Bakgrund: Varje år ställs sjuksköterskor inför diverse problemställningar gällande palliativ vård i livets slutskede. Nutritionsbehandling är en av de åtgärder som kan sättas in för att lindra situationen för både patient och anhöriga. Då det är flera parter så som patient, anhöriga, läkare och sjuksköterska inblandade är det av stort vikt att alla förstår och är informerade om situationen för att den svårt sjuke ska få bästa möjliga vård. Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien är att beskriva sjuksköterskors upplevelser av nutritionsproblem hos patienter i livets slutskede. Metod: En litteraturstudie genomfördes där 10 kvalitativa och kvantitativa artiklar granskades och analyserades enligt Friberg (2012).

This is a study with a qualitative approach and a social psychological perspective. Our purpose is to describe and analyze authority officials descriptions of individuals with a social disability and their perception of how the interaction in the encounter with its implementation. We are interested in how they experience their power as authority representatives. The following issues are highlighted.? How do people in authority describe individuals with a social disability?? What is the authority officials view on the interaction in meetings with individuals with a social disability?? How do authority officials experiencing his or her position of power in relation to the meeting?Our results are based on semi-structured interviews with five persons in authority, which is active in Insurance and Employment Service in Örebro County.

Title: From openness and presence to distance and control: to be medicated and to administrate from a patient and nurse perspective.Background: Within forensic psychiatric care the patients are admitted against their will, under heavy security with long term treatments. Self-care seems, based on scientific studies, to be dependent on what the nurses involved can provide. Emphasis should focus on a humane and respectful approach when the patient is exposed to coercive measures.Aim: From a patient and nurse perspective describe experiences of beeing medicated with and to administrate antipsychotic drugs within the psychiatric inpatient care.Method: Interviews with patients and nurses, which were analyzed using qualitative content analysis with an inductive approach.Results: Patients experience frustration over not beeing able to participate in or influence descisions made regarding their neuroleptic treatment. The neuroleptic treatment is described as a coercive measure and is characterized as an experience of losing control and independence. Nurses? experiences of administering antipsychotics were described as having to do what is needed for the long term benefit of patients? well-being.

Bakgrund: År 2013 uppmättes Sveriges befolkningsökning till den största på nästan 70 år. I Malmö finns ca 170 länder representerade. Enligt Hälso- och sjukvårdslagen1982:763 (HSL) ska hela befolkningen i Sverige erbjudas god vård på lika villkor. Kommunikation inom vården är ett riskområde. Socialstyrelsen skriver att bristfällig kommunikation mellan vårdpersonal och patient gällande informationsöverföring och missuppfattning om behandling kan äventyra patentsäkerheten.

The purpouse of this study is to find out how and if a Content Managment System (CMS) can benefit from applied User Experience Design (UX). A work project has been executed where a client wanted the students to create a user friendly CMS for adding content to a global hotel review site. A prototype of a CMS was created based on literature studies about UX and CMS. The prototype of the user friendly CMS was then tested through user tests and interviews with key users. Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskans arbete på akutmottagning präglas av hög medicinsk kompetens och effektivitet. Tiden patienten får med vårdpersonalen är ofta kort och intensiv och patientens behov av psykosocial omvårdnad, som i regel är stort, kan inte alltid tillgodoses. Vårdlidande är det lidande som skapas av vårdgivaren på grund av felbehandlingar, långa väntetider men främst i vårdrelationen mellan patient och vårdpersonal. Syfte: Belysa patienters vårdlidande i mötet med vårdpersonal på akutmottagning. Metod: En litteraturstudie med granskning av åtta stycken kvalitativa forskningsartiklar.

Problemformulering: Sjuksköterskan behöver ge patienten förutsättning till delaktighet i vårdandet. En patient som är delaktig i sin vård upplever minde obehag över situationer och mindre stress. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att belysa vilka faktorer som påverkar patientdelaktighet vid sjukhusvistelse och vad sjuksköterskan kunde göra för att underlätta detta. Metod: Studien genomfördes som en litteraturstudie och grundar sig på 13 kvalitativa artiklar. Resultat: I resultatet framkom att sjuksköterskan behövde bygga upp en relation till patienten och ge patienten tid och kunskap för att öka delaktigheten i vårdandet.

Läkemedelshantering såsom administrering av medicin till patienter är en av de dagliga omvårdnadshandlingarna för en sjuksköterska. För en patient som vårdas under Lagen om Psykiatrisk Tvångsvård (LPT) (SFS, 1991:1128) kan upplevelser av att få medicin vara blandade. I sjuksköterskans omvårdnadsarbete är det viktigt att se patientens unika upplevelser av situationen. Syftet med denna studie är att belysa patienters upplevelser av läkemedelsadministrering då de vårdas under LPT. Metoden är av kvalitativ natur där empirin samlats in med hjälp av intervjuer som har analyserats med manifest innehållsanalys.

ABSTRACT The persons whom the authorized nurse encounters in hospital wards and nursing homes are in great extent elderly persons. According to Wasserman (2000), about 30 to 40 percent among these, show signs of depression. To be aware of the signs of depression, and how an authorized nurse can support the patient is therefore of great value. The introduction to this study describes the symptoms of depression and how depression in elders is expressed. It also describes treatment possibilities and nursing aspects of concern. The aim of this study is to illustrate what possibilities the authorized nurse has to detect and to support the depressed elderly patient.

This qualitative study was conducted to investigate how subordination and superiority emerges in the interaction between heterosexual couples between 20 to 30 years old, without children. Eight semi-structured interviews with four couples have been conducted to provide insight into how subordination and superiority is made in the interaction between the cohabiting couples. All interviews were transcribed and then manually categorized along specific main themes and sub themes. The empirical data were then assayed by a hermeneutic interpretation.   Three previous studies have formed the basis for this study, Det kallas kärlek by Carin Holmberg, the anthology, Jämställdhetens pris and Familjer i tiden by Christine Roman and Helen Peterson. The theoretical framework consists symbolic interactionism, and especially the concept of asymmetrical role-taking and also doing gender.

The purpose of our study is to see how the interaction between the social services and police work when a child under 15 years is suspected of crimes.What happens to the child from an agency perspective? How is the experience for the child and how do they get their voices heard? How is the professional perspective for a child when a child is suspected of a crime? What do the various authorities for short-term and long-term measures for the child?We have chosen to do a qualitative study using semi-structured interviews. The study includes six interviews with two police officers, three field secretaries and a social worker in two different municipalities. A medium sized municipality, and a larger community.The people we interviewed think differently about collaboration. The municipality have different workforms.

No accidents or injuries should occur because of our public health care. It should be a place with high security and good quality in order to avoid this type of accidents. This is a tough situation when the public health care organization should have as good quality as possible despite savings. It is difficult for middle managers to improve patient safety in the absence of money.The purpose of this study is to explain the work with patient safety that middle manager perform during saving times. The perspective we will look into is how they work with patient safety as an ongoing change.

The purpose of this study is to highlight how preschool teachers reason about their own beliefs about their active participation in the play. The study is a qualitative research method where interviews have been used to talk with four preschool teachers to obtain their perceptions of their participation in the play. I have approached my questions through previous research and theses which turns to play and preschool teachers' involvement. The result of my study shows that preschool teachers see differently on their active participation, but they think that active participation is essential for the development of the play and that by being involved in the play in different ways will create interaction and interactivity. The result also shows that preschool teachers find great joy in participating in the play, and also that many relationships will be established by participation in the play..
