarie arbetsmarknaden. Tidigare forskning inom området har ofta fokuserat på samband mellan arbetssökarbeteende och de arbetslösas förväntningar på och värderingar av arbete. Motivation sägs vara påverkad utifrån såväl inre som yttre faktorer. Våra teoretiska utgångspunkter har varit Becks teori om risksamhället samt två motivationsteorier, dels en teori om förväntningar och dels en teori om självbestämmande.

 In light of the resent surge in globalization, and the heightened competition that follows as a result of this, there has been an increase in the importance that is placed into understanding buyer behaviour. This increase has been seen since the realization that by building strong customer relationships it is much easier to reach these through the marketing communications that are put in effect. There are also a number of upsides to enlisting the customers at an early stage in product development, such as creating greater value and a stronger sense of involvement.Röhnisch is therefore trying to show a genuine interest in supplying the costumers needs as they adapt and evolve. In order to accomplish this strive towards gaining a deeper understanding into the thoughts and attitudes that precedes the buying behaviour they conduct regular surveys. To complement this, the purpose of this paper will be to determine the actual preferences and buying behaviour of the market segment that Röhnisch has chosen for themselves, and while doing so, keeping an emphasis on loyalty.

The task in this thesis is the steering of one of Saab Bofors Dynamics robots using Sliding Mode Control, a method they never used before. The robot constitutes a system which in addition to perturbations and uncertainties due to modeling imprecision, hold the difficulty of being highly time variant. In order to be able to keep required performance with uncertainties and modeling imprecision present, the use of robust control methods like Sliding Mode Control is necessary. SMC is based on the states of the system being forced to stay on or in the direct vicinity of a hyper plane in the state space which is chosen in a way that gives the system dynamics desired properties. Other advantages with sliding mode are reduced order dynamics on the switching surface and total insensitivity to some uncertainties and perturbations.

Studien undersöker Peter von Möllers agerande inom jordbruksutvecklingen i teori och praktik för åren 1831-1883, en tid som i Sverige sammankopplas med det allra mest intensiva skedet av den agrara revolutionen. Von Möllers egna skrifter utgör grunden för undersökningens jordbruksteoretiska del. Det praktiska jordbruket på von Möllers gods, i Skottorp, har studerats utifrån ett flertal kvantitativa metoder i godsarkivets material. Studien syftar till att beskriva teori och praktik samt finna de sammanlänkande kopplingarna dem emellan. Det ges också jämförande utblickar mot regional och nationell utveckling för samma tid.

Slopandet av revisionsplikten har lett till att små bolag står mellan valet att anlita revisor eller inte. Studiens syfte har varit att utforska hur den upplevda nyttan med revision påverkar valet att anlita revisor eller inte för etablerade och nyetablerade bolag. Undersökningen genomfördes genom en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod vars syfte var att få en djupgående förståelse för vilka faktorer som påverkar valet att anlita eller inte anlita en revisor i etablerade samt nyetablerade bolag. Genom intervjuer har studien undersökt vilka faktorer ägarna i både etablerade och nyetablerade anser påverkar valet att anlita revisor. Studiens teoretiska referensram är baserad på agentteorin, legitimitetsteorin, institutionellateorin samt intressentteorin. Referensramen ligger sedan till grund för insamlingen av empiri och genomförande av analysen.

Uppsatsen handlar om hur det fungerar att tillämpa inlärningsstilar utifrån Dunns lärstilsmodell i skolpraktiken. I uppsatsen lyfts fram hur inlärningsstilarna ses i teori och praktik. Syftet är att ta reda på hur och varför pedagogerna ute i verksamheten arbetar med inlärningsstilarna samt hur eleverna, som undervisas med hjälp av de olika stilarna, egentligen upplever arbetssätten. Resultat av undersökningen har givit konkreta svar som tydligt visar hur inlärningsstilarna, däribland de auditiva, visuella, taktila och kinestetiska inlärningsstilarna tillämpas i undervisningen. Undersökningen visar även att pedagogerna och eleverna är väl medvetna om varför de använder arbetssättet, då det bland annat skapar en motivation eftersom eleverna ges en möjlighet att lära sig efter sin egen förmåga samt då det ger eleverna en chans att lära sig hur de även senare i livet kan lära sig på ett framgångsrikt sätt..
