Föräldrarollens betydelse när ett barn lär sig spela ett musikinstrument
Det här examensarbetet behandlar Suzukipedagogiken och barns upplevelser av föräldrars aktiva stöd och engagemang när deras barn lär sig spela ett musikinstrument. Undervisningsmetoden bygger på interaktionen mellan elev, förälder och lärare, vilket utgör Suzukipedagogikens hörnstenar. För examensarbetets utförande valde jag ut fyra informanter, utifrån kriteriet att de skulle ha haft minst en förälder som utövar musik som amatör eller professionellt. Vidare skulle två informanter ha undervisats på ett sätt med anknytning till Suzukipedagogiken, och de andra två skulle ha undervistats inom ramen för traditionell instrumentalundervisning. Motiveringen till urvalet var att därmed kunna jämföra informanterna mot deras olika bakgrunder av undervisningsmetoder.
K3 eller K4 - Vad styr valet av redovisningsregelverk?
There will be changes in the accounting regulations in Sweden. Firms will be categorised as K1-K4 firms depending on the size of the company. There will be different levels of accounting in the four categories. Firms will always have the possibility to choose a more advanced accounting regulation than the one they are obligated to due to their size. The purpose of this dissertation is to investigate which factors that influence the management in K3 firms in the choice between the K3 and K4 regulation.
När pappa tog sitt liv : En narrativ studie av fyra unga kvinnors berättelser om erfarenheten av att under tonåren ha förlorat sin pappa i självmord
Grief research generally demonstrates that children and teenagers who have lost a Parent in suiciderisk developing severe psychological and physical morbidity, as well as social disabilities, in adultlife as a result of traumatic aspects of the death and complicated grief reactions. The youngbereaved also run a highly increased risk of developing suicidal behaviour or to commit suicidethemselves. Despite these alarming reports, the research field is poorly explored and studies thattake an interest in the long-term consequences and the subjective experiences of the bereavedyoungsters are lacking. A qualitative study using narrative methods has been carried out toexamine the experiences of four young women, who during adolescence lost a father in suicide.The study specifically focuses on the grief process, the short- and long-term consequences, and theneed for social support in relation to family, extended network and society. The study reveals thatthe women?s traumatic loss has shattered their basic assumptions about the world as a safe andmeaningful place.
Sjuksköterskans attityd till att vårda patienter med psykisk sjukdom i den somatiska vården
De psykiskt sjuka tar allt större plats inom den somatiska sjukvården men forskningsfältet är nytt och kunskapsluckor existerar. En systematisk litteraturstudie gjordes. Litteraturstudiens syfte var att belysa sjuksköterskans attityd till att vårda patienter med psykisk sjukdom i den somatiska vården.En databassökning har gjorts i fyra databaser med omvårdnadsfokus: Cinahl, Pubmed och PsycInfo. Sex studier inkluderades. Ur dessa har utkristalliserats tre återkommande teman: attityder som avspeglar sjuksköterskans erfarenheter, vårdmiljöns betydelse på sjuksköterskans attityder och utbildningens betydelse för sjuksköterskans attityder.En stor mängd negativa attityder existerar men även en del positiva, ofta knutet till sjuksköterskan personliga attityder.
Föräldrautbildning för adoptivföräldrar: För adoptivbarnets bästa?
AbstractThe purpose of this essay was to study the Parental education for adoptive Parents. It´s provided by law since 1/1-2005 that Parents have to participate in this education-program before they adopt. We wanted to look at what caused the change and made the education compulsory and to find out where the initiative came from, what purpose the education is supposed to fulfil, if it can facilitate for adopted children during their growth and whether the Parental education can support the idea of what is best for a certain child always has to come first, according to the UN convention on the Rights of the child and the Haag-convention.The study was based on eight qualitative interviews, four with social workers, three with representatives of adoption-organisations and one with a representative of the public authority of international adoption (MIA). The conclusions of our study are that there is a risk that the education can not fulfil its purpose to prepare Parents for their task, that it looses the idea of what´s best for the child and focuses on the Parent instead. It seems to be more of a try out to not violate conventions signed and thereby fulfil a symbolic purpose..
Möjligheter till utveckling av en hälsofrämjande skola
School can be an effective environment for achieving a more equal health among children and adolescents, since many individuals can be reached by the health promoting work in the school. In the year of 2000 a project in Skåne was started for the development of health promoting schools. The health promoting projects however, have shown to be of short duration. So, as an alternative, the integration of the health in school ought to be tried. The aim of this study is to give examples how health promoting schools can strengthen their profile.
"Man Kan Inte Klappa Med En Hand" : En intervjustudie om pedagogers uppfattningar av invandrarföräldrars delaktighet i förskola
The purpose of the study is to explore preschool teachers experiences of how immigrant Parents become involved in the preschool activities and how their linguistic and cultural background appears in relation to participation.The survey was conducted through individual interviews with eight preschool teachers working in various multicultural preeschools.The results of this survey shows that the preschool teachers perceive that Parents with different cultural and linguistic backgrounds are reluctant to participate in various forms of cooperation, such as Parent meetings. Preschool teachers believe that the lack of Parental participation depends on the Parents linguistic and cultural backgrounds, such as different approaches to understand the pre-school educational activity or the view of Parenting, and other things such as language difficulties.Another result reveals also a great lack of written methods, because teachers sometimes face difficult dilemmas. To seek itself the right approach in a current situation can be both difficult and time consuming, therefore, the preschool teachers wish that there were already complete methods for use..
Hur ser föräldrakontakten ut på en invandrartät skola/ School/parent contact at a school with a high density of immigrants
Vårt syfte med detta examensarbete är att undersöka hur föräldrakontakten ser ut på en invandrartät skola i Malmö, med särskilt fokus på utvecklingssamtalet. Vi har gjort fem semi-strukturerade intervjuer med fyra olika lärare samt biträdande rektorn på skolan. Våra slutsatser är att de flesta av föräldrarna i grundskolans senare år, oavsett kunskaper i svenska språket, kommer till utvecklingssamtalet. Däremot uteblir majoriteten vid föräldramöten. Vårt resultat indikerar att detta inte bara beror på om man förstår svenska eller inte, utan också exempelvis på vad man som förälder prioriterar eller känner sig delaktig i.

