Three main questions give the fundamental structure for this master thesis: 1) In what way is the notion of law being perceived in the following theologians respectively; David P. Scaer, Dietrich Bonhoeffer and Wolfhart Pannenberg? 2) In what way is the notion of law being perceived in the encyclical Veritatis Splendor? 3) Which similarities and divergences can be found in the respective expositions of the notion of law?For the purpose of comparison, I have employed four questions of analysis. These are: A) What is ?the law?? B) Is the law being effected, or is it working, in the world and if so - in what ways and for what purposes is it meant to serve? C) Does human beings have any capacities to understand and/or live in accordance to the law? D) Does the Gospel, perceived as the earthly life, actions, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, effect any alteration with respect to the purpose, range, function or interpretation of the law?In order to better understand Roman-Catholic concepts of law, the treatise on law of Thomas Aquinas Summa Theologica is briefly presented.

This essay examines the narrative aspect of interactive fiction. The study uses Janet H. Murrays analysis of the digital environment and the properties of it as procedural, participatory, spatial and encyclopedic. From this, her three characteristic pleasures in digital narratives - immersion, agency and transformation - are examined from the perspective of interactive fiction. The study also examines Nick Montforts analysis of interactive fiction as a potential narrative and a simulated world or environment.

This bachelor thesis in tourism studies focuses on people's use of social media related to travel. The paper aims to provide a wider knowledge of tourist?s propensity to display destinations through social media and how they perceive others that display travelling. This is put in relation to the term of social status in order to find out if there is a possible link. Earlier models that measured de facto harmonization of international accounting mainly used indices and other related statistical models. Those approaches do not account for the relative importance of individual balance sheet items or expense items being harmonized. This paper therefore proposes a different approach using Runsten?s (1998) permanent measurement bias model. That way it is possible to quantify the harmonization process by accounting for differences among companies.

Detta beror oftast på bristande kunskap om vad som är bra kosthållning och svårigheten att bryta ett invant mönster och ändra sitt beteende. Att arbeta i skift som bland andra poliser gör är något som ofta försvårar för individen att äta hälsosamt. För att lära sig förbättra sin hälsa genom en bättre kost, oavsett skiftarbete eller inte, behövs kunskap om grunderna i vad vår kost innehåller, vad de olika komponenterna i maten har för funktion och dess påverkan i kroppen. Vi beskriver de olika komponenterna fett, protein, kolhydrater, vitaminer, mineraler, antioxidanter, fibrer och vatten.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka huruvida det finns skillnader i förskolepersonalens lunchmåltid beroende på om de äter pedagogisk lunch, det vill säga samma mat som barnen, eller medhavd matlåda. Studiedesignen är av beskrivande och jämförande karaktär, och undersökningen skedde i en medelstor svensk stad där tre förskolors kvinnliga personal deltog. Tolv individuella halvstrukturerade telefonintervjuer genomfördes. Sex pedagoger åt samma mat som barnen och övriga medförd matlåda. Resultatet visade att respondenterna som åt medhavd matlåda hade ett högre totalt energiintag i form av protein, fett, men även en högre konsumtion av c-vitamin och järn.

Syftet med denna litteraturstudie är att redogöra för etiologin, epidemiologin och patogenesen bakom intestinal clostridios. Värdet av den komplexa koloniseringsresistensen och vilka riskfaktorer som är viktigast för sjukdomsutvecklingen kommer även att diskuteras. Clostridiaceae är en bakteriefamilj bestående av anaeroba bakterier, ofta sporbildare. Arterna karaktäriseras av deras produktion av oerhört potenta toxiner med förmåga att framkalla sjukdom hos både däggdjur och fåglar.

This study was conducted on a property with a thinning machine team. The purpose was to investigate in which machine, the harvester or the forwarder, that caused most damage to the trees in six different stands. Different factors, related to the damage frequency in the stands, were checked out. For example: basal area per hectare, thinning strength, tree diameter and the rate of production. The harvester drivers were also interviewed about how, when and why stem damages occur and how to minimize them. The study stated that 4.3 percent of the trees were damaged. Out of these 88 percent was caused by the harvester and the rest, 12 percent, by the forwarder..

The aim of our research in this study, which has a qualitative attempt, is to investigate participation concerning to a few co-workers in the old-age care. The co-workers experience of participation and their definition of participation, and how participation is related to our different themes. Our themes are the present and wanted assumptions, to make participation possible. Further more does this study discuss participation in relation to the themes communication, competence education and to physical and psychic health. The method we used was primary semi-structured interviews and some observations.

The cell cycle is the time a cell spends between two cell divisions. The cell cycle includes several parallel processes, all of which must be completed before a cell is mature for dividing. In the first place, all subcomponents (RNA, protein and membrane lipids) need to double in quantity and this occurs continuously through the cell cycle. Furthermore, the genome and some chromosomal proteins must double and this take place during a limited interval in the middle of the cell cycle (S-phase). On either side of the S-phase are two "gaps" which is called G1 and G2. When the cell has passed a point in the G-phase they are irreversibly programmed to progress through the remaining of the cell cycle and will undergo the next cell division. When a cell have passed a point in the G1 phase, approximately four hours after mitosis, a normal cell is in a state of indecision.

The European Union Timber Regulation (EUTR) is a regulatory approach by the EU to prevent illegal timber and timber products to be placed on the European Union inner market. This means the regulation affects both actors in the member countries as well as the actors exporting timber and timber products to the EU from non EU member countries. This study aims to study the implementation process of the EUTR in Bosnia and Herzegovina (B-H), and its preconditions. Institutional theory is used to understand and explain how the EUTR affects B-H organisations? business environment, and how the organisations choose to respond to the EUTR.
