Logopeder som träffar barn med språkstörning arbetar i hög grad med barnets hela familj. Specifik kunskap krävs då barnet och familjen är två- eller flerspråkiga. I denna fallstudie beskrivs språkanvändningen i en trespråkig familj som bor i Sverige. Den flamländsktalande modern och svensktalande fadern talade sina respektive modersmål med dottern Betty enligt språkstrategin one parent ? one language (OPOL).

Nowadays the world of football has become more commercial than before. As a result of this the clubs' financial status is getting more and more important. Therefore the UEFA has given the national federations a specific task to make sure that the clubs from each country follow certain standards of maintaining the football credibility. The Swedish federation has decided that the Swedish clubs must follow the so-called ?elitlicensen?.

The phenomena of cyber bullying is relatively new, but it is now more prevalent than ever as children today have access to the internet on a daily basis, in school as well as at home. Although cyber bullying is an increasing problem in today?s society, there seem to be few guidelines for teachers to follow when using the internet with their students in school. The purpose of this study is to investigate who, according to six teachers, has the responsibilities revolving cyber bullying ? teachers or parents.

Med dagens krav i lagar, författningar, föreskrifter och med patienters samt anhörigas tydliga förväntningar på sjukvården kan informationen och delaktigheten gällande vård, behandling klart förbättras inklusive säkerställas med nya rapporteringssystem. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka föräldrar och barns uppfattning angående information och delaktighet gällande barnets omvårdnad och behandling under vårdtiden på  barnonkologen på ett universitetssjukhus i centrala Sverige. För att ta reda på detta utfördes en för? och eftermätning med frågeformulär till barn och föräldrar i samband med att ett nytt skiftrapporteringssystem- Bedside Handover implementerades. Inne på patientsalen tillsammans med barn och föräldrar rapporterade avgående sjuksköterska till nästkommande skifts personal enligt en rapporteringsmall.

The primary purpose of this essay is to study and describe what single adoptive mothers believe to be significant motives when considering adoption. This essay also describes how single adoptive mothers experience parenthood in relation to their expectations. The theoretical perspectives applied to analyse the empirical data are existentialism, the identity making process, and social constructionism. The method of this study is qualitative based on seven interviews. The material has been analysed by condensed meaning units and themes with a phenomenological approach.

Adoption är ett av många sätt att bilda familj på, dock är det inte så vanligt i vårt samhälle. Då adoption inte är vanligt förekommande finns det inte heller mycket kunskap kring adoptionsprocessen därför har vårt syfte varit att undersöka vilka emotioner som uppkommer i adoptionsprocessen och hur dessa bearbetas både inom individen och i en gemenskap. Vårt syfte var att undersöka hur paren och den enskilda individen hanterar emotionerna som uppkommer i adoptionsprocessen men även hur normerna påverkar synen på adoptivföräldrar. Därefter ville vi även se hur den enskilda individen kunde genomgå denna process och om föräldragruppen hade någon betydelse. För att ta reda på detta utförde vi fyra solidariska intervjuer med fyra olika par som ingick i samma föräldragrupp.

Interaktion är det komplexa samspel mellan interaktörer där meningsskapande skerinom kommunikativa sekvenser. Föreliggande studie syftar till att översätta ettbedömningsinstrument till svenska för bedömning av interaktion mellan barn medkommunikativ funktionsnedsättning och deras föräldrar. Instrumentet Coding of Parent-Child Interaction and Communication Skills Assessment är hämtat från studier avPennington et al. (1999; 2009) och prövas på två interaktionsdyader (barn i interaktionmed en förälder) före och efter genomgången föräldrakurs för att utvärdera ominstrumentet är användbart vid bedömningen av interaktion. Den svenska versionen avbedömningsinstrumentet innehåller koder med definitioner för identifiering avinteraktionsmönster.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka lärarens arbete med lärplattor i förskolan. Studien har tre frågeställningar; 1) Hur beskriver förskollärarna sin syn på lärplattan som pedagogiskt verktyg? 2) Hur beskriver förskollärarna sitt arbete med lärplattan? 3) Hur beskriver förskollärarna lärplattans tillgänglighet för alla barn? Studien genomfördes på en förskola i Mellansverige. Intervjuer med fyra förskollärare genomfördes. Intervjuerna utfördes med en semistrukturerad design; en intervjuform där det finns goda möjligheter anpassa intervjun efter respondenten.

