Purpose- The purpose of this project is to contribute to the knowledge of creating customer value through streamlining and coordination of Patient flows for children and youth with frequent need of care on child and youth medical clinics.Method- One of the methods used for achieving the project's purpose is a case study on the Child and Youth Medicine Clinic at Länssjukhuset Ryhov in Jönköping. The case study has been used for collecting the empirical data that has been generated through interviews, observations and documents from the Child and Youth Health Clinic. Except the case study the authors also made studies in literature, which the collected empirical data has been anchored and related to. Together this led to the project's analysis and results.Results- When investigating the questions found in chapter one, it was determined standardized work is of great importance to create structure and implement procedures for the Patient flows. A weak link in the Patient flow has been identified, which is the sub-process coordination and planning.

My bachelor?s dissertation concerns the creation of a proposal for interior decoration of the Boland High School?s canteen. I have been in contact with personnel, students and the school principal through the duration of the project. In the end, substantive changes of lighting, interior decoration and movement were proposed for the canteen. In the proposal I have focused on accentuating the school?s profile, on creating smaller spatial configurations within the larger configuration of the room, lowering the noise level, creating a good movement flow, increase the number of seats and creating a pleasant environment in which to eat..

The pressure is getting tougher on Accident and Emergency departments. Therefore it is crucial to study how the patient?s perceive their visit to the Emergency department. Knowledge about this enables improvement of routines, patient participation and patient safety. The purpose of the study was to investigate patient?s experiences of their visit at the Emergency department.A descriptive design was used.

Studiens syfte är att ur ett symbolisk interaktionistiskt synsätt försöka förstå vad som motiverar vuxna amatörskådespelare, amatörsångare och amatörmusikalartister att delta i ideella konstnärliga projekt. Genom nio semistrukturerade intervjuer skapas en förståelse kring motivationen och identitetsskapandet. Detta förklaras sedan genom motivationsteorier samt teorier kring identiteten, där det visar sig att gemenskapen i gruppen, konstnärlig utmaning och utveckling, deltagandet i den konstnärliga processen, känslan av flow, själva utförandet och dess påverkan på välbefinnandet, viljan att uttrycka sig samt personlig utveckling var de huvudsakliga motivationsfaktorerna. Det visar sig även att både det konstnärliga utförandet och gruppen har en inverkan på individens identitet och identitetsskapande..

Development and construction of an electronic Breakout box is the main work for this thesis. The box is a part of a test system for the component Fuel Flow Transmitter and should convert signals to be suitable for a frequency counter. A previously constructed Breakoutbox for this purpose is being old and needed to be recreated. So SAAB Aerotech, Aircraft services, the company for the thesis work wanted to construct a new, more sustainable Breakoutbox adapted to a more modern technology. The signals to the box comes from the transmitter and should be converted to suitable signals for a frequency counter so it can show pulse and time difference between the signals.

The aim of the study was to describe what district nurses, who work with telephone- advice, document in patient record, to be able to develop their documentation. Eutrophication of lakes and streams are nowadays a well known environmental problem and implies an enrichment of the nutrients phosphorus (P) and nitrogen (N). Phosphorus is considered to be the most important component for the growth of aquatic plants and leads in too large quantities to an intensification of growth. Phosphate (PO4) is the fraction of phosphorus that can easiest be taken up by plants and thus have the greatest impact on eutrophication. Increased plant growth in lakes and unfavorable conditions for aquatic animals are two examples of negative consequences. A significant portion of the increased nutrient supply to nearby water can be derived to phosphate leaching from agricultural areas, where private sewers and agriculture is two main sources.

Background: Nursing staff use touch on a daily basis, often without reflecting over it. It is not only the touch itself that emerges, everyday nursing staff get involved in the meeting with patients. The use of touch can be divided in to different kinds of touch, due to its purpose these are instrumental- and expressive touch. Purpose: The purpose with the study was to illustrate what physical touch means for the meeting between patient and caregiver. Method: A literature review has been done, based on ten scientific articles and by these four domains emerged.

Denna kvalitativa motivationsstudie utfördes på åtta svenska toppsäljare och utgick i från Vallerands hierarkiska modell om inre och yttre motivation (1997) och även från Czikszentmihalyis teori om flow (1990). Syftet med studien var att ta reda på vilka motivationsfaktorer som förenar toppsäljare. Toppsäljarna intervjuades enskilt genom en semistrukturerad intervjuguide. En tematisk analys utfördes på utskrifterna från intervjuerna och analysen undersöktes utifrån tre huvudkategorier: inre motivation, yttre motivation, och flow. Resultatet visade att toppsäljarna hade en stark inre drivkraft att utvecklas, att nå egna mål och uppnå positiva känslotillstånd av själva utförandet.

Times when the patient is in the continuum of care is related to how well the patient feels confirmed in the meeting with his/her carers. Aim : The aim of this study is to highlight skills that nurses use to provide good care relationships with patients in the ambulance and emergency room. Method: A literature review was done. Background: Studies show that unsolved contact tracing of chlamydia increase in Uppsala County. Research shows that the meeting between patient and caregiver, when performing a contact tracing, may be crucial to the outcome of contact tracing. Objective: The aim of the study was to investigate how midwives describe the encounter with the patient during contact tracing in youth clinics in Uppsala County Council. Methods: A qualitative approach with semi- structured interviews was used to collect data. Nine midwives of varying age and work experience from seven different youth clinics in Uppsala County Council were interviewed.
