Sandvik Wire needed a review of the administrative part of the order fulfillment process and especially the work around packing and the inventory of finished goods. Therefore we acquired the assignment to investigate the administrative part of the order fulfillment process in the company with the purpose to identify potential for improvement. This investigation was performed with focus on the terminal and packing functions. The purpose with the investigation was also to identify critical factors for an efficient order fulfillment process and investigate if information quality is such a factor.Data was collected through interviews and observations on Sandvik Wire. With the help of this data the information and material flows was mapped, the work within terminal and packing, and adjacent functions was investigated.

Bakgrund och problem Fastighetsmarknaden har en betydande roll i ekonomin vilket bevisas genom att fastighetsbolagen, inom den kommersiella marknaden, utgör de största låntagarna hos bankerna. När bankerna drabbas av kreditförluster är det oftast en följd av fastighetsbolagens bristande betalningsförmåga. Fastighetsbolag är generellt högt belånat, och lån ses som ett incitament vars syfte är bland annat signalera marknaden om företagets goda framtidsutsikter. Bolagen strävar efter en balans av finansieringsmedel vilket är förhållandet mellan eget kapital samt lånat kapital, benämnt kapitalstruktur. Enligt Myers (1984) väljer företag i första hand att finansieras av kvarhållna vinster, utifrån vinsterna distribueras utdelningar.

Genom forskning har man kunnat identifiera olika gener som är inblandade vid uttrycket av fjäderdräktens färg och mönster och några av dessa loci är E, C och I.

Bakgrund och Problem: Att starta företag idag kräver kapital, antingen i form av sparade pengar eller genom hjälp av riskkapitalister alternativt företag som lånar ut pengar till privatpersoner som vill starta företag. När nya investeringsmöjligheter därefter skall finansieras uppstår frågan om dessa skall finansieras med internt eller externt kapital. Detta leder in på forskningen om kapitalstruktur, vilket idag är ett väldigt omfattande område. Ett antal tidigare studier presenteras som antyder vilka faktorer som påverkar ett företags val av kapitalstruktur, dessa faktorer kan till exempel vara branschtillhörighet, risk, lönsamhet, tillväxt, tillgångsstruktur och storlek. Att vara ett noterat företag i Sverige ställer krav på företagen, men presenterar även nya möjligheter till finansiering.Syfte: Studiens syfte är att analysera utvalda faktorers påverkan på skuldsättningsgraden hos svenska aktiebolag.

Purpose/Aim: The aim of this paper is to find out how the new media landscape and new communication channels is altering how companies and organizations can reach out with their messages. The aim is also to shine light on the different trends within advertising today and also to discuss the Tivo-effect ie. that consumers are doing whatever possible to avoid advertisements.Material/ Method: I have used a qualitative research method where I have interviewed a number of people working in advertising in Sweden. The paper also includes material from books, article and various websites.Main results: In order for advertising agencies to create successful advertisement and to generate positive associations around a certain brand, it?s crucial that the advertisement is relevant for the target group.

The purpose of this thesis is to provide a better understanding of how dairies use colour, picture and shape in order to influence customers? buying decisions of fruit yoghurt. In order to reach this purpose the research was conducted through case studies of three dairies. In this research three research questions were created with focus on the visual elements colour, picture and shape. The method of data collection was performed through interviews with dairies as well as documentations.

The purpose of this essay is to highlight the conceptions that exist in school towards homosexuality. My overall essay questions are: What rules does the school have to apply concerning homosexuality? What approach do the professors have towards young lesbian women and kind of support is offered to the group? In order to answer these questions I interviewed a professor and a young lesbian female. One of the surveys that has been made, as a normative order, about heterosexuality in the last decade is known as queer theory.One of the theories that in surveys investigates homosexuality as a normative order is known as ?queer theory? and it is the one I decided to use in this essay.Inspired by feminist research, gay and lesbian studies and the poststructuralist theory, the queertheory focuses on some peoples way of organizing sexuality is privileged, sanctioned and is perceived as normal, while others are seen as deviant, abnormal and therefore unwelcome.

The present study aimed to replicate Tversky & Kahneman's' survey of 1981 The Asian Disease Problem. A survey was conducted on the Internet (N = 200). An identical problem was added, yet with The Swine Flu as the disease. This was done to be able to investigate if there are any order effects, and also if it matters whether the mentioned disease is fictional or real. The results show the same results as Tversky & Kahneman already noted; positively and negatively framed problems generate different responses from the participants.

This thesis aims to find a more cost effective model for purchasing and logistics at asmall company. The studied company is a BMX (bicycle motocross) and MTB(mountain bike) retailer. The questions to be answered are: How large parties shouldbe ordered and what mode of transportation is to be used? A literature orientation ofthe field was followed by visits to the company, obtaining information from twodifferent logistics companies and interviews of four other companies in the sameindustry. The study shows that it´s difficult to develop an optimum order quantity fora small company since there often are other factors affecting how large amountshould be ordered.

The purpose of the essay is to investigate how the position of women and girls in society can lead to a valid infringement of the right to privacy (art. 8 ECHR) by allowing the storage of personal data belonging to people who have not been convicted of a crime. The aim with this study is to achieve an increased understanding and knowledge about terrorist groups. The factors that the study come to be focused around is the groups' objectives, their organization, which enemies they have and with which means that they use for there terrorism. In order to respond to this aim the four different terrorist groups, Colombian revolutionary armed forces (FARC), Baskien - our native country and our freedom (ETA), red Army fraction (RAF) and al Qaida is studied.To achieve the aim of this study the methods qualitative text analysis and comparative method is being used. It is designed also within the framework of this study a categorization model that is used as method in order to do a division of the studied groups based on their objective, enemies, organization and means. In this project we have explored digital tools for service management on the bicycle paths of Malmö. This was done through the participation of citizens in order to attempt to discern how such interactions can be eased using a mobile app, as well as how this app can be designed in order to appear trustworthy with user friendly interactions. We have explored this field by using goal-oriented design through interviews, prototyping and user tests. We have created a digital prototype as a possible solution for how the interactions can be done. Throughout the process interviews were held and user tests with selected members of the user group. To explore the concepts we have used paper prototypes in order to establish the design and then defining the interactions with the help of a digital prototype. Finally we have concluded that a general app for bikers in the city would be functional and that a longer study in the effects of such an app would be interesting as a continuation of this work..
