Bakgrund: Av Sveriges befolkning har ca 2-4,5 % diagnosen diabetes. Av de diagnostiserade har 10-15% typ 1 diabetes och resterande typ 2 diabetes. Eftersom sjukdomen ständigt ökar så finns dessa patienter överallt. Det finns således stor möjlighet att som färdig sjuksköterska träffa dessa patienter både inom primärvård och slutenvård. Syfte: Syftet med den här litteraturstudien är att beskriva hur en sjuksköterska kan undervisa en patient med diabetes typ 2 för att uppnå följsamhet till egenvård.

Bakgrund: I palliativ vård var interaktionen mellan sjuksköterska och patient oerhört viktig för att patienten skulle uppleva sin sista tid både värdefull och fridfull. Tidigare forskning har dock visat att sjuksköterskans sätt att bemöta patienten inte alltid stämmer överens med patientens behov. Sjuksköterskan bär ansvaret för att vårdrelationen ska bli så bra som möjligt och därför måste kännedomen om patientens behov och önskemål finnas. Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa vad som värdesattes i den vårdande relationen mellan sjuksköterska och patient vid palliativ vård. Metod: En kvalitativ litteraturstudie av åtta vetenskapliga artiklar har utförts med hjälp av en manifest innehållsanalys.

Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa vikten av att sjuksköterskan kan skapa en god relation och inge trygghet till en patient som vårdas inom psykiatrisk vård. Vad det är som skapar denna trygghet i relationen mellan patient och vårdgivare? Litteraturstudien behandlar tio vetenskapliga artiklar, vars data analyserats enligt Fribergs principer för kvalitativa studier. Under resultatanalysen framträdde fyra teman kring att etablera trygghet; vad som främjar respektive hämmar trygghetskänslan ur patientens och sjuksköterskans perspektiv. Båda parter påverkar relationens kvalitet och klimat, och sjuksköterskan har i sin professionella yrkesroll större möjlighet och ansvar att upprätta och vidmakthålla en god relation än vad som kan åläggas en patient.

Fetma är en växande folksjukdom. Den ökade förekomsten av fetma leder till attsjukvården i större utsträckning kommer att möta patienter med fetma. Syftet med studienvar att ur ett patient- och sjuksköterskeperspektiv belysa vilka attityder sjuksköterskan hargentemot vuxna patienter med fetma. En litteraturöversikt har använts för att sammanställatidigare forskning som berör sjuksköterskans attityder mot patienter med fetma. Studienomfattar sju vetenskapliga artiklar som resulterat i två huvudteman med tillhörandeunderteman som redovisar resultatet inom ämnet.

SAMMANFATTNINGÅr 2013 drabbades drygt 55 000 personer i Sverige av cancer. Behandling av cancer görs med kirurgi, strålbehandling, cytostatikabehandling, hormonbehandling och målsökande behandlingar. För att kunna utvärdera och utveckla de olika behandlingarna behövs kliniska studier. Innan en patient ingår i en klinisk studie krävs ett informerat samtycke som skrivs på av den ansvarige prövaren och patienten.Alla patienter har rätt till information och delaktighet avseende den egna vården och behandling. Det är därför viktigt att genom individuellt anpassad information förmedla kunskap, förståelse och insikt om hälsotillstånd, diagnos och metoder för undersökning och behandling.
