AbstractIn the fall of 2003 a project was started in the Swedish building sector that is called BASTA (the building sectors’ termination of especially harmful substances). The project is operated by the building companies NCC, Skanska, PEAB and JM, the Swedish Building Industry and the Swedish Environmental Institute IVL. The purpose of the project is to create a common environmental assessment system for the entire building industry and with the help of this system phase out the use of especially harmful properties from building products.In a large sense BASTA works like this; On the BASTA web site there is a database, to which a supplier can register the company and the company’s products. Only those products with a substance content that fulfil the demands of the BASTA system, is to be registered. As it is the supplier himself that carries out the registration of the company and the company’s products to the system, the BASTA-organisation annually controls that the companies that are registered in the database, fulfils BASTA’s demands.Since NCC is one of the companies that operates BASTA, BASTA is probably going to be the environmental assessment system that is recommended for the company in the future.

Enligt socialtjänstlagen har kommunen det yttersta ansvaret för de personer som vistas där. Det finns dock personer där det inte är självklart vilken kommun som har det yttersta ansvaret. Studiens syfte har varit att undersöka hur socialtjänstlagen, som reglerar kommunens yttersta ansvar tillämpas samt att undersöka om socialtjänstens handläggning av boendeärenden uppfyller rimliga krav på rättvisa. Använder sig handläggare av samma beslutsmetoder och fattar de i huvudsak samma beslut utifrån givna förutsättningar? Om inte, vilka faktorer är då avgörande för vilket bistånd som beviljas.

Rörelseförvärv som sker i flera steg, så kallade successiva förvärv reglerades tidigare enligtRedovisningsrådets rekommendationer RR 1:00. I samband med införandet av IFRS 2005kom IFRS 3 tillsammans med IAS 27 att ersätta RR 1:00. Emellertid reglerade dessaregelverk tillsammans enbart successiva förvärv då förvärvaren erhåller och inte dåförvärvaren redan innehar bestämmande inflytande. Reglering gällande successiva förvärv avdenna karaktär kommer att behandlas i reviderade IFRS 3R tillsammans med ändrade IAS27R som förväntas ersätta nuvarande regelverk IFRS 3 och IAS 27 under 2009. Det uppstodsåledes en unik situation i redovisningen i väntan på kommande reglering vilket gör attföretagen som utför förvärv av denna karaktär sätts i redovisningssituation utan vägledning.Eftersom nuvarande gällande regelverk inte behandlar successiva förvärv av denna art är detsåledes upp till företagen själva att välja hur de vill redovisa.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka tonåringar och föräldrars uppfattning om vad en bra familj är. Genom kvalitativ metod med en induktiv utgångspunkt har tonåringar och föräldrars beskrivning av ämnet undersökts. 100 deltagare har skriftligt berättat vad en bra familj är för dem. 50 tonåringar har författat en uppsats, 10 av dessa var 18 år och 40 var 13 år. 50 föräldrar, med barn i motsvarande ålder har som en del i en enkät svarat på samma öppna fråga.

Bakgrund och problem: Intäktsredovisning är ett av det viktigaste och svåraste områdenainom redovisning. Speciellt vid entreprenaduppdrag där avtal sträcker sig över långa perioder.Det kan vara svårt att utläsa ett företags prestationer om inte dessa uppdrag redovisassuccessivt med utförandet. Ett projekt mellan IASB och FASB ämnar till att skapa engemensam standard om intäktsredovisning men de har fått kritik och stött på motstånd.Syfte: Studien syftar till att ge en inblick i hur intäktsredovisning av entreprenaduppdrag gårtill i praktiken samt belysa hur några svenska byggföretag ser på detta. Vidare syftar studientill att undersöka hur en förändring av intäktsredovisningen kommer att tas emot aventreprenadbranschen och hur redovisningen påverkas av olika institutionella faktorer.Metod: Sammanlagt nio respondenter har intervjuats. En redovisningschef och enekonomichef på två mindre företag har intervjuats, Tuve Bygg respektive Tommy Byggare.Controllers på tre av de största företagen i branschen har intervjuats, NCC, Peab och JM.

Det finns fyra hörnpelare för gott åldrande: social gemenskap, meningsfull sysselsättning och delaktighet, fysisk aktivitet samt goda matvanor. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att beskriva vad äldre individer upplever bidrar till den egna hälsan och välbefinnandet. Kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med 15 personer över 75 år. Intervjuerna analyserades med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Tre kategorier framkom under det latenta temat ?känsla av att ha tillgång till och kontroll över resurser som gör det möjligt att leva ett fortsatt aktivt och meningsfullt liv som äldre?: ?leva i en bra fysisk miljö?, ?känsla av meningsfullhet? och ?känsla av oberoende?.

Fastighetsmäklarens yrke bygger på bland annat förmågan att värdera en bostad. För att komma fram till ett värde går fastighetsmäklaren igenom en beslut- och prissättningsprocess. Det finns forskning om värdefaktorer, beslut- och prissättningsprocesser men huruvida en fastighetsmäklare tar hänsyn till detta i sin bedömning är begränsad. Syftet med denna studie är att förklara hur en fastighetsmäklares beslut- och prissättningsprocess ser ut och hur detta i sin tur påverkar värderingen på en bostadsrätt.  I den teoretiska referensramen beskrivs motiven som påverkar fastighetsmäklarens värdering i form av beslutsprocesser, prisstrategier och värdefaktorer I denna studie har en kvalitativ metod använts och datainsamlingen valdes att utföras med semistrukturerade intervjuer.

Problembakgrund: Varje år förlorar skatteverket miljarder på byggföretag som smiter undan sin skyldighet att betala skatt. Detta skattefusk drabbar inte enbart skatteverket utan också de seriösa byggföretag som får svårt att konkurrera vad det gäller prisanbud gentemot de oseriösa företagen. Riksdagen har beslutat att införa omvänd momsredovisning i Sverige för byggsektorn från och med den 1 juli 2007. Studiens huvudproblem är: Hur påverkar införandet av omvänd momsredovisning stora och små byggföretag i Sverige vad gäller konkurrens och svartarbete? Hur har denna lagstiftning påverkat konkurrensen och svartarbetet bland byggföretagen i Tyskland där omvänd momsredovisning redan implementerats?Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka reaktionerna på det kommande införandet av omvänd momsredovisning hos byggföretagen i Sverige.
