Tätning av tunnlar med cement mot vattenläckage har gjorts sedan 1800-talet menpå senare år har kraven på tätningseffekten ökat, detta gäller särskilt i stadsområdendå sättningar kan medföra stora skador på byggnader.I många fall finns det kvar inläckage i den utsprängda tunneln trotsförinjekteringen och dräner som att satts upp för att leda bort vattnet. En nyare metodför att reducera det kvarstående droppet är droppsprutning. Då metoden är relativt nyär tätningseffekternas beständighet inte utredda. I detta arbete undersöktsTranebergstunnelns droppsprutningar för att se om metoden fungerar och om desseffekt avtar med tiden. Metoden som användes för undersökningen vardroppkartering av droppsprutningarna en gång i månaden under våren 2014.Resultatet jämfördes sedan med den geologiska karteringen som gjordes 2011 ochett samband mellan svaghetszoner, droppsprutningar och kvarvarande läckagekunde ses.

Syfte: Att identifiera metoder för projektledare att använda motivation för att minimera negativ stress. Metod: Kvalitativa djupintervjuer Slutsatser: Vi har definierat tre metoder som bidrar till att en internaliseringskedja påbörjas. Internalisering ökar den inre motivationen både hos projektledare och hos projektdeltagare och kan bidra till att minska negativ stress. Den första metoden handlar om att utveckla en modell gällande vilken information projektledare behöver från beställare när projekt beställs. Den andra metoden handlar också om behovet av ökad beställarkompetens, och innebär att utbilda beställarna.

Rydaholmsmetoden är en lästräningsmetod för elever med bristande automatisering i avkodningen av ord. Syftet med denna undersökning är att diskutera hur olika lärare arbetar med Rydaholmsmetoden. Utöver detta utreds hur metoden passar för olika elever och vad som är viktigt att tänka på när man arbetar med metoden. I undersökningen har sex lärare intervjuats som alla har erfarenhet av Rydaholmsmetoden. Fyra lärare arbetar på grundskolor i Skåne och två av dem på grundskolor i Småland.

Detta arbete bygger på en utvärdering av Leaderverksamheten i södra Sverige, som min kollega, Annika Jönsson, och jag genomförde under hösten 2013. Utvärderingen beställdes av Leaderområdena i Region Syd, som ville få fram hur metoden fungerat under programperioden 2007-2013. Syftet var att rapporten skulle ligga till grund inför det fortsatta arbetet med att utforma Leaders roll i framtiden. Leader är en av många metoder som bidrar till samhällsutvecklingen på landsbygden inom EU. Metoden har fungerat bra i Region Syd och bidragit till att många nya projekt förverkligats. Leader bidrar bland annat till att gemenskapen i bygden stärks, innovativa idéer föds och att samarbeten över sektorer inleds. Trots sina framgångar skulle metoden kunna förbättras och utvecklas inom vissa områden. Svårigheterna med den offentliga medfinansieringen och likviditetsproblemen hos en del av projekten gör att genomförandet försvåras och projekt läggs ner i förtid.

Sammandrag Syftet med denna studie är att göra en studie av en skolas arbete med ett läsutvecklingsprogram, kallat LUS, efter Bo Sundblads (2001) LäsUtvecklingsSchema, genom att intervjua några deltagande lärare, ledningspersonal samt en projektledare inom kommunen. Syftet är också att få svar på om LUS- metoden är ett bra arbetssätt för att kunna se barns läsutveckling, samt att utvärdera skolans ovan nämnda arbete. Jag har intervjuat personal, ledning och ansvarig projektledare i kommunnämnden om deras arbete med LUS. Resultatet visar att lärarna i stortsätt är nöjda med hur metoden implementeras av skolledning och kommunnämnd. Metoden LUS fungerar bra, när man som lärare vill följa barns läsutveckling.

Uppsatsen behandlar kiwimetoden som läsinlärningsmetod bland elever i årskurs F-2. Kiwimetoden innefattar fyra moment i läsinlärningen; gemensam läsning, vägledd läsning, självständig läsning och högläsning och metoden fokuserar på att samtala kring text. Syftet med undersökningen är bland annat att undersöka vad undervisande pedagoger anser är för- och nackdelarna med kiwimetoden och hur de upplever att eleverna utvecklas i sin läsning med hjälp av metoden. Undersökningsmetoden är intervjuer med fyra pedagoger som har olika mycket erfarenhet av kiwimetoden i läsundervisningen. Resultatet av undersökningen visar att pedagogerna upplever att eleverna tycker det är intressant med läsning och att eleverna läser mycket genom metoden.

Att skatta sannolikheter för extrema händelser är svårt eftersom de sällan inträffaroch underlaget att bygga skattningar utifrån är begränsat. Ofta används skattningsmetodergrundade på asymptotiska resultat från extremvärdesteorin som inte självklart äruppfyllda när man utgår från en verklig datamängd. SammanfattningDetta examensarbete har haft till syfte att ta fram nya metoder för automatiseradtestning och validering av information som skickas över CAN (Controller-Area-Network)i en tung Lastbil. Signalinnehållet realiseras i flertalet komplexa och distribueradesystem. En implementering har gjorts där loggad CAN-trafikdata från en HIL (HardwareIn the Loop) miljö automatiskt analyserats och testats.Testen har genomförts på två nivåer: funktionell och ickefunktionell. Där denickefunktionella delen har testat tidkrav på meddelanden med kompensation förtändningsstörningar. Dessutom har signalinnehållet testats för att finna ogiltigafelflaggor.
