To seek to answer the purpose we raised a number of research questions which discussed, among other the coach's intentions and the parties' relationship.TheoriesThis thesis is based on a number of different theories, where the Leader-member Exchange Theory is considered the main theory. LMX is used when studying the relationship between a manager and an employee. Other theories used in this thesis are for example the Social exchange theory and one-on-one-coaching.MethodThe methods used in this thesis are semi-structured interviews, observations and recordings of coaching sessions.

Background: Investors use companies? credit ratings as a base in their buy and sell decisions. Companies? credit ratings are also used as indicators of safety in the legislation. This means that credit rating agencies have an important role in the society because they communicate the company?s credit rating to investors and other actors in the society.

Bakgrund: Kvinnomisshandel är ett stort problem och leder till stora hälsoproblem för dessa kvinnor och även deras barn. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie är att belysa hur sjukvårdspersonal kan upptäcka och stödja kvinnor som utsätts för misshandel av sin partner. Metod: Litteraturstudien innehåller 15 kvalitetsbedömda, vetenskapliga artiklar som motsvarar syftet. Resultatet visade att kvinnor som utsätts för misshandel påverkas negativt. Det finns stora kulturella skillnader om ämnet hos både patienter och sjukvårdspersonal.

AugustBackground: The background to this investigation was primarily another survey, conducted by Fastighetsbyrån, a Swedish real estate agency. According to the survey, only 5% of the Swedish population claims to have high confidence for realtors. The problem discussion revolves around statistics about how few real estate agents who are notified and receive sanctions each year. We believe that those numbers doesn't make sense when compared to how few people trust realtors, which is where our aim with the study comes from.Purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate the real estate brokerage industry's reputation by previous research in relationship marketing.Method: The study was conducted with a deductive and for the most part with a positivistic approach.

Bakgrund: Missfall är en vanlig komplikation i samband med en graviditet. Orsaken till missfall är flera och under ett pågående och hotande missfall finns ingen förhindrande behandling. Händelsen är ofta fysiskt odramatisk, men kan påverka föräldrarna emotionellt. Då det är kvinnan som blir fysiskt drabbad och därmed är patient, blir kvinnans partner i denna händelse ofta bortglömd. Både inom samhället och vården underprioriteras missfall och därmed kan upplevelsen hos föräldrar förbises. Syfte: Syftet med denna litteraturöversikt är att undersöka föräldrars upplevelse i samband med ett missfall.Metod: En litteraturöversikt som är baserad på tolv vetenskapliga artiklar.

Following the implementation of IFRS with yearly impairment tests, the question of correlations and causalities between impairments and investors? decision making is gaining interest in academia. This essay will study the relationship between significant goodwill impairments, communicated on the Nasdaq OMX Stockholm webpage between the years 2005-2009, and the impact those announcements have had on investors? decision making. Furthermore, the causality behind the impairments will be in focus.

The purpose of our study has been to analyze the character of the interaction between music labels and media and to examine to what extent the artist brand is being considered in music labels relationship with media. This has resulted in our research question:What characterizes the large music labels relationship with media?For this study we have used a qualitative approach to achieve a deeper understanding of our chosen topic. We have conducted seven interviews with representatives from both major record labels and media companies with great knowledge about our subject. Five of the interviews were conducted face-to-face and two were performed via e-mail.In the final chapter we answer our research question and thus present our conclusions.

We also want to see if Nordea uses additional strategies that goes beyond the theory and what their customer relationship strategy is.Method:                             The study has a qualitative research method with an inductive approach. Interviews with leading and skilled profiles at Nordea Private Banking has been interviewed to provide answers to our research question.Theoretical framework: The chapter starts with theory about what relationship marketing is and what is driving customer loyalty. Thereafter theory that define CRM and its pros and cons are addressed, and finally the chapter describe the implementation phase.Empirical framework:     In the empirical framework we present the qualitative interviews that were done with employees at Nordea Private Banking.Conclusion:                       The result from this study shows that Nordea Private Banking uses strategies that are common in theory of CRM to gain high customer loyalty and the use of recommendations from satisfied customers is of a much higher significance in Nordea Private Banking?s case than of what the theory is implying.

