Syftet med vår uppsats är att bidra med kunskap om IASBs arbete för små och medelstora företag för att utvärdera om svenska småföretag tas i beaktande i IASBs pågående normbildningsprocess gällande SME. Vi har använt oss av en induktiv metod och kvalitativa data. Vi har gjort en fallstudie av IASBs normbildningsprocess rörande SME-projektet. Teorin om normbildningsprocessen har varit vår utgångspunkt vid analysen. Teorin om normbildningsprocessen har vidare utökats med faktorer som politik och kultur.

This case study is an attempt to give empirical support to Georgio Agambens theory, regarding how the exceptions from the constitutional order should be regarded as a constant element in modern societies. The purpose was to investigate if Agambens theory is valid in the Swedish context. The exception, as definied by Agamben, is a reappearing phenomenon, which implies that the constitutional order is fragile. Individuals and groups are transferred into ?homo sacers?, meaning people that is to be regarded as legally naked, and offset from the rest of society.What then is it that make the legal norms fragile? In this thesis I will discuss the causality of moral panic.

Denna undersökning behandlar ämnet medarbetarinvolvering inomtjänsteinnovation och genomfördes på Selma Spa i Sunne.Vi har använt en kvalitativ metod där empirin är uppbyggd av djupgående intervjuer. Studien syftar till att undersöka huruvida frontpersonalen på SelmaSpa är delaktiga i tjänsteinnovationsprocesser på företaget. Fokus kommer att riktas mot huruvida den interna kommunikationen fungerar och påverkar innovationsklimatet på Selma Spa. Teorin i studien har inhämtats via vetenskapliga artiklar och litteratur inom området tjänsteinnovation.Av empiriska skäl så fick frågeställningarna under studiens gång utvidgas, då data visade att frontpersonalen var omedvetna om hur Selma Spas strategi och vision såg ut. Detta påverkar enligt teorin graden av involvering hos frontpersonalen i innovationsprocesser och är därav relevant för denna studie.Analysen visade att den interna kommunikationen på Selma Spa skulle kunna förbättras avsevärt.

Alliansfrihet i fred syftar till neutralitet i krig. Denna mening har genomsyrat den svenska säkerhetspolitiska hållningen sedan Napoleonkrigens dagar. Efter andra världskriget ställdes Sverige inför valet om en fortsatt neutral hållning. Detta ledde till ett halvt sekel av kompromisser och febril politisk aktivitet. Den balansroll som landet fick gjorde att det inte fanns det svängrummet som man ville ha.

This is a comparative study of six public libraries in the city of Gothenburg and its neighbourhood. The main purpose of this master thesis is to describe these libraries relating to a reform in the city council of Gothenburg and its neighbourhood. The comparison deals with a period of ten years, 1990-2000. In order to respond to this I formulated two questions: Are there any differences in the activities of these libraries? Has this reform influenced the librarians in their way of working and if so, why? I have studied relevant literature such as annual reports, investigations and analyses in order to be able to formulate the questions.

In order for companies to be competitive they perform different types of development projects.  Due to globalization a greater focus is added on costs, not least on costs in development projects. Project controllers are involved in development projects in order to review the financial aspects. The authors have examined the role that project controllers hold in respect of two Swedish manufacturers, Volvo CE and Scania CV. The investigation has revolved around three main issues where the authors conducted interviews with controllers that do not work in development projects and project controllers in development projects. The goal of the interviews was to gain a greater understanding of the role of project controllers, how this role will differ from those that do not work in development projects and the difficulties faced by project controllers.

Syfte: Denna uppsats har som huvudsyfte att beskriva vilken betydelse konsumenten upplever att butiksmiljön har för shoppingupplevelsen. Hur förhåller sig den interiöra miljön till konsumenternas upplevelse av atmosfären i en butik? Vad är det som skapar positiva och negativa upplevelser för konsumenterna i butiksmiljön?Metod: Kvalitativ metod med öppna individuella intervjuer och två fokusgrupper.Teori: Teorin tar upp ur olika synvinklar, om vad som påverkar konsumentens shoppingupplevelse. De områden som tas upp i teorin är upplevelserummet, butiksutformning, exponering och designfaktorer.Slutsatser: Slutsatser som kan dras, är att den interiöra miljön påverkar konsumenternas upplevelse av atmosfären i en butik. Detta är någonting som visas tydligt i undersökningen som gjorts.

At the same time the same institutions that support these countries have had another agenda for more unfortunate and less influential countries where nothing has been free and everything been to a price of self-sacrifice in order to get the consent of the IMF and the World Bank. Everything according to the points stated in the so called Washington Consensus.The purpose of this dissertation is to research what impact the Washington Consensus has on the state in terms of power over the market and sovereignty.

