Since the early 1940s in Sweden, subsidies have been a recurring feature in housing politics.Throughout history, these have been used as a management measure to control theconstruction of housing and to promote the Swedish welfare state. Also, if we are going to be able to reach a truly sustainable society it is my belief that there is a need for a more integrated collaboration between different actors. Where the social, economic and ecological values can influence and benefit from each other. The question then is, how can the planning system accommodate that kind of collaboration? Purpose My aim for this thesis has been to study a selection of the theoretical work that exist about collaborative planning.

Authorities, municipalities and county councils have great opportunities to pave the way to a sustainable society. In the public sector, the tax revenue is used and therefore it is important that both employees and societal stakeholders feel that they participate in the sector?s decisions and fields of application. Municipalities and county councils are primarily service organisations. The employees? commitment is necessary to be able to reach set goals, to develop procedures and policies that support the overall political goals, in other words, to be successful in the environmental work.

The political landscape is constantly changing and influenced by outside forces. The strong connection to the traditional media has evolved to include a new important part, social media. A good way for the politics to utilize social media is through their youth associations, whose main purpose is to engage young people and spark their interest in politics. Due to the increasing influence of social media, the politicians, parties and various actors have to adapt to its demands, to be able to gain visibility on these platforms. One way to adapt is to become more entertainment driven, because these platforms are a safespace where people find time to relax and have a good time. With a growing emphasis on simplified, engaging and more fun political massages, political communication has changed its form. This phenomenon is referred to as ?politainment? and encapsulates the merging of politics and entertainment. The purpose of this study is to examine and measure the frequency of politainment in Swedish political youth associations political communications.

When all the votes where counted, the county of Skåne showed an exceptionally high support for the right wing nationalist party Sverigedemokraterna. Why then, did Sverigedemokraterna have a higher support among voters in Skåne (as part of the larger and transnational Öresund region), than among other Swedish voters? My hypothesis is the following: the regional interaction within Öresund has not only had positive effects concerning the values that the people of Skåne hold.

Title: Belting in teaching. A study of views and teaching-procedure.The purpose of this study is to map how the singing teachers at a Swedish college of music describe and implement the vocal technique 'belting' in their curriculum. This study is based on watching and interviewing six different teachers. The theoretical part deals with voice physiology and four different theories surrounding belting. The results show that the descriptions of belting vary between teachers and experts alike.

Symmetrisk Lupoid Onychodystrofi (SLO) är troligen en immunmedierad klosjukdom som kan drabba hundar symmetriskt på alla tassar. Kliniska tecken på SLO är onychomades (klolossning) med återväxt av dystrofa (missformade) klor. Pulpan innehåller nerver och blodkärl, och när klokapseln lossnar lämnas den känsliga pulpan oskyddad vilket ofta leder till mycket smärta och hälta för hunden.

This report is made as a literature review, focusing on the work done to increase understanding of efficiency in the categories of substations and secondary heating systems, with respect to the deviation from the theoretically possible cooling off in the distribution network as well as the economic benefit that appear. The main purpose of a considerable part of the literature used in this report addresses the issue of identifying individual causes of reduced cooling in district heating systems. These literature resources have been compiled and summarized as part of the report.The technology of district heating is associated with benefits such as better use of the energy in a fuel. This is the case of cogeneration plants where serial generation of electricity and thermal energy increases efficiency compared with the parallel generation where heat is generated locally and electricity is generated centrally. Serial generation thus allows for lower primary energy demand.

Entreprenörer har därför en betydande roll för samhället i jakten på nya innovationer och start av nya företag. På samma sätt har även riskkapitalister en lika betydande roll då staten, banker och andra institutioner sällan vågar satsa på nya riskfyllda affärsidéer. För affärsidéer i tidiga faser, som kanske ännu inte blivit företag med intäkter, är Venture Capital-bolag den vanligaste och största form av riskkapitalister som är villiga att ta en sådan investeringssrisk. Affärsidéer i tidiga faser är mycket riskfyllda då det kan vara svårt att förutse marknaden eftersom det ännu inte finns ett företag.

