Nutritionspolicyn på en kirurgavdelning : En utvärdering av följsamheten till riktlinjerna

Introduction: Balance between the essential nutritive substances is important for aperson to maintain health. The surgical patient can be stricken with conditions, whichhave a negative impact on this balance and can lead to malnutrition. Working as a nurseit is important to identify patients that are malnourished or is in the risk zone ofmalnourishment since 30 % of all patients in hospitals are malnourished.Aim: The aim of this study was to examine the compliance to the guidelines fornutritional assessment and parenteral nutrition on a surgical ward. Also whether thenutritional treatment/-support was reported to the next caregivers if the patient wasmalnourished or was in the risk zone of malnourishment at the time of discharge.Method: 80 patients enrolled on the ward in the beginning of year 2011 were included.Audit of patient records was made according to the hospital guidelines for nutrition andparenteral nutrition and followed a study specific protocol.Results: The examination of the case records showed that the guidelines for nutritionwere partly complied with. Nutritional treatment/-support was reported to the nextcaregivers when needed.

Behandling och omvårdnad är en stor utmaning för intensivvårdsteamet p.g.a. den intensivvårdskrävande patientens komplexa behov. Mobilisering av patienten är en omvårdnads-åtgärd som används för att optimera patientens fysiska och psykiska status. Kunskapen om mobiliseringens eventuella nytta kommer från kunskap om immobiliseringens negativa effekter d.v.s. att sängliggande leder till risker för komplikationer.

Bakgrund: Det finns fyra olika informationskällor tillgängliga som ska upplysa läkemedelsanvändaren om preparatens biverkningar och dess frekvens. Dessa stämmer dock inte alltid överens utan ger olika upplysningar, vilket kan skapa förvirring och misstänksamhet mot informationen som ges. Detta kan leda till att man kanske inte vågar ta sin ordinerade medicin. Syfte: Att jämföra om presentationen av biverkningar i Produktresumén för Betablockerare i ATC kod C07, överensstämmer med övriga informationskällor så som Bipacksedel, FASS och Patient FASS. Metod: På fass.se hämtades information om biverkningar för ATC kod C07, Betablockerare.

Omvårdnad vid livets slutskede : Sjuksköterskors upplevelser

Årligen avlider ca 92 000 personer i Sverige av dessa avlider ca 35 % på sjukhus eller på annan institution. Arbetet som sjuksköterska inom palliativ vård innebär nära kontakt med döden och insikten om sin egen dödlighet. Palliativ vård inriktar sig på att förbättra eller upprätthålla den sjukes livskvalitet men verkar inte för att vare sig påskynda eller fördröja döden. Syftet med denna litteratur studie var att belysa sjuksköterskans upplevelser av att vårda en patient i livets slutskede. Arbetet utfördes som en litteraturstudie där 16 vetenskapliga artiklar granskades.

Nyutexaminerade allmänsjuksköterskors upplevelser av att  vårda patienter i livets slut : En kvalitativ intervjustudie

Syfte: Att beskriva nyutexaminerade allmänsjuksköterskors upplevelser av att vårda patienter i livets slut. Metod: Författaren har genomfört en kvalitativ intervjustudie med beskrivande design. Undersökningsgruppen valdes ut genom bekvämlighetsurval och bestod av sju allmänsjuksköterskor som jobbat max två år som sjuksköterska. Det insamlade materialet analyserades utifrån en kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Resultat I analysen framkom sju kategorier. De intervjuade sjuksköterskorna beskrev en tillfredsställelse i arbetet med patienter i livets slut, vilket kunde dels bero på att de utvecklades i det jobb de gör, men det kunde också bero på att de fick uppskattning från patient och anhöriga. Trots arbetstillfredsställelsen som sjuksköterskorna beskrev kunde de även få en känsla av otillräcklighet i vårdandet av patienter i livets slut, vilket kunde vara en konsekvens av brist på tid och personal.

