Purpose/Aim: The aim is to study the critics own views upon their profession and upon the development of criticism, and to thereafter set this in relation to contemporary theory and debates.Material/Method: A qualitative study pursued through personal interviews. The results are categorized and split into different themes.Main Results: Through media convergence and a changed media culture the conditions for criticism have also been altered. But in spite of various negative prophecies, these changes cause no serious threat to criticism. New forums and new forms of criticism actually increase the importance of the traditional ditto as the authoritative voice that holds the field together. Still, there are questions and fears about a future seemingly less and less predictable.

The inequality and separation of sexes seen in organizations may lead to inefficient use of human resources. Therefor, a more equal organization could lead to higher productivity and efficiency. This is the first investigation of the activity with feature film (video) in Swedish publiclibraries.Due to the Swedish copyright legislation, the activity with feature film in Swedish publiclibraries was not possible until an agreement was set between Kommunförbundet and SverigesVideodistributörers Förening in 1989.My investigation is based upon a form that I made in cooperation with Statens kulturråd.The form was sent to the main public libraries in the 286 municipals in Sweden. 250 (87 percent) of the public libraries answered the questions. 130 (52 per cent) of the libraries whoanswered had an activity with feature film.The main reason the libraries bought feature film, was that they hoped that feature filmwould attract new visitors to the library. The investigation also showed that high costs forhiring feature films has a negative influence on the lending of feature films..

Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka pengarnas möjliga negativa påverkan på studenter och hur studenter resonerar om pengarnas värde i vardagen. Empiriskt behandlar uppsatsen varför studenter skulle kunna försöka lura den statliga myndigheten Centrala studiestödsnämnden (CSN) på låne- och studiebidrag. Två fokusgruppsintervjuer har gjorts för att samla in material. Intervjuerna har kodats enligt grounded theory-metoden. Resultaten visar att pengar har en stor inverkan på informanterna ? både på ett negativt och positivt sätt.

This study has been conducted in order to try to clarify how one as a piano teacher, by the choice of teaching material and method of teaching, can influence the process of learning. The study deals with novice teaching and more specifically first semester teaching. I have studied three books, their methods and how they take on the task of introducing music and piano playing to novice students. I studied three groups of novice piano students during the autumn of 2005. For twelve lessons each class worked with one of the following three books: "Vi spelar piano 1" by Carl-Bertil Agnestig, "Pianogehör 1" by Åsa Söderqvist- Spering and "Spela piano med ADAM".

Purpose: To evaluate the management development course held at FöreningsSparbanken in Ronneby during 2000. The evaluation aims to map and describe what effects the course has had on the participants. We will assess to what degree the effects meets the objectives of the course set by the manager of the bank (future management recruitment, leadership, change catalyst, aligning the strive towards a shared organisational objective). Above mentioned also implies that the organisation should be influenced in some regards. Conclusion: Our conclusion is that all of the participants have as a result of the course increased their emotional intelligence in varying levels. We also conclude that the course participants? progress has not spread to the non-participants.

This study aims to examine the effect the evaluation system used by the Stockholm County Council, has on how the healthcare providers themselves conduct the evaluation regarding their own operations. This is done through a qualitative case study of the evaluation systems of the Stockholm County Council and of four primary healthcare producers concerning one primary healthcare contract. The evaluation systems were analysed using Merchant and Ver der Stede's (2007) framework for different types of control. In order to give a more detailed picture this framework was complemented with different types of performance measurement. The evaluation that the Stockholm County Council conducts was found to have little influence on the providers own evaluation with the exception of the quality indicators that are rewarded with a monetary bonus..