Nyinvesteringar i nötköttsproduktion leder i allmänhet till stora kostnader. Genom att ersätta traditionella byggnader med enklare typer av väderskydd och låta djuren vistas ute vintertid skulle kostnaden kunna minskas. Upptrampad mark och koncentration av gödsel och urin kring utfodringsplatsen, väderskydd och vatten kan dock bli ett problem då köttdjur hålls ute vintertid. Ett flerårigt projekt Animal-Driven Sustainable Beef Production, som finansierades av Mistra, Stiftelsen för miljöstrategisk forskning, genomfördes för att utveckla en ny typ av utedriftsystem. Systemet är mobilt och innebär att djuren vintertid vistas på åkermark som ingår i en växtföljd och att de regelbundet får foder på nya ytor.

According to the EC fuel regulations 2 % bio fuel has to be blended in all fuel by the year 2005, and 5.75 % by the year 2010, which means ethanol for gasoline driven vehicles, so there will be a substantial demand for ethanol. Brazil already has an established industry for producing ethanol and is the leading producer and exporter of fuel ethanol. My purpose with this paper is to investigate why Brazil decided to develop ethanol production on a large-scale operation and to find out today?s situation. Focus will mainly be on ethanol production with sugarcane as a feedstock.

HSB Göteborg owns and manages the property Masthugget 11:13 also called the Corvette in Gothenburg. The Corvette contains mostly office space but also shops, homes and garages. HSB Göteborg utilizes approximately 5000 square meters to its headquarters but in December 2014 they will move operations to Johanneberg Science Park. The risk of an increased proportion of vacancies in combination with relatively low rents and other tenant terminations allows HSB to ask for a future plan for how the real estate should be developed in order to remain profitable.Through studies of the area, urban office prospects, property current status and legal and economic conditions have different potential types of businesses been evaluated. Kraven på att landstingen ska erbjuda hög servicekvalitet inom vården ökar ständigt och det finns för närvarande områden, som bemötande och tillgänglighet, att förbättra. Samtidigt är en ny trend inom denna bransch att tilldela enheter inom den större organisationen mer inflytande över dess egen arbetssituation och styrsätt. En styrform som blivit allt vanligare i Västerbotten är intraprenad, vilken medger större befogenheter för personalen och ska främja intraprenöriellt arbete inom organisationen. Ökat intraprenörskap inom organisationer har visat sig ha en positiv effekt på bland annat servicekvalitet, vilket är centralt för hur vårdtagare upplever besök vid hälsocentraler. Med denna bakgrund och ett intresse för entreprenörskap samt servicekvalitet utgick studien från följande problemformulering.Hur påverkar hälsocentralers styrform vårdtagarens upplevda servicekvalitet?Studiens syfte var att skapa förståelse för hur olika styrformer påverkar den upplevda servicekvaliteten genom att undersöka skillnader och likheter mellan en intraprenad och en traditionellt driven hälsocentral ur ett servicekvalitetsperspektiv.Ett delsyfte var att visa vilka åldersgrupper och vilken könstillhörighet som inverkar mest på resultatet samt ge vissa rekommendationer för hur hälsocentralerna kan förbättra servicekvaliteten.Studiens ansats är deduktiv och baseras på den teoretiska referensramen innefattande teoretiska resonemang vilka bland annat behandlar entreprenörskap, intraprenörskap och servicekvalitet.

Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att få en bättre kunskap om hur en kundvärdesorienterad affärsidé och strategi realiseras inom en multinationell verkstadskoncern, hur olika personer inom koncernen tolkar begreppet kundvärde och vilka de primära drivkrafter antas vara som lett valet av en kundvärdesorienterad strategi. Det är också att undersöka vilken roll IS/IT, enligt våra informanter, har haft i den strategiska förändringen. Vi har genomfört undersökningen i form av en fallstudie på Sandvik AB, och det är framförallt genom intervjuer vi har insamlat empiriska datat. I en koncern av Sandviks storlek, med tre så vitt skilda affärsområden kan man diskutera om det överhuvudtaget är rimligt att tro att alla skall kunna enas runt en gemensam affärsidé. Vi tror att kundvärdestanken som sådan är på god väg att bli en generisk del i alla företags affärer.