This report is written for a consultant networking company with the purpose to review the development ofthe company's remote connections from a user friendly and security perspective.This includes an investigation of the possibilities to consolidate existing authentication methods foraccessing customers. Since the method is not commonlyused by the company's customers a standardization of it would be counterproductive.Also, the purpose of this report is to investigate how the ongoing internal development of the remoteconnection will affect the company's clients. Within this framework we have also verified a designsuggestion.We interpret, after the completion of the case study, that the internal development of the remoteconnection is marginally affected by legal perspectives.

One of the teachers worked at an elementary school (for 30 years), three teachers worked at middle schools (20, 10 and 8 years of work experience) and two of the teachers interviewed worked at a high school (30 and 3 years).  ResultsThe majority of teachers feel that a wide variety of activities, adapted to an individual level, and the understanding of a healthy lifestyle are important in order for the teacher to present the value of physical activity from a lifelong perspective.The teachers felt they had sufficient material in order to present the value of physical activity, where the school budget provided the teachers with materials every year. Barns delaktighet och inflytande i den pedagogiska dokumentationen i förskolan

The purpose of this study is to find out what the educators idea of educational documentations in ratio to childrens inclusion and impact in pre-school are, together with the child's own perception of the concepts of documentation. We proceeded from the following issues: What are the significance of educational work according to the teachers? What is the teachers idea of a childs impact and inclusion in educational documentation? In what way do the children have influence over, and inclusion in educational documentation? What are the childrens feelings of the documentations? In order to find answers to our questions, we used qualitative examinations consisting of seven educators and seven children from various pre-schools in Stockholm, and thereby, we have analyzed our results. As our theoretical frame, we used ourselves of Vygotskijs and Säljö's sociocultural perspective that is about "progress and learning", which is achieved by interaction and cooperation in a social context. The result shows that the aim of educational documentation is to reveal the childs development and learning, and also to involve the parents by putting up documents on the wall.

Faktorer som kan påverka patientens tillfredsställelse med smärtlindring på akutmottagning: En litteraturstudie

Smärta är en vanlig orsak till att människor söker akutmottagningar och patienter med smärta blir ofta undermåligt smärtlindrade. Smärtan är en subjektiv upplevelse som även präglas av tidigare erfarenheter i livet. Genom att identifiera faktorer som påverkar patientens tillfredsställelse med smärtlindringen kan vårdpersonal ge en mer optimal vård och undvika ett vårdlidande för patienten. Litteraturstudien är baserad på 11 st kvantitativa internationella artiklar med kvalitativa inslag. Granskning av artiklarna visar att det finns faktorer som påverkar patientens tillfredsställelse.

Kommunikationen i vårdrelationen : En litteraturstudie om sjuksköterskors och patienters erfarenheter

Intensivvårdens komplexa natur innebär att det dagligen uppstår situationer som skapar moralisk stress hos sjuksköterskan och det finns i hennes profession, en vilja i att göra rätt och göra gott. Syftet var att belysa faktorer som intensivvårdssjuksköterskan upplever frambringa moralisk stress vid omvårdnad av svårt sjuka patienter. Metoden som användes var en litteraturstudie, där 10 artiklar inkluderades efter kvalitetsgranskning. Traditionell innehållsanalys användes för att få fram koder ur materialet. Resultatet som framkom var tre huvudkategorier som belyste de faktorer som påverkade sjuksköterskans upplevelse av moralisk stress.

The aim of this study is to describe and analyse an elderly care team?s prerequisite to anchor a salutogenic perspective and approach in an elderly care team in Kalmar municipality. The study identifies factors that could impede or promote the anchoring and examine how the organisation aims to work in a single direction even if the multidisciplinary team processes a diversity of knowledge, education and abilities. The study is based on qualitative semi-structured interviews from representatives of all professions in the multidisciplinary team; social workers, paramedical professions, nurses and care-givers. The theoretical frame consisted of a translating perspective, leadership and ideas of interaction and power.