The birth of a child marks a new era for the parents. It is the beginning of something that will never end, because they will always be the child´s parents. This study investigates what happens when an infant is born whit Downs syndrome (Ds), and thus does not resemble the child the parents had expected. The purpose of this literature study was to describe the information and the support that the parents of a newborn child with Ds think that they need. The literature search was made in the database of Medline (via Pub Med), Academic Search Elite and manual search.

The objective of this thesis is to make a training material for KSU, which shows how radiation affects the different electronic components in a radiological environment.All electronic systems in the presence of high ionizing radiation can experience difficulties and be destroyed.This influence may compromise the control system and thus the safety of a nuclear reactor plant.To achieve this objective requires a description of electronic components and sensors, to better understand its function.This thesis will also show the possible solutions available that the author found interesting.Organizations such as NASA, CERN and ESA have worked to develop electronic components immune to radiation. Those organizations have also developed a test protocol that guarantees to a certain extent the security of electronic components in a radiological environment.Since we know how the material reacts with the radiation, it could develop a material that can be resistant to radiation or like CMOS technology has proposed, to reduce the component to avoid the storage of charge in the oxide.Another solution can be the GRAPHENE. Its features will revolutionize the electronics and provide answer to the radiation problems, Graphene will replace Silicium and the electronic components will only have a few nanometers dimensions so the oxide area also reduces, and in this way avoid the known problem of storage of charge..

The aim with this study is to explore if and how linguistic learning takes places when four pairs ofstudents in grade one writes on the computer. Observations of eight students took place duringtwelve lessons to investigate what happened during their writing processes. This study isimportant because students? computer writing is a relatively new phenomenon in the Swedishprimary school.It is clear that the peer collaboration creates a complex interaction that becomes the platform, andalso the prerequisite, for successful language training. The method can clearly give students profitsin their linguistic development.

AbstractTitle: Welfare officers personal experiences of stress and coping in an emergency hospital in StockholmThe purpose with this study was to describe how welfare officers in an emergency hospital experienced stress in their workplace and what coping strategies they used. Through qualitative interviews the welfare officers thoughts and experiences were examined. The result showed that welfare officers experienced some stress at the workplace; this was related to lacks in the organization, heavy workload and short of time. The most commonly used coping strategies were social support, physical training, short breaks during the day to handle the stress at work. The conclusions of this study was that factors that reduces stress for welfare officers who work at emergency hospitals was a functioning organization and management, the ability to control and at some levels effect their own work, to have guidance and other opportunities to ventilate with co-workers.

Allt fler människor blir överviktiga. Människor som sitter hemma i soffan och äter istället för att gåut och röra på sig. Det finns dock vissa som tar på sig träningskläderna och ger sig iväg för att träna,människor som på något vis nästan alltid finner motivationen till att röra på sig. Flera studier visarpå att träning är bra för hälsan så länge det är i lagom mängd. Syftet med den här studien är att tareda på vad som gör att vissa människor är motiverade till att träna.

ABSTRACT Introduction: During the past 40 years the ambulance service in Sweden has evolved from mainly being a source of transport to today?s high-tech caring facilities that enable qualified care to start already in the patient?s home. This first level of care is now provided by registered nurses and registered nurses with specialist training in pre hospital care.At the same time as the care provided is becoming more advanced, results from studies demonstrate that the amount of dispatches to patients that lack the need for ambulance care and transport is increasing. Nurses in pre-hospital care possess the knowledge, training and authority to perform an initial assessment of patients and also treat patients according to local and national guidelines. After the treatment it would sometimes be possible for the patients to remain at home without having to use ambulance transport to an emergency department or in other cases find other means of transport to hospital.

The aim of this study is to examine the conditions for participation in women's networks for the members of the Geek Girl Meetup network, to expose the members' perceptions of the IT industry and to highlight the network's impact on women's situation in the IT industry. The empirical material consists of interviews and a survey. The interviews were carried out with the network leaders for a better understanding of the network structure and why it exists. The survey completed by the members illuminates how the members perceive the networks function in the IT industry and what kind of an impact the network has on the members and if it has any at all. The result of the study shows that participation in networks like Geek Girl Meetup can be a model for promoting gender equality and improving conditions for women in the IT industry.
