Studien har sin grund i de nya utmaningar som politiska partier idag står inför. De politiska värderingarna i samhället har under de senaste 20 åren förändrats, vilket tvingar de politiska partierna att i större grad lyssna på sin omvärld för att kunna föra en relevant politik. Intresset för studien väcktes då vi ville ta reda på hur, och om, politiska partier arbetar med att etablera relationer med sina väljare, för att hantera dessa utmaningar.Studien har sin grund i en relationsskapande syn på public relations där teorier inom området har används för att svara på studiens syfte.Syftet är att undersöka hur Nya Moderaterna anser sig arbeta med Public Relations, med fokus på att etablera relationer, och hur detta återspeglas i deras kommunikation på Twitter.Studiens frågeställningar har besvarats med hjälp av en kvalitativ metod. Inledningsvis genomförde vi samtalsintervjuer med anställda på Nya Moderaternas kommunikationsavdelning för att därefter genomföra ytterligare samtalsintervjuer med utvalda, centrala, representanter ute i organisationen. Slutligen har en kvalitativ innehållsanalys genomförts av samtliga intervjupersoners, samt organisationens, twitterinlägg.   Resultatet visar att Nya Moderaterna är väl medvetna om att deras omvärld har ett stort inflytande över huruvida partiet skall nå framgång eller ej.

The purpose of this paper is to study how the TV program Border Security: Australia?s FrontLine (Gränsbevakarna Australien) can be seen to reproduce networks of human and non-human actors. The aim is thus to investigate how boundaries between nations are upheld and how people, as a consequence, are discoursively categorized and what preconditions this create for people?sidentity- and meaning-making practices.The theoretical and methodical framework is built upon Bruno Latour?s work on Actor-Network-Theory, and discourse analysis inspired by Michel Foucault. The empirical material consists of two episodes of the TV program.

The aim of this study is to examine how social workers and pree-school teachers resonate about their experiences of cooperation with each other, in relation to maltreated children and the duty to report. Several studies show that there is a difference between how many children that is suspected of maltreatment and how many that are reported to social service. In Sweden, pre-school staff are obliged to notify the suspicion of child abuse according to 14: 1 SoL, but previous research indicates that the obligation to declare is not used to the extent that it should. One reason for the low notification rate is  the interaction between preschool and the social services shortcomings.Therefore, we believe it is relevant to examine how the cooperation really looks like between the organizations, when the child is being abused or at risk of suffering. The results of the study are based on qualitative semi-structured interviews with four preschool teachers and four administrators.

Detta examensarbete undersöker om det behövs en chaufförsutbildning för nyanställda inom transportbranschen med avgränsning till Poståkeriet och vad som bör ingå i en sådan. Arbetet tar också upp vikten av kunskap inom kundrelationer för chaufförer och företaget. Det finns även ett förslag på upplägg för en utbildning samt en stödlista för utbildande chaufförer..

The debate about women and equality is a very burning issue in the Swedish society today. There are a lot of articles, TV-programs, books and web sites treating the position of female leaders today. There are also a lot of myths strongly attached to our minds hindering the equalization process between men and women.The main purpose of our study was to look at women as leaders and identify potential tendencies in businesses sectors dominated by mainly men or women. We also wanted to find out whether leadership behavior is more or less oriented towards relations- or task in any of the chosen sectors. It was even in our interest to see if our chosen respondents supported the myths in our society about male and female qualities.We interviewed 20 women in four different sectors, two dominated by men (Computer/It, Transport) and two dominated by women (School, Healthcare).

Income support is granted to those who are not by themselves or in any other way able toachieve a decent standard of living. Assessment of entitlement to income support is based onan individual evaluation and equal treatment (Kjellbom, 2009). Administrators of economicaid should therefore not judge clients differently depending on, for example, gender. The aimof this study was to commence from a gender perspective in understanding howadministrators of economic aid think of equality and inequality between the sexes whenheterosexual couples apply for income support. Based on this objective we arrived at twomain formulations of questions; how administrators of economic aid deliberate aroundequality and inequality between sexes in connection to applications for financial support, aswell as which variables in organisations sustain or discourage inequalities between genders inaid management.

