Amning, amningskomplikationer, stöd och råd vid amning är en del av den sexuella och reproduktiva hälsan och ingår i barnmorskans kompetensområde.Det finns mycket forskning som beskriver nyblivna föräldrars upplevelse av amningsstöd men inte lika mycket forskning på hur vårdpersonalen upplever amningsstödet som ges till gravida och nyblivna föräldrar. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka vårdpersonals upplevelser av amningsstöd till gravida och nyblivna föräldrar.Studien utfördes genom en kvalitativ metod utifrån en induktiv ansats. Data hämtades från intervjuer med semistrukturerade frågor i 11 fokusgrupper. All data bearbetades genom kvalitativ, induktiv innehållsanalys.Resultatet i studien visade att vårdpersonal upplever amningsstödet de ger som en viktig del i deras arbete. Amningsstödet hade brister och en betydande brist uppgavs vara kontinuiteten av amningsstöd genom hela vårdkedjan.Informanterna ansåg att amningsstödet borde förbättras och många förslag nämndes för att främja amningen hos nyblivna föräldrar och barn.Denna studie kan öka medvetenheten av den egna och kollegornas upplevelse av amningsstöd vilket kan leda till ett bättre samarbete mellan enheterna och en bättre kommunikation samt förändringar i organisationen som gynnar och främjar amningen..

Studien gjordes i syfte att undersöka hur familjehemsföräldrar kan uppleva att deras uppdrag som familjehem påverkar dem själva, deras biologiska barn och deras relationer. Fokusgruppsintervjuer genomfördes med två grupper innehållande fem familjehemsföräldrar i varje grupp. Fokusgrupperna bestod av fem kvinnor och fem män emellan 33 och 61 år. En intervjuguide och en mindre enkät skapades och användes under intervjuerna som spelades in på ljudfiler. Databearbetningen bestod av en fenomenologisk, hermeneutisk analysmetod.

In my scientific essay, I an experienced child minder, describe two different preschools cultures and investigate how preschool culture can be influenced and created by different conditions. In my first story I describe a professional preschool with a preschool director who is involved in the activities every day. The second story is about a preschool that is characterized by a different preschool culture and members of the staff who are stuck in old patterns and with an absent preschool director. What is it that really creates a professional preschool? I want through my essay highlight pedagogues child perspective, attitude, approach to ethics and preschool values.

This master?s thesis concerns the performance of professional children?s theatre in public libraries. With qualitative interviews I have looked into how four children?s librarians and two theatre consultants appreciate professional children?s theatre, and furthermore I have looked into their view on the importance of theatre for children. My intentions have also been to investigate their views on the function and status of children?s theatre in public libraries and also the relationship between library and theatre activities for children.

In this essay the author has studied teachers work with order and measure in the classroom. The empirical survey method has been collected through interviews of focus groups from three different schools located in three different municipalities consisting nine participating teachers in total. The aim with the study is to understand the complexity of creating order in the classrooms by the existing means of control and finding an answer to teachers reasoning around the two articles ?We need to inform how the situation are in school when it is at its worst? and ?Stop defaming school?.The analysis is structured by my questions at issue which are;How does the teachers' work with the means of control which exists in the curriculum to maintain the order in the classroom; how does the teachers concure to the concept of order in relation to the media and the political statements that exists regarding the order issues at school; are there any alternative measures and methods to maintain the order in the classroom.The result shows a unanimous view about what order is among the teachers. Order is a necessity for the pupils to have a good studying climate.

According to the curriculum for the Swedish preschool system, children?s development and learning should be documented and analyzed in order to evaluate and develop the preschool quality. Social criticism is directed to some of the methods of documentation for assessing the children´s individual knowledge development. The purpose of this study was to examine how, what and why some teachers use documentation in preschool. I wanted to examine which methods preschool teachers used when they documented the children and what they focused on.

The purpose of this study was to explore the use of a blog in the classroom. This paper describes why the teacher created the blog and how the blog is used by teachers and pupils in and outside the classroom. The study also describes teachers? thoughts regarding future use of the blog. Seven primary school teachers were interviewed and the material was analysed using a multimodal design theoretical perspective on learning (Selander & Kress 2010).The conclusion of the study was that the teachers created and designed blogs to give Parents, pupils, relatives and others an opportunity to have an insight into the pupils? school day.

Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva föräldrars erfarenheter av problem med aktivitetsutförande i skolan för barn med ADHD. För att uppnå syftet med studien tog författarna del av tidigare inspelade djupintervjuer med fem föräldrar till barn med ADHD i åldrarna 6-18 år. Vid hantering av data tillämpades kvalitativ innehållsanalys med en induktiv ansats för att analysera föräldrarnas erfarenheter. Analys av data resulterade i följande kategorier: ? Problem i sociala interaktioner hindrade aktivitetsutförande?, ? Den fysiska miljön begränsar aktivitetsutförandet?, ?Institutionella brister hindrar aktivitetsutförande?.

The purpose of this Masters thesis is to investigate librarians views on reading and reading promotion for young people. The main issue is if activities in reading promotion for people between the ages of 13-19 years can result in inspiring non-readers to actually become readers. To find the answers, qualitative interviews were held with eight librarians. The literature review covers research on the reasoning of young people on reading, a historical review of fiction and reading, a review of arguments on the benefits of reading and finally a chapter which concerns reading promotion activities. The result of this study showed that the conceptions of reading promotion and book talk are very complex and that they each can have different meanings.

This Master thesis focuses on change conditions and change ambitions in Swedish public libraries. I have chosen to focus on three libraries that participated in a much-debated developmental project sponsored by the Swedish Arts Council almost twenty years ago. The aim of the project was to enhance service-quality, increase user-influence over media acquisition and library routines, and to redefine the concept of quality in the library context. I have made comparisons of the conditions and change ambitions between the project period 1991-1994 and present day 2009. To do this I have analyzed the evaluations of the above-mentioned project and the developmental plans that every municipality in Sweden is required to write according the library-law of 2004.

In the curriculum for Swedish pre-school the focus is mainly on five concepts. These are care of the children, learning, influence, rearing and security. These concepts are to characterize the activities of the pre-school in Sweden.Back in time the focal point of pre-school activities for young children was mainly on security. The learning part became more prominent as the children grew older. When speaking to teachers and Parents I do sense that some believe this is the case even nowadays.

This work is an essay on language, multilingualism, and identity. My purpose in this work was to try and explore how today's young people views in their native language, identity and language development in a multicultural society. I was also interested in how young people find a balance between two very different cultures. Since my work will be based on interviews, I have chosen a qualitative approach. My choice of the qualitative method is primarily related to my purpose.

The aim of this descriptive literature study was to describe the patients? experience of the need for social support and the choice of coping strategies during treatment for eating disorders. Further, the authors wanted to describe the relationship with the Parents and also to highlight the caring relationship between nurse and patient. Results that came to light, concerning the patients? experience, were that patients with eating disorders, in a majority of studies, indicated a deficient social network.

Som blivande pedagog och författare av examensarbetet har jag gjort en kvalitativt inriktad forskning för att besvara mitt syfte. Fenomenografi är ett centralt begrepp i examensarbetet. Inledningsvis har jag i bakgrunden skildrat en historisk tillbakablick med viktiga årtal för förskolan. Vidare har jag definierat och skildrat olika uppfattningar som skildras i forskning och litteratur från 2000-talet om utvecklingssamtalet i förskolan.  I denna studie har tio kvalitativa intervjuer gjorts med fem föräldrar och fem förskollärare. Syftet har varit att undersöka vilka uppfattningar som finns hos förskollärare och föräldrar om förskolan.

Denna studie utgörs av en kvalitativ undersökning där sex stycken gymnasieelever intervjuas. Eleverna har tidigare gått på det individuella programmet och därefter påbörjat ett nationellt gymnasieprogram. Syftet med studien är att ta reda på vad som motiverar elever på det individuella programmet med fokus på hur elever uppfattar föräldrars möjlighet att påverka studiemotivationen. Respondenterna beskriver vad motivation betyder för dem och vad som motiverar dem i deras studier. Därefter läggs fokus på hur respondenterna upplever att deras föräldrar hjälpt dem i studierna samt föräldrarnas betydelse för studiemotivationen.
