Earlier studies shows that democracy within the preschool is an important and on-going work, but could implicate certain consequences. For example that goals regarding democracy and influence in the preschool, rarely is done in practice but instead remains just words on a paper. It could also mean that the pedagogues lack education and knowledge within the area, but also how they react to the influence of children. Preschool is expected to be a place for all children, no matter what luggage the child is carrying. The luggage is filled with the life experience, the personality and in this case the needs that the child has. The needs could be anything from nearness to physical and psychological disorders that requires more pedagogical attention.

Problem: The main problem this thesis brings up is what impact factors like trust, commitment, communication between a company and its costumers and value can have on costumer satisfaction on the basis of a relationship perspective.Purpose: The purpose with this thesis is to describe the importance of factors that can have an impact on customer satisfaction on the basis of a relationship perspective. To do this the author has looked into a company called Q-steps and conducted an investigation on their costumers opinion of their relationship with the company.Method: An interview was held with Q-steps CEO Sören Levén as the basis of the thesis, as well as a questionnaire that was sent to the company?s existing costumers over the web.Theory: In the thesis the author uses a model that describes factors that can have an impact on costumer satisfaction on the basis of a relationship perspective. This model is based on theories within relationship building in service companies.Conclusion: To be able to develop good relationships to their customers and as a result of this increase the level of costumer satisfaction, Q-steps has to take different variables into consideration. The main focus in this matter should lay on the variables that to a great extent affect the level of costumer satisfaction.

Aim: To evaluate the core endurance strength, the balance and the studied individuals self estimated body awareness and control after six weeks of training according the pre- choreographed program Fokus. Methods: A total of 14 people volunteered to Participate in the study, six of which completed the study.

BackgroundResearch shows that the majority of patients feel anxiety before and during anesthesia. It has been shown in several studies that preoperative anxiety may cause adverse effects in the postoperative course. Nurse anesthetists have a key role in creating a safe environment and the opportunity to use different interventions to reduce the degree of anxiety.AimThe aim of the study was to examine which interventions may reduce anxiety in adult patients before and during both general, local and regional anesthesia.DesignSystematic literature review with a quantitative approach.ResultsSeveral studies indicate that gabapentin and pregabalin can reduce anxiety before and during anesthesia. The anxiety reducing effect appeared to be dose dependent. The naturopathic drugs Citrus aurantium blossom and Passiflora incarnata Linneaus were found to reduce anxiety before anesthesia.

Environmental management officers ? leadership and employeeship in local environmental health authorityThe purpose of this study was to illustrate the working situation of municipal environmental health management officers. This is a qualitative study where I have interviewed ten environmental officers in ten municipalities in Sweden. The interviews were based on a half structured interview guide with questions. I have interpreted the interviews through different leadership theories.

Abstract Mona Sahlin's dishwasher decides the election! Maybe. How journalism portraits politics is at least not fully objective with focus on societal matters. There is also a change over time indicating an up-going trend of less objective journalism. Other results of this case study indicates that politicians are more inclined to Participate in journalism than before and that politics presented as scandal is increasing.The aim of this study is to investigate objectivity in political journalism over time. Using the quantitative content-analyses the study encoded 600 journalistic articles subjecting politics in the Swedish society.

In November 2006 and July 2007, changes were made to the Social Services Law and the Criminal Injuries Law, defining children who have witnessed domestic violence as crime victims. The objective of our study is to examine if these changes have affected how social workers responsible for child protection inquiries interact with children who have witnessed domestic violence, and to what extent these children?s need of support are taken into account. Qualitative interviews have been carried out with five social workers, with the aim to evaluate how they meet and become aware of these children. Our problem-formulation is based upon the question how social services implement the recent changes to the law.

The aim with this independent degree project of master thesis is to find what the user opinions of the intranet in a county council is. The paper seeks how the question about how the culture in the organisation was affected by the use of the intranet. An important part is to explore the expectations and acceptance of the intranet and get a picture of which functions and services support day-to-day work with good quality. One goal is to find out how the intranet users feel that the communication, information and usability can be developed.The focus group interview is a qualitative method that has been applied for gathering data from the respondents, who Participate in the investigation from the county council. AbstractIt is unclear how L2 students acquire vocabulary ? how is it taught ? or wheather it can even be taught. In an SSL (Swedish as second language) program for young adults the ambition has been to integrate the L2 students? into the national high school (gymnasium) courses as quickly as possible, in order to meet the students? demands for subject education and to challenge them on an appropriate knowledge level. Teachers noticed quite early that the course ? integrated L2 students seemed to have a deeper understanding of words and an easier flow in their speech.

The purpose of this master´s thesis is to examine how the cultural exchange function of Swedish libraries may be perceived on their websites. A further intention is to examine how the library websites are used at the present. Two quantitative web-based surveys have been sent out to a great number of Swedish public libraries. The first survey was directed to the webmasters of the libraries, in order to review the different services offered by the Swedish library websites of today. The second survey was conducted with library directors, in order to visualise what services they consider ought to be present on their own library website.
