The aim of the present thesis is to find deeper knowledge about women?s experiences of sexuality, desire and pleasure during childbirth. In this thesis there are statements of women?s different kinds of pleasurable and sexual feelings and experiences during birth. Furthermore, factors that may influence some women?s feelings and experiences of a sexual kind are discussed in relation to the common notion that women above all feel fear and pain when giving birth.

Bakgrund: Enligt WHO beräknas det vara 448 miljoner nya fall av STI årligen hos personer i åldrarna 15-49 år. Under de senaste tio åren har STI ökat kraftigt.  Det är framför allt ungdomar och unga vuxna som drabbas. Attityd- och beteendeförändringar bidrar till fler Partners och fler tillfälliga Partners. Idag finns ett annat synsätt på relationer vilket leder till en ökad risk för spridning av STI.

Forskaren har valt ut och använt sig av både tryckta och elektroniska källor, med hänsyn till dess relevans för det i uppsatsen behandlade ämnet. Vid genomförande av studien har forskaren använt sig av ett deduktivt synsätt.Syfte: Författaren ämnar genomföra en fallstudie på ett av Sveriges största revisionsföretag med syftet att beskriva hur revisionsföretags belöningssystem är uppbyggda samt belysa vilken påverkan olika typer av belöningar, finansiella och icke finansiella, har på revisionsföretagets anställda.Resultat: Genom denna undersökning har forskaren kommit fram till att fallföretagets belöningssystem består av både monetära- och icke monetära belöningar. De monetära belöningarna utgörs av regelbundna bonusar som tilldelas Directors och Partners vid måluppfyllelse och tillfälliga gratifikationer som kan tilldelas övriga anställda.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), även kallad hållbar utveckling och ansvarsfullt företagande, var en term som började användas i slutet av 60-talet. Det är en arbetsmodell där syftet är att få företag ta ansvar för verksamheten och uppmuntra till en positiv inverkan på miljön, marknaden, samhället och anställda. CSR fungerar som en inbyggd självreglerande mekanism, genom vilket ett företag kontrollerar och håller sig uppdaterade beträffande de aktiva lagarna inom internationella normer och etik. Boliden lägger stort fokus och engagemang inom CSR- relaterade frågor. Blan annat har Boliden stärkt företagets CSR- engagemang genom att starta projektet Evaluation of Business Partner (EBP). Ett av huvudmålen med EBP är att höja standarden och öka medvetenheten angående mänskliga rättigheter bland sina affärs- och samarbetsPartners.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the collaboration of four learners of Swedish as a second language during a pair-writing task, as well as their experiences of the process, in order to draw conclusions about how to execute pair-writing in the L2 classroom. The study has found that the establishment of compatible Partners are of great importance to achieve success and learning through pair-writing. One of the pairs studied managed to work well together and use each other?s knowledge to improve their text, while the other pair continuosly battled for dominance, which had a negative impact on their performance. The two successful students had enjoyed the task and believed they had learned something from it and that pair-writing can be a useful source of knowledge.

The companies? managements acknowledge personal relations and trust, through good communication and predefined responsibilities and goals, as key factors to succeed in strategic alliance. These factors did not always exist according to the employees? involved. This research, in contrast, suggests that these factors are subordinate to the correlation between the company?s vision and the alliance objectives, hence level of priority, which indicates that management has hidden motives for entering the strategic alliance.

The main objective of this thesis is to study the brand manager?s role within a global business to business (B2B) company. In order to meet the main objective we have chosen to study and analyse one global B2B company, Alfa Laval AB, Alfa Laval DK, Alfa Laval PL and its co-Partners such as an advertising agency. We have also studied three global business to customer (B2C) companies, Mars, Unilever and Nestlé, to get a picture of brand managers? role and responsibilities within the B2C environment which is already quite far ahead in the development of the brand management thinking..

Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva partnerns upplevelser att leva med en kvinna som fått bröstcancer. I litteraturstudien analyserades elva vetenskapliga studier med ett inifrånperspektiv, vilket resulterade i fyra kategorier: Att uppleva förändringar på sexualitet, intimitet och kommunikation; Att uppleva förändrad rollfördelning i hemmet; Att uppleva stöd från religion, omgivningen och att vara ett stöd för sin hustru; Att känna frustration, förtvivlan och oro inför framtiden. Resultatet visade att partnern upplevde förändringar i sin relation, framförallt i kommunikationen med sin hustru och i sexualiteten. Resultatet visade också på att partnern behöver stöd från vänner och familj. En slutats visar på att det inte bara kvinnan som behöver stöd och hjälp under sjukdomstiden utan också deras partner.

Syftet med den här kvalitativa studien var att få en bild av hur vuxna skilsmässobarn upplever att deras personliga utveckling, relationer till föräldrar och kärleksrelationer med Partners, påverkats av föräldrarnas skilsmässa. Studien bestod av åtta självvalda kvinnor mellan 25 och 43 år, som upplevt en skilsmässa mellan föräldrarna under barndomen. Halvstrukturerande intervjuer genomfördes och analyserades med hjälp av Grounded Theory metoden. Tre deskriptiva kategorier grundades i datan; föräldraband, personlig utveckling och vacklande perspektiv. Tillsammans bygger de upp kärnkategorin ?Ambivalens i relationer?.

MindMe is an aid for people with cognitive memory impairments. The aid is completely new and has beendeveloped within this bachelor thesis, no product of this nature could be found on the market before. Theidea came from Niclas Jarhäll, CEO of Mutual Benefits. Mutual Benefits were also Partners in the project.The project was carried out by us in cooperation with Bachelor of Science in Innovation Engineeringstudents Malin Albertsson and Victoria Hedman at Halmstad university. The aid consists of a mobile phoneand a number of tags.

Arms trade is a multi-faced issue, it can increase the state's economic revenue; however also endanger the human security. The European Union's member state United Kingdom is one of the five largest arms traders in the world. The EU promotes human security in its work, especially in the union's development policies. These circumstances address the main question of the study: is there a contradiction between the UK's arms trade and the EU development policies. The objective of this study is to research the stately weapon use in three of the UK's trading Partners, and how it could affect the EU development policies.

Body image in women with breastcancerBreast cancer is the second most common form of cancer in Sweden today. To get a breast cancer diagnose can be a traumatic experience for many women. It´s difficult to forsee how these women are going to control their situation. When a breast has to be removed because of cancer, the women has to adjust to changes in both physical and phychological aspects. The aim of this study was to elucidate body image in women with breast cancer after a mastectomy.

This report is based on a thesis that was carried out during spring 2012. The report covers the development of a preliminary study to Performance Sk8. The purpose of the study is to facilitate and contribute inspiration to Performance Sk8 to run an automation project to bring home their production to Sweden from China. The reason is to gain a greater ability to control quality, produce smaller batches and reduce the cycle time to reduce costs.The goal is that the preliminary study shall meet the requirements and wishes Performance Sk8 and other Partners defined. The pre study will contain different cost proposals for the automation of selected process and serve as a basis for procurement of the equipment.The pre study has resulted in some proposed solutions to the various steps required to automate Performance Sk8 ?s production.

The aim of the study was to investigate how a significant other of threepersons with Parkinson?s disease experienced the communication in conversation. Astructured interview and analysis of a video recorded conversation was performed.The questions in the interview were aimed at mapping the significant others?experience of communicative problems, their frequency, degree and conversationstrategies used by a significant other in conversation. The result showed that thesignificant others? experienced problems in communication related to the disease inseveral different areas for two of three participants with Parkinson?s disease.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence underlying factors have in connection to the internationalization of Born Global firms. Methodology: This study has a qualitative approach in which data is obtained mainly through interviews and secondary data which consists previous theories about the internationalization in small and medium sized firms and recent theories that entitle these firms as Born Global. Conclusion: Based on the existing theories and the qualitative data, we have concluded that the underlying factors for the Born Global firm?s internationalization are abilities and opportunities to create insidership in relevant networks. The most crucial underlying factors for Born Global firm?s internationalization are the ability to create processes to break old patterns of thoughts and the ability to ally with right Partners. .