The aim with the literature study is to inform about the risks that exists in large dairy farms(with focus on mastitis and hoof health) and to inform about the milk industry in Sweden.Personal comments from two study visits (Nötcenter Viken and Vadsbo Mjölk AB) arelinked together with the literature and forms into a discussion regarding sustainableagriculture versus the milk cow's welfare.The profitability for Sweden's milk farmers have decreased because of the decreased milkprice and current inflation. This leads to an increase in herdsize in order to make a profit.The milk cow herds in Sweden becomes fewer year by year and the herdsize increases. Theincreased herdsize can cause a decrease in the time the farmer spends per animal. This canaffect early disease detection and prolong the animals suffering.Swedish Board of Agriculture published (2008) statistics showing that today's milk cow ismedicated primarily because of two reasons; mastitis or hoof problems. Mastitis is thereason to two thirds of all treatments that are carried out.

In 2011, the Swedish National Agency of Education introduced a new national curriculum including the compulsory school and upper secondary school. The new curriculum has been widely discussed by media and in the schools. This essay aims towards investigating how four History teachers in two upper secondary schools have experienced the introduction to the new curriculum, and whether they believe that the new curriculum has affected their teaching practice. The investigation conducted in this essay is based on four semi-structured interviews with four History teachers who work at two upper secondary schools situated in different towns of Sweden. The results of the investigation indicate that the interviewed teachers have experienced the transitional period between different curricula to have worked well even if it has been time demanding and also has increased their work effort.

Together with NCC and Sweco we measured the air-flow on a semi-detached house in Jönköping. When a pressure measurement is made, the house gets exposed to over- and under pressure. This is done in order to examine the houses climate shell. The climate shell of the semi-detached house we tested exceeded the required air thickness in BBR-2002, hence, measures have to be taken.This report also displays the importance of building air thick houses and what consequences a non air-thick house can have for the ones residing the house. A discussion of different measures is on for the addressed problems with the flow-measurement and the alternative construction-solutions.Furthermore we have described in this report of how to account for the performance of the air pressure, what kind of equipment we used and how we came up with the results.

Due to increasing regulations regarding new diesel vehicles particulate matteremissions the new Scania truck, Scania Euro 6, has been equipped with a particulatefilter. This component effectively stores the particles in the exhaust gas but must becleaned in order to prevent itself from clogging. The filter is cleaned through aprocess named regeneration which is a thermodynamic process in which thetemperature of the filter is raised through fuel supplied to the exhaust gas.The purpose of this thesis is to contribute to the development of improved controlstrategies of the temperature during the regeneration process through thedevelopment of model-based controllers. These controllers are designed in order tohave good performance in stationary as well as automatic regeneration.In order to develop these model-based controllers a model of the system isconstructed. The model is described as a linear thermodynamic grey-box model withflow varying parameters, showing good results in validation.The model provides a simulation environment during the controller design, which isfocused around the development of linear regulators with the exhaust gas mass flowas a scheduling variable whose size determines controllers? mode of operation.

The purpose of this study was to highlight cyber-bullying and its place in today?s schools. Our aim was to research how schools with bullying prevention programs are equipped to handle and take action against cyber-bullying. Furthermore this study focuses on whether or not schools are responsible for cases of cyber-bullying. We also aimed to present teachers? general views and knowledge regarding this phenomenon.

Vårt arbete beskriver hur EN skola arbetar på ett hälsofrämjande arbetssätt. Möjligheterna och eventuella svårigheter med ett hälsofrämjande arbete i skolan kommer att presenteras. Med hjälp av enkäter och intervjuer undersöker vi hur skolledaren, pedagogerna och skolhälsovården ser på sin roll i deras hälsofrämjande arbete. Vår fråga är: Vad betyder begreppet hälsa för skolan och hur omsätts det i praktiken? Världshälsoorganisationen (WHO) inställning till hälsa är inte bara att förhindra sjukdomar och dålig hälsa, utan att förebygga både fysiskt och psykiska hälsa.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to see how technology is presented in different fictional picture books that are available in preschool. Six fictional picture books that have connection to technology in picture and text have been analysed. In order to show how technology can be made visible in fictional picture books, the relation between picture and text has been analysed through a technology perspective. Furthermore, the pictures and the texts have been analysed separately in order to show what they show respectively in terms of technology. The fictional picture book has a potential to be a basis for making technology visible in preschool, which is a step in a new direction.
