It is important to understand the process of appraisal of a business in order to establish its value. The purpose of our thesis is to establish which methods and models are used when evaluating a business and investigate the factors that may affect the value and price tag of a business. We have used a qualitative approach by conducting both indepth interviews and a survey as well as reading literature within the field. The main conslusion in our findings is that the common practice of discounted cash flow is widely used when bestowing a monetary value for a business, and in order to raise the value a well established customer relationship was the single most important factor. As far as lowering the value, the answers were of such a wide spread that a single factor could not be attributed.

Building with volume element is relatively new and has started to increase more and more. The regulations that exist to regulate and determine how the transports of volume elements are to be conducted are diffuse and not very well adjusted to address the issues with transporting volume elements. Today there are a number of instances that a company has to turn to in order to get a somewhat different view, what regulations say and interpret it in order to know what applies and not applies regarding the transportation of volume elements. regulations. AbstractAim: The aim of the study is to analyze ten different columns written by Linda Skugge, in order to see what kind of rhetorical means she uses to get her message across. It is also to examine if, and to what extent, these means are of female nature, and to see what kind of persona Skugge uses in order to be trustworthy.Method: Rhetorical analysis of ten columns written by Linda SkuggeMain results: The study has shown that Skugge´s rhetorical strategies differ from the ones recommended in theories about female speech. Skugge writes with a lot of character and emotionally based arguments, which, according to the theories, is more of a male way of speaking. Today there is an even higher demand on IT-projects success rate compared to a few years ago. IT-projects must be handled more efficiently and result in a more profitable investment. In order to make the handling of IT-projects more efficient and create profitability the developers must have a broad understanding of the IT-projects characteristics and which factors that affect the result of the projects. Changes within IT-projects are often carried out through the development of a system. Since this change is more common when it comes to IT-projects it is important to handle risk and change within these kinds of projects in order to prevent and avoid uncontrolled changes.

Background: Obesity surgery is the only technique that has proved to have a long-lasting effect on weight loss. Operation is not a solution but rather a lifelong involvement for the person. To loose a lot of weight means a big adjustment for both body and mind and the operated person may need support, advice, information and encouragement. Aim: The aim was to describe how a person, operated for obesity, can be supported in order to reach improved health pre- and postoperative. Method: A systematic literature study was made which resulted in 18 scientific articles that have been reviewed.

Vi har i vår studie inriktat oss på att undersöka fastighetsbolag då de genom olika tolkningar av Redovisningsrådets rekommendation nummer 24 har möjlighet att klassificera sina fastigheter som anläggningstillgångar alternativt omsättningstillgångar. Syftet med vår uppsats har varit att förklara varför företag väljer att klassificera sina fastigheter som de gör. De teorier som ligger till grund för vår undersökning är agentteorin, den positiva redovisningsteorin samt den institutionella teorin. Agentteorin och den positiva redovisningsteorin utgår ifrån att aktörer handlar utifrån ett nyttomaximerande perspektiv medan den institutionella teorin förklarar institutioners påverkan på kollektivets beteende. Med utgångspunkt i dessa teorier har vi utvecklat de hypoteser som ligger till grund för våra statistiska tester utifrån vilka vi förklarar varför företag väljer att klassificera sina fastigheter som anläggningstillgångar alternativt omsättningstillgångar.Vår undersökning har utgått ifrån sekundärdata som främst är hämtad ur årsredovisningar.

The research regarding the six day war and the aerial operations named Operation Moked is extensive but there are certain shortcomings in the research that examines both the operation and the principle of surprise.The aim of this paper is to contribute to this research by utilising existing military theories on the principle of surprise in order to identify indicators that are representative of surprise.  These indicators are thereafter used in a study of Operation Moked in order to examine the extent of in which the principle was utilised.The result of this research goes to show that the principle of surprise was utilised in great extent by Israel during Operation Moked..

The purpose with this essay is to find out how aware students are about the environment, andif they believe that their actions can influence the environment. I have used both earlierresearch and questionnaire surveys in order to fulfill the purpose. In earlier research, I haveused research based on materials that are scientific. According to the researchers it isimportant that the children and young people become involved and dedicated to theenvironment and its surrounding world. It is important to listen to the children's thoughts andvisions as they are aware about what happens, but do not reflect on the worst, but hope that itbecomes an improvement in the future.

Vårt syfte var att undersöka hur ungdomar i Angered och Biskopsgården påverkas av den strukturella diskrimineringen med fokus på mediernas makt och skildringar. Vi använde oss av kvalitativa metoder och genomförde sex intervjuer med ungdomar från Angered och Biskopsgården i åldrarna sexton till tjugotvå år. Vi genomförde en meningskoncentrering av vårt intervjumaterial. Intervjumaterialet analyserades med hjälp av begreppet strukturell diskriminering, teorier om avvikande och stämpling som berör Goffmans stigmatiseringsteori och teorin om stämplingsmakt och teorin om identitet. Det som kommer fram i uppsatsen är att ungdomarna anser att medierna skapar en negativ och osann bild av förorterna.

Teachers and special education teachers play a vital role in the creation of a study environment that fosters productivity in students. The current study aims to further expand the knowledge regarding teacher?s perception of common work with developing an optimal study environment within the classroom and the educational institution. In order to achieve this, qualitative interviews have been performed and study results analyzed according Nilholm´s model of the three different perspectives on special education: The critical perspective, the compensatory perspective and the dilemma perspective.The study results show that the concept of order and study environment is not clearly defined among the interviewees. However, the concept appears to presuppose the teacher?s responsibility to create the sense of security and effective study environment to those students who express the wish to educate themselves (Children make the things right only if they have been shown the correct way to do it).

Studien tar sin utgångspunkt i teorin om mental accounting. Vi behandlar för det första kategoriseringen av tillgångar och utgifter i olika konton i det mentala bokföringssystemet. Konkret undersöks huruvida någon skillnad i vilka inkomster eller tillgångar som används till olika typer av utgifter kan påvisas. Kontona som vid operationaliseringen valdes för att beskriva finansieringen av ett köp var ?regelbunden inkomst?, ?plötslig inkomst?, ?sparade pengar? och ?avbetalning?.

Som butikschef vill man få sin personal att arbeta tillsammans som en grupp. Det kan vara svårt att få personalen att arbeta mot samma mål som krävs för att bli ett bra team. Lyckas man att få personalen att arbeta mot samma mål kan detta leda till att arbetsklimatet blir bättre och att personalen mår bra. Vi har varit ute i dagligvarubutiker och undersökt hur personalgrupper i butiker samarbetar och om den fungerar som ett team? Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod och har genomfört individuella intervjuer av personal i dagligvarubutiker.

Hur blir en individ bra på golf? Det är en fråga många vill kunna ha ett svar på, men idagsläget finns inga entydiga svar. Det övergripande syfte med denna studie är att undersöka i vilken utsträckning de träningar som genomförs inom svensk landslagsverksamhet kännetecknas av Deliberate Practice teorin. Studien har gjort en kvalitativ intervjustudie på tränare knutna till Swedish golfteam. Öppna frågor om tränarnas syn på hur en individ utvecklar expertis, samt hur tränarna utför sina träningar har använts.
