Patienter med annan kulturell bakgrund är sårbara på grund av bristande kunskaper i det nya landets språk vilket leder till kommunikationssvårigheter. Inte bara i Sverige utan i hela världen är kommunikationsbarriärer den vanligaste barriären mellan en sjuksköterska och denna patientgrupp. Bakgrund: Kommunikation har grundläggande betydelse för kvalitén av omvårdnad inom patientvården. En sjuksköterska ska vara medveten om att språkbarriärer spelar en viktig roll i patienters vårdvistelse samt kan vara ett hinder när dessa patienter söker sjukvård. Syfte: Studiens syfte är att beskriva vilka faktorer som påverkar kommunikationen mellan patient med annan etnicitet och sjuksköterska, ur ett patientperspektiv.

Inledning: Trots att Folkh?lsomyndigheten betonar behovet av ?kad kunskap och kompetens inom existentiell h?lsa, saknas tydlig information om hur kuratorer inom somatisk och palliativ v?rd faktiskt arbetar med dessa fr?gor. Denna brist utg?r den kunskapslucka som uppsatsen avser att adressera. Syfte: Studien syftar till att unders?ka hur h?lso- och sjukv?rdskuratorer tolkar och arbetar med existentiell h?lsa, vilka professionella f?rm?gor som anv?nds, samt vilka utmaningar och m?jligheter som p?verkar kuratorernas roll, med fokus p? professionens jurisdiktion och upplevda v?rde inom v?rdens organisatoriska ramar.

Bakgrund: Endometrios ?r en kronisk, godartad sjukdom som drabbar en av tio kvinnor. Sjukdomen medf?r ofta sv?ra sm?rtor och symptom vilket p?verkar flera aspekter av en kvinnas liv. Sjuksk?terskans ansvarsomr?de omv?rdnad bygger p? ett personcentrerat f?rh?llningss?tt som grundar sig i att f?rs?ka f?rst? patienten och skapa delaktighet i h?lsooch sjukv?rden. Ett personcentrerat f?rh?llningss?tt beskriver vikten av att lyssna och se personen bortom sjukdomen.

This report addresses the growing need to adapt the medical healthcare to the new possibilities that can be accomplished by incorporating a web aspect to the personal treatment plans of patients. It describes what implementations that need to be considered in order to successfully convert to a partially web-based treatment.The report also reflects the potential economical gain that can be made by keeping the communication between the patient and the doctor frequent.
