This essay will focus on the people using and are involved in, and have a large interest in the horror film genre. The purpose of this essay is to find what urge these people to continuously watch horror movies and how they believe to be acknowledge by the society in a modern sense. Our study is mainly based on two separate interviews and therefore, mainly from the users perspective. This essay is also complemented by earlier research on this topic. In context of stigma, violence debate, exclusion we found that the users truly can be found in a rare type of alternative sphere, besides the public sphere.

Purpose: To assess awareness and attitudes regarding HPV, HPV-vaccines, use of condom and participation in pap-smear screening among high-school students in Uppsala County. The intention was also to investigate if there were any differences between students at theoretical programmes and vocational programmes.Methods: 608 students from seven high-schools in Uppsala County answered a questionnaire covering demographics, awareness and attitudes regarding HPV, HPV-vaccine, use of condoms and pap-smear tests.Results: A majority of the students had never heard of HPV (86 %, n=521), HPV-vaccine (94 %, n=537) or the link between HPV and cervical cancer (88 %, n=563). Most respondents had a positive attitude towards HPV-vaccine (84 %, n=508), but the biggest obstacle was the high cost (37 %, n=227). The students believed that it was less likely that they would use a condom with a new partner if vaccinated (mean=78, SD=26, p<0.001), or if they or their partner used contraceptive pills (mean=62, SD=32, p<0.001) compared to how likely it was that they would use a condom in general with a new partner. The girls rated the probability that they would participate in a pap-smear screening as relatively low if vaccinated (mean=59 SD=27).

Syftet med denna litteraturstudie är att sammanställa litteratur angående informationsbehovet hos kvinnor med gynekologisk cancer och deras partner. Den systematiska litteraturstudien är baserad på SBU:s (1993) sju steg för systematiska litteraturstudier. Databaserna som användes för litteratursökningarna var CINAHL, PubMed och The Cochrane Library. Tio vetenskapliga studier med kvalitativa och kvantitativa metoder inkluderades i litteraturstudien. Resultatet av denna systematiska litteraturstudie visade på att kvinnor med gynekologisk cancer var i behov av information kring behandling, utkomst av sjukdomen, psykiska och fysiska effekter av behandling.

Background: Traditionally defined boundaries and borders between organizations are at present being re-evaluated because of new and tougher demands. Today we can see a trend where these boundaries are being lowered or even eliminated when organizations choose to co-operate instead of compete. Purpose: In order to create an understanding for the partner selection process in the newly founded joint ventures between the companies which are building the Swedish 3G Network, the determining factors are being studied. Delimitation: The studies companies are co-operating as network operators but are at the same time competing as mobile operators. This relationship is in the literature described as co-opetition, which will not be investigated in this paper.

First objective: To bring forward managers? perceptions of the underserved consumers in emerging markets. Second objective: To reveal what implications managers? perceptions of underserved consumers in emerging markets provide for branding in these markets. Our study indicates that managers? perceptions are still lacking consumer insights within five elements (value, loyalty, purchasing power, consumers and consumption).

The purpose of our study was to give girls who are victims of honor related violence a chance to express their needs experienced after the breakup from their families. Furthermore, the study aimed to examine in what extent the girls' needs have been met, how and by whom? The focus was the girls' own experiences thru the breakup from their families and beyond. The issues we wanted to answer were: What needs of help and support does these girls feel that they have? What are the needs immediately after the breakup and how do they look in the longer term? To what extent do the girls have their needs met, how and by whom? What needs experience the girls have not been satisfied? In order to answer our questions, we used semi-structured life-world interviews.

Att bli mamma har alltid setts som ett självklart val för majoriteten av kvinnor. Det tillhör normen att en dag föda barn. Syftet med denna studie var att studera kvinnors reflektioner kring deras beslut att skaffa barn. Resultatet baserades på fem halvstrukturerade intervjuer som tolkades med induktiv tematisk analysmetod. Ett bekvämlighetsurval användes och de informanter som deltog var kvinnor som hade ett seriöst förhållande med en man.

I dag skapas det en mängd nätverk i olika branscher, men de flesta överlever inte långsiktigt, och det leder till att nätverksprocessen avtar. Syftet med detta arbete var att se om faktorerna val av partner, engagemang, förtroende, kultur, kommunikation och tid ska diskuteras när ett nätverksprojekt bildas. Litteraturstudier och vår egen erfarenhet har varit grunden för att forma forskningsfrågan och skapa en teoretisk referensram. Vi har intervjuat åtta aktörer i sex turistiska nätverksprojekt. Respondenterna valdes utifrån den roll som de hade vid intervjutillfället för att få olika infallsvinklar på problemet.