We who made this study have a common interest to examine how teachers´ attitudes to Parental contact in preschool works. The purpose of this study is to examine how teachers relate to Parental contact.What do the educators think of their professionalism in the profession? Do educators believe that Parental contact is important? And how do they work to obtain a good Parent contact?The study has three questioners holder: How does teachers relate to Parental contact in preschool?What do the educators think of their professionalism in the profession? And how visible educators child development and learning in daily contact with Parents?We chose to do qualitative interviews with four preschool teachers at two different preschools in Sweden, to seek answers to our questions.

Postnatal depression (PND) is a condition which affects about 8-15% of recent Parents. The cause of PND is unknown but several underlying factors have been purposed through different studies. This descriptive literature review aims to illuminate the Parent?s situation when the mother is affected with PND. In search of literature, the databases Medline (via PubMed), Academic Search Elite, Cinahl, PsycINFO, PsycARTICLES and SweMed+ were used.
Utvärdering av AKKTIV KomIgång ? en studie av föräldrars och kursledares upplevelser av en kommunikationskurs
The aim of the study was to evaluate Parents and course directors?experiences of the AKKTIV ComAlong-course (Augmentative and AlternativeCommunication ? Early Intervention). ComAlong targets Parents of pre-schoolchildren with extensive communication difficulties and aims to give Parentsknowledge about different aspects of communication, communication developmentand AAC. Both qualitative and quantitative methods were used. Individualinterviews and pair-interviews with totally nine persons were performed and 54course questionnaires filled in by Parents were evaluated.

Although homosexuality was not a criminal act after 1944 it was still on the list over Swedish diseases, a list maid by the Swedish board of social affairs.The years between 1978 and 1984 a study of the homosexual life in society was maid. The most important thing that this study showed was that homosexuality means that you love someone of your own sex, and that you aren?t different from the rest of the society, except that you choose to love someone of the same sex.The work for equality between these two groups started after 1979 when the Swedish board of social affairs took homosexuality of their list over Swedish diseases.

When children are hospitalized they will face a new and unknown environment. Many children experience this situation as stressful and with fear. It is important that the nurse is aware of this fact in order to facilitate the hospitalization for the child. The purpose of this study is to investigate the fear that children feel when they are hospitalized, and to investigate the meaning of being well prepared for clinical examinations and procedures. The method used was a literature review.
Älskar dig för den du är: att adoptera äldre barn
The purpose of my study was to examine adoptive Parents' experiences of adopting children older than three years of age. I wanted to look into what kind of information, help and support every adoptive Parent had received. I also wanted to examine if the adoptive Parents worried about anything concerning the children's emotional needs and in what way the adoptive Parents prepared themselves for this, before the adoption. I asked the adoptive Parents about their knowledge regarding the children's experiences from the time before the adoption and how things had been going since the children came to Sweden. To achieve my purpose I interviewed six adoptive Parents from five families, with a total of eleven internationally adopted older children.The research findings of my study showed that a risk exists for older adopted children to suffer emotionally because of earlier experiences.
Pilotutvärdering av KomHem: En studie av deltagares och kursledares upplevelser av en fortsättningskurs i kommunikation för föräldrar
The aim of this study was to evaluate Parents and course leaders'perceptions of ComHome, a course in communication for Parents. Thecourse aims to change the interaction between the Parent and the child in aselected play activity based on a defined goal and agreed methodology. Thedata consisted of four group interviews and an individual interview with atotal of 12 Parents and course leaders. The interviews were transcribed andcontent analyzed. The study showed that Parents and course leadersconsidered goal attainment scaling as a rewarding approach.