Background: During extreme market conditions like the period during fall 2008 the discussion of what affects company value becomes apparent. The capital structure is the relation between borrowed capital and equity in a company´s financing mix. What impact changes in capital structure have on company value is a widely debated subject within the theory of finance. If a relationship between capital structure and company value exists the implication is that an optimal capital structure where company value is maximized also exists.Aim: The aim of the thesis is to study whether a certain relationship between capital structure and company value exists among selected stocks and companies listed on Stockholmsbörsens OMXS30.Implementation: With aim to fulfill the purpose of the thesis regression analysis has been performed among chosen stocks and companies. The empirical results eventuating from this have been analyzed from the view of elected relevant theory.Completion and results: We find that during normal market conditions a positive relationship between debt ratio and enterprise value (EV) can be established.

This essay focuses on the relationship between Islam, secularism, girls and sexuality. These categories problematize gender and how it affects identity processes of young women with a Muslim background. Sexuality is especially emphasized. The Muslim background is placed in contrast to the prescribed norms and ideals of the Swedish society/context concerning gender, sexuality and identity and this essay analyses how young women create gender and identity and which possibilities and strategies they have and use to negotiate about space in the relationship to other people. A girls? relationship to her own and others? sexuality is precisely what makes her a girl, but more importantly, also to which kind of girl.

This essay is about how basic democratic values are formed in preschool. I have focused on children´s abilities to take on responsibility and also, on the importance of relationships in the development of democratic values in preschool.This essay starts in self-perceived dilemmas, based on my own feeling that the children should have more rights and that the preschool often has too many unreflected rules and routines. The dilemma has been reflected on and has been discussed in relation to other theories. I have also reflected on my own behavior as a teacher and to what extent this behavior has influence on the outcome.The relationship between the governing documents and the work in preschool has been reviewed with the conclusion that they are not synchronized with each other.The investigation shows several examples of the meaning of a good working relationship between teacher and child and that children´s own sense of responsibility should be taken seriously and be recognized as a resource.In the discussion with the theories a connection between democracy, relationships and children´s responsibility was detected. The meaning of a good working communication and the teacher?s significance for the development is central and is made visible and problematized.The concluding words show how the approach to democratic and fundamental values must come to a change in preschools, a change that the teacher partly is responsible for.

En viktig del av sjuksköterskans ansvarsområde är omvårdnad av människor som befinner sig i sorg. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie är att beskriva personers upplevelse av sorg när en make eller maka dött efter en tids sjukdom. Med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys med manifest ansats analyserades 10 artiklar. Analysen resulterade i fyra kategorier: Att uppleva svårigheter med att förstå förlusten: Att känna sig ensam och att livet har förändrats: Att ge-nom minnen ha kontakt med sin döde partner: Att känna stöd från närståen-de och att ha en framtidstro. Upplevelsen av sorg kan vara outhärdlig efter förlusten av en partner och känslor som chock och förlamning drabbar den sörjande.

Historiskt sett har mycket förändrats inom den kvinnliga sexualiteten, kvinnorna har gått från att inte ha några rättigheter alls till att under 1900-talet få fler och fler rättigheter. Hjärnan har stor betydelse för den sexuella lusten och många faktorer påverkar kvinnans lust. Påverkande faktorer på kvinnors lust och sexualliv efter att de har fött barn är bland annat fysiska, psykiska och hormonella. Syftet med studien är att beskriva kvinnors upplevelse av den sexuella lusten och sexuallivet efter att de har fött sitt första barn. Författarna har intervjuat kvinnor om deras upplevelse av sin sexuella lust samt sexuallivet när barnet var 9-18 månader, då kvinnan förmodas ha uppnått en trygghet i sin föräldraroll.

Studiens syfte var att undersöka hur männen förklarar sitt användande av våld mot sin partner. Dessutom vill vi undersöka om männens identitet, gällande våldsbenägenhet, har förändrats sedan de påbörjade samtal hos Verksamhet X och i så fall på vilket sätt. Samt hur männen upplever att de har blivit bemötta av samhället.Våra frågeställningar är; ? Hur förklarar männen sitt våld gentemot sin partner?? Har identiteten och synen på det egna användandet av våld hos männen förändrats sedan de påbörjade samtal hos verksamheten X, och i så fall på vilket sätt? ? Hur upplever sig männen ha blivit bemötta av samhället? För att bäst belysa vår studies syfte och besvara våra frågeställningar valde vi en kvalitativ ansats. Vi utförde fyra intervjuer där vi utgick ifrån en intervjuguide som var utformad efter fyra olika teman; bakgrund, individen, relationen och samhället.