The purpose of the essay is to investigate how the position of women and girls in society can lead to a valid infringement of the right to privacy (art. 8 ECHR) by allowing the storage of personal data belonging to people who have not been convicted of a crime. The essay uses the traditional legal method to determine the applicable law, but is also grounded in a feminist approach in order to enable an interaction between jurisprudence and societal phenomena. The essay revolves around Directive 2016/680 and relevant case law in order to analyze the set requirements to enable an infringement of the right to privacy. In order to be able to analyze whether the requirements can be met based on the need to prevent men?s violence against women and girls, the essay will also describe the life situations of women and girls in society. Also political participation favours the collective and therefore you do not get any personal advantages for your contribution. Even more interesting is the question of why you participate when it puts yourself in a position of danger? Colombia is considered to be the most dangerous country to be a member of labour unions in and it would therefore be a context where it is unlikely to find participation. This study is based on thirteen qualitative interviews with Colombian female union members with the aim to understand why people engage in labour unions despite threats of violence and other obstacles, when the most likely would be to abstain from action.

Tidigare forskning av romantisk attraktion har visat att människor väljer partners både som liknar dem själva och som kompletterar dem utifrån beteendemässiga och fysiska egenskaper. Syftet med studien var att fördjupa forskningen och mer precist identifiera vilka egenskaper som anses väsentliga vid ett romantiskt intresse hos unga vuxna. Deltagare var 45 individer i åldrarna 17-26, varav 39 kvinnor. Data samlades in genom öppna enkäter och analyserades med meningskoncentrering. Analysen resulterade i fem attraktiva egenskaper: Personen ska (1) ha egenskaper jag tycker om, (2) få mig att känna mig speciell, (3) vara attraktiv för mig, (4) vara möjlig att relatera med och (5) bry sig om andra.

The essay deals with hierarchies that occurs between inmates in prison. It deals with a theory that these hierarchies, when seen through a gender perspective, can be understood as a hierarchy where you are valued based on traditional male characteristics. Empirically, the paper consists of interviews with five inmates, or former inmates, who during a period in his life, has served a prison sentence at a closed institution. Based on the informants' statements, conclusions are drawn about which properties are valued low in the hierarchy. This becomes clear when the informants speak humiliating about sexually deviant groups, snitches, or sex offenders.

Violence against women is an extensive social problem that concerns us all. The women who seek health- and medical services when they have been exposed to violence and abuse have the right to expect being well taken care of and treated by competent and understanding personnel. A kind reception can make the patient feel comfortable enough to talk about their situation. The aim of this literature review was to determine how you as a nurse should treat a woman who has been exposed to battery, to be able to offer a professional and individual care. The frame of reference is Gustafsson´s SAUK-model since the acknowledged care aim to maintain and strengthen the human´s self-judgement and self-determination.

Anhörigvårdsom innefattar vård av partner är något som blivit allt mer vanligt. Detta pågrund av ekonomiska nedskärningar inom vårdorganisationen, brist påsjukhusplatser samt ökad livslängd hos befolkningen. Syftet med studien var attsynliggöra hur relationen påverkas av att vårda eller att vårdas av sinpartner. Studien är en litteraturöversikt där 17 artiklar valdes ut efterkvalitetsgranskning, då samtliga besvarade syftet. Ur artiklarna framkomresultatet där fyra teman synliggjordes, trygghetoch belastning i relationen, förändrade roller, avsexualiserad relationsamt minskat socialt liv.

Bakgrund: Hjärt- och kärlsjukdomar var vanligt förekommande och hade kommit att bli ett stort hälsoproblem. Ofta ledde diagnosen till ett försämrat välbefinnande för både den vårdsökande personen och även för partnern. För flertalet var dock sexualiteten en viktig del av välbefinnandet. Risken att välbefinnandet kunde kommit att påverkas var stor då förekomsten av sexuella problem visats vara dubbelt så hög i denna grupp gentemot den allmänna populationen.Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva hur hjärt- och kärlsjukdomen påverkade sexualiteten hos vårdsökande personer och deras partner.Metod: Litteraturöversikt med kvalitativ analys genomfördes. Nio artiklar som söktes fram genom Cinahl och Medline samt en artikel genom sekundärsökning ingick i översikten.
