Bakgrund. Smittsamma sjukdomar har i alla tider har framkallat rÀdsla och fördomar. NÀr vÄrdaren möter patienter med smittsamma sjukdomar mÄste de kunna ge trygg vÄrd som grundar sig pÄ teoretisk och praktisk kunskap. I dag möter vÄrdaren mÄnga patienter som bÀr pÄ smittsamma sjukdomar, nya och tidigare kÀnda, upplevelserna skiljer sig Ät beroende pÄ hur mycket kunskap de har om sjukdomen. Syfte.

Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att belysa bemötandets innebörd utifrÄn bÄde patient och sjuksköterskeperspektiv. Metod: Studien genomfördes som en litteraturstudie dÀr materialet inhÀmtades genom sökning av vetenskapliga artiklar i sökmotorn ELIN och i databaserna CINAHL, EBSCO och Elsevier. Artiklar som ansÄgs besvara studiens syfte och frÄgestÀllningar kvalitetsgranskades enligt modifierade granskningsmallar av Forsberg och Wengström (2003) och Willman, Stoltz och Bahtsevani (2006) och resultatet baserades pÄ 11 stycken kvalitativa studiers samt en studie med mixed method. Resultatet: I analysen av artiklarna framkom olika faktorer som samtliga innefattade bemötandes innebörd. Dessa faktorer presenterades som fyra huvudteman: Vikten av att skapa en god vÄrdrelation mellan sjuksköterska och patient, VÄrdrelation ur ett patientperspektiv, VÄrdrelation ur ett sjuksköterskeperspektiv och Kommunikation mellan sjuksköterska och patient.

Tidigare forskning har dock visat att sjuksköterskans sÀtt att bemöta patienten inte alltid stÀmmer överens med patientens behov. Sjuksköterskan bÀr ansvaret för att vÄrdrelationen ska bli sÄ bra som möjligt och dÀrför mÄste kÀnnedomen om patientens behov och önskemÄl finnas. Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa vad som vÀrdesattes i den vÄrdande relationen mellan sjuksköterska och patient vid palliativ vÄrd. Metod: En kvalitativ litteraturstudie av Ätta vetenskapliga artiklar har utförts med hjÀlp av en manifest innehÄllsanalys.

Background: A patient undergoing surgery will meet many caregivers in different settings pre-, intra- and postoperative in the surgical pathway. Lack of communication is a common digression and the handoff is such an occasion. The purpose is to describe current knowledge about the patientsÂŽ right to safe care perioperative. The study is a systematic review (pilot). Result: The handoff was informal, unstructured and inconsistent.

Background: One of the main concerns related to medical therapy is non-compliance to drugs. More than half of all patients do not comply with prescribed medication. Non-compliance to drug therapy leads to unnecessary suffering for the patient and there are no easy solutions to the problem. In order to create understanding for the individual patient it is important that medical staffs are enlightened on the existing problems concerning this matter. Purpose: To describe factors that effect compliance to drug prescription.

In the care for the critically ill patient the next of kin is of great importance. Their support, love and care for the patient, increases the wellbeing and makes a connection to the patient?s normal lifeworld. For the next of kin to be able to be that support the next of kin needs to be helped to maintain the basic need of for example their sleep, food, hygiene and psychosocial support. The critical care nurse must see to the patient?s whole lifeworld which includes their next of kin.The aim of the study was to identify the resources available for the next of kin in intensive care units in Sweden.

ABSTRACT Introduction: One of the great difficulties that the nurse anesthetist encounter in their profession is to assess and estimate sleep depth versus signs of pain in the anesthetized patient. Based on a pre-operative appointment and the perioperative monitoring, an assessment of the patient is made. The experience that the nurse anesthetist has can make it easier to understand what subtile signs of the patient depends on. Purpose: With this in mind, the purpose of the pilot study was to try to find out if there are specific signs of pain during anesthesia and if the professional experience played a role. As a subsidiary aim the authors examined whether there were factors in the patient that the nurse anesthetist takes into account in the identification of pain during anesthesia.

Det Àr hÀlso- och sjukvÄrdens ansvar att utbilda patienter och nÀrstÄende genom individuellt anpassad information, pÄ ett lyhört, empatiskt och respektfullt sÀtt. Information och handledning av sjuksköterskan ses dÀrför som mycket viktigt för patient och nÀrstÄende sÄ att de fÄr kontroll över den nya situationen de befinner sig i.Syfte: Att sammanstÀlla aktuella vetenskapliga artiklar om vilka utbildningar som finns inom strokevÄrd samt hur patienter och nÀrstÄende upplever och pÄverkas av dessa.Metod: En litteraturstudie bestÄende av totalt 16 kvantitativa respektive kvalitativa vetenskapliga artiklar. Databaser som anvÀndes Àr PubMed och CINAHL.Resultat: Studiens resultat visar pÄ att det finns olika metoder för utbildning av patient och nÀrstÄende bland annat grupputbildning och individuell utbildning med bÄde skriftligt och muntligt innehÄll. Patienter och nÀrstÄende upplever information och utbildning som nÄgot viktigt.

För att kommunikationen ska vara sÄ god som möjligt krÀvs en relationmellan sjuksköterska och patient.