Denna studie undersöker och beskriver den psykiska hälsan hos en grupp barn och ungdomar placerade i familjehem i en större stad i södra Sverige. 42 barn och ungdomar i åldrarna 11 till 20 år valdes ut från en kohort bestående av 52 som vid något tillfälle under 2005 befann sig placerade i familjehem. Till barnen administrerades Youth Self Report (YSR), till en av familjehemsföräldrarna Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) och till barnens lärare Teacher´s Report Form (TRF). Data från barnens socialakter samlades också in. Totala problemskalorna för CBCL och TRF visade att andelen barn på klinisk nivå uppgick till 23 % medan motsvarande siffra för YSR var 9 %.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att ge en inblick i elevledda utvecklingssamtal som praktik samt att återge en nyanserad och omfattande bild av denna praktik. Vår uppsats ämnar besvara följande frågeställningar:? Vad kännetecknar elevens roll som ?samtalsledare? i ett elevlett utvecklingssamtal ochhur hanterar eleven denna roll?? Vad kännetecknar förälderns roll i ett elevlett utvecklingssamtal och hur hanterarföräldern den rollen?? Hur hanteras prat om problem utifall sådana situationer uppstår?Metoden vi använt oss av är att lyssna på och transkribera för uppsatsen relevanta och intressanta delar av vårt material vilket består av inspelade elevledda utvecklingssamtal. Den analysmodell vi brukat är fallanalys. Vår analysmodell, och tillika teoretiska anknytning, utgörsäven av tillämpad Conversastion Analysis.Vårt resultat pekar på att eleven undantagsvis ?tillåts? agera samtalsledare fullt ut, utan att lärare och föräldrar erövrar denna uppgift, vilket i somliga fall leder till att eleven måste försvara sin roll.

The aim of this study is to talk with professionals and take part of their experiences with regards to the phenomenon of children who witness domestic violence. The study is conducted from a child/crime victim perspective and is restricted to men's violence against women. A qualitative method is used which consist of interviews involving representatives of BRIS, the Police, Social Service, a Woman Shelter, and two Crisis Centers with different concentrations.

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study was to give an overview of the evidence for genomic imprinting in livestock and other mammals as well as outline the potential use of gene imprinting in livestock breeding. Epigenetics is the mitotical and meiotical partial hereditary variation in genomic activity without any alterations of the DNA sequence. An example of epigenetic regulation is genomic imprinting where one allele?s expression differs depending on which parent it was inherited from. These parent-of-origin effects are currently overlooked in livestock production.

The essay examines managers reflection after attending a leader development program. When examining their thoughts the author starts out from the assumption that leader development programs with reflecting elements can create reflection on management/leadership and the organisations management behaviour. The examination is done whit help of a case study on a company in the paint industry. To test the assumption the author uses a combination of questioners and interviews on eight managers who has finished a leader development program. The result is analysed by bringing forward the managers general assumptions an by finding relations between opinions on needs, existing norms and preferred management/leadership.

Studien baseras på kvalitativa intervjuer som utförts vid tre olika organisationer i en större stad i Skåne. De fem informanterna som deltagit i studien är samtliga aktiva tjejgruppsledare vid sina verksamheter. Syftet har varit att undersöka hur arbetet i tjejgrupper bedrivs samt varför behovet av tjejgrupper finns ur ledarnas perspektiv. Intressant för oss att undersöka var huruvida tjejgruppen ansågs vara ett jämställdhetsprojekt, och om dessa grupper arbetar problematiserande med könsnormativitet. Under studiens fortskridande har det framkommit att begreppet tjejgrupper och vad dessa ska innefatta är komplext.

The purpose of this essay is to examine at how to portray characters in the stories and narratives which depicts one of these children's books and if they really have something to ethnicity and its identification to be done.The Research questions is: What are the different identification markers given, to the reading child in the books, which might indicate that the story depicts people of different ethnicities? How are the characters portrayed in the story and which role is assigned to the main character? What story is portrayed and is it relevant to an identifier can occur?The conclusions of the five children's books shows that it is important with identifications markers, to show that there are different ethnicities. For example the analysis revealed the specific features of the illustrations and how the books portrayes someone with a different ethnicity and cultural background as something exotic.In the texts, the analysis showed how it occurred ethnic differences, by explicitly demonstrating differences between the characters. It was found that the characters were produced mostly as good, happy, curious, suspicious and unsympathetic. Common to all the main characters was that they had been placed, in one for them unusual context and that they were trying to assimilate to the new situations.Depictions consisted of realism and fiction.

Uppsatsens syfte är att erhålla en förståelse för hur olika intressenter (företags Investor relations-avdelning, analytiker, media) på kapitalmarknaden tänker och agerar gällandes att stabilisera ett företags aktiekurs med stöd av Investor relations (IR). Det är även intressant att belysa och erhålla en bred förståelse gällande intressenternas handlande och hur deras beteende kan tänkas påverka en aktiekurs. För att erhålla en god empiri användes en kvalitativ metod med sex personliga intervjuer. Respondenterna utgörs av två börsnoterade företags IR-avdelning, Hennes & Mauritz (H&M) och Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB). Vidare intervjuades två analytiker som analyserar de nyss nämnda företagen.
