I Sverige dör de flesta människor på någon form av institution, vilket innebär att palliativ vård är en del av det vardagliga vårdarbetet. Studiens syfte var att belysa vårdarens möte med vuxna patienter med fokus på vårdarens omvårdnadskvaliteter i palliativ vård. Metoden som användes var litteraturstudie. Resultatet visar att mötet i palliativ vård utvecklas mest positivt om vårdaren har ett professionellt förhållningssätt och om relationen är tillitsfull. Det professionella förhållningssättet genomsyras av vårdarens empati, intresse för patienten och kommunikation mellan vårdare och patient, både verbal och icke-verbal.

Sjuksköterskor har en nyckelroll i samband med läkemedelshantering. Det är en betydelsefull arbetsuppgift där det finns risk för misstag. Syftet var att beskriva faktorer som sjuksköterskan kan använda för att skapa en säker läkemedelshantering. Metoden var en litteraturstudie där 16 vetenskapliga artiklar, kvantitativa och kvalitativa, sammanställdes. Resultatet visade att fungerande kommunikation och samarbete i organisationen är faktorer som är av vikt för att åstadkomma en säker läkemedelshantering.

PurposeThe purpose of this study has been to investigate the documentation process following the guiding principles of the Quality Norms for Fall Prevention concerning fall risk assessment, risk identification, fall preventive measures, information and the making of an individual care plan.MethodThis study is a quantitative, descriptive and retrospective journal review study. There were 100 journals examine the existing documentation concerning fall risk assessment of patients who received treatment in geriatric patient care. The sample was consecutively.ResultsThe results showed that fall risk assessment was documented in 79 of 100 examined journals. 56 (71 %) of the fall risk assessments were made within 24 hours. In 59 of 100 journals the patient, relatives or former caretakers was asked whether the patient had had a fall within the last year, and in 61 of 100 journals it was documented that the nursing staff had made an assessment that the patient was going to have a fall during his or her length of stay if no preventive measures were set in.The majority of fall risk factors and fall preventive measures were documented within the areas of walking and transfer. It was documented that the patient was informed of fall risk, fall risk factors and fall preventive measures in 15 of 100 journals.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur tvåspråkiga elevers kommunikation under två olika laborationer såg ut, hur laborationsuppgiftens utformning påverkade dessa elevers kommunikation och även hur laborationerna kunde ge eleverna möjlighet till reflektion runt innehållet. Elever i årskurs 7 observerades och spelades in på band vid två skilda laborationstillfällen. Intervjuer utfördes efter det sista laborationstillfället. Undersökningen tyder på att elevernas kommunikation och möjligheter till reflektion i stor utsträckning påverkas av laborationens utformning och innehåll..

Bakgrund: Människor med funktionsnedsättning rapporterar i högre grad missnöje med omvårdnad och sjukvårdspersonalens förståelse för deras funktionsnedsättning. Många funktionsnedsättningar medför också kommunikationsnedsättningar vilket bidrar till svårigheter i vårdsammanhang. Då kommunikationen inte fungerar mellan patient och sjukvårdspersonal är det svårt att skapa en vårdrelation.Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva erfarenheter av kommunikationen mellan sjukvårdspersonal och patienter med komplexa kommunikationsbehov [CCN].Metod: Studien är en litteraturöversikt där vetenskapliga artiklar har granskats. Till resultatet har nio artiklar analyserats och teman har identifierats.Resultat: Fyra teman som är kopplade till svårigheter med att kommunicera med människor med CCN lyfts fram i resultatet. Dessa teman är; kunskapsbrist, tid, anhörigvårdare och vårdrelation.Diskussion: Resultatet diskuteras utifrån syftet med stöd i ytterligare studier.

In the year of 2009 the conditions for managing primary healthcare in the region of Västra Götalandchanged. Along with thisdecision a new market for private health careproviders was established, which resulted inincreasedcompetition between the providers.In order to manage the competition, the health care providers arenow forced to be more efficient in their operations andalso to beeven more focused on their patients.Backa Läkarhusgruppen is an example of a private healthcare provider in the region of Västra Götaland.In the same way it is also an example of anorganizationin need of analysing their operations to seehowit can be further optimized to meet patient needs and expectations.The aim of this study is to analyse Backa Läkarhusgruppen?s organization and its operationsin the hopeoffinding suggestions whichwill improve the patient flow.To allocate and solve the problems thatBacka Läkarhus suffer from,an approach inspired by Lean Healthcare is used throughout the report.Some of themost significant problems that were identified within the organization are:?The synchronization of demand and capacity is inadequate.?Absence of standardized routines.?Absence of present leadership.To be able to improve the patient flow Backa Läkarhus needs to handle these identified problem areas.By synchronizing the staffing level in relation to the trends in demand a reduction in the patient?swaiting times and throughput time will be possible. Creating clear responsibilities and routines for thestaff will contribute to a higher degree of patient focus and thus lead to a more efficient patient flow.

Denna studie är en kvalitativ undersökning om personalchefers uppfattningar om kommunikation och ledarskap. Undersökningens syfte var att undersöka, beskriva och analysera personalansvariga chefers uppfattningar kring kommunikativa aspekter av ledarskap. Datamaterialet samlades in genom åtta stycken semistrukturerade intervjuer samt tidigare forskning. Undersökningens slutsatser handlade i stort om att det finns liknande åsikter bland chefer huruvida ledarskap är ett mandat och chefskap en titel. Kommunikation används för att ge medarbetare medbestämmande.

Föreliggande arbete inriktar sig på kommunikation mellan sångare och medmusiker i ensemblesammanhang utifrån det multimodala och designteoretiska perspektivets syn på kommunikation och lärandeförutsättningar. Med hjälp av videoobservationer av min egen kommunikation i en ensemble på högskolenivå har jag analyserat fram vilka olika semiotiska resurser som används samt intentionerna bakom dem. Resultatet visar att kommunikationen ensemblemedlemmarna emellan tillkommer först efter en tid in i lärandeprocessen och att det, för egen del, är sången som verkar som den främsta kommunikatören i det här sammanhanget.  Dynamik, tydlighet och lekfullhet skvallrar om säkerhet eller osäkerhet i form och melodi samt fungerar som en vägledning om var jag befinner mig i lärandeprocessen. I diskussionen tar jag bland annat upp hur den första ensemblelektionen byggs upp i enighet med det multimodala perspektivets syn på bra lärandeförutsättningar samt vad kroppsspråk har för betydelse för kommunikation i ensemblesammanhang. .

AbstractAbout 160 000 persons living inSwedensuffer from some form of dementia. Alzheimer disease is the most common form of dementia and affects mostly people in the age of 65 and older. People with some form of dementia have memory problems and may even have other problems as aphasia and behavioral disorders. This may lead to communication problems and difficulties for the people around them. The number of demented people is increasing; it is therefore important to study methods for communication in order to improve the wellbeing for people with dementia.
