This case study examined what impact the neurological disorder Asperger?s syndrome has on the line of reasoning about religion and spirituality. Also, the question of whether the four informants showed any tendency to use the cognitive tools calledtheory of mind (ToM), existential theory of mind (EToM) and hypersensitive agency detection device (HADD) or not was put forth. From the interviews five themes were extracted: a stereoscopical view upon the world, thoughts on physical causality, prayer used as one-way communication, spiritual agency and intentionality, as well as existential and social questions. These themes were subsequently matched with theories on ToM, EToM and HADD.

Syftet med föreliggande studie är att undersöka föräldrars upplevelse av en återgivning med fokus på relationen till utredaren, validering, invalidering, samt emotioner i förhållande till upplevelsen av att ha fått ny förståelse för barnet. Studien är en tvärsnittsstudie med 33 deltagare. Resultaten visar att positiva emotioner och invalidering är de bästa prediktorerna för i vilken grad föräldrarna upplever att de får ny förståelse.

Practice of mathematical proof increase the understanding of mathematics anddevelop creativity skills, problem solving, communication, logical thinking andreasoning which are all important tools not only within the subject of mathematicsbut also important tools for the society in which we are living. The aim of this projectwas to investigate whether it is accurate that proof and proving has a subordinate rolein mathematic education in the upper secondary school in Sweden. This was done byconstructing of a digital survey that was sent to approximately 100 practicingmathematics teachers in a normal size city located in the middle of Sweden. Theresults of the survey show that the teachers consider themselves comfortable withtheir own skills in teaching proof. Paradoxically, the results also show that there is alack of teaching of proof and proving in the upper secondary school, although the newcurriculum puts more focus on proof and proving..

This thesis describes how social work language practice circulates around the implementation process of an evidence based structured assessment tool – Savry. The purpose is to examine and understand the social workers language practice in a working group that uses this structured assessment tool in their work with youth. The purpose is also to look for dimensions of identity in terms of discourse. The ontological viewpoint is post-structuralism where language is in focus. The theoretical framework is discourse theory based upon the work of Ernesto Laclau and Chantal Mouffe.

En del av sjuksköterskans grundläggande arbete är att identifiera olika faktorer som kan påverka patienters upplevelse av smärta och smärtuttryck. För att en sjuksköterska skall kunna se en balans mellan effekt och biverkningar samt använda sig av nödvändig övervakning av smärtlindringen behövs kunskap. Föreliggande studies syfte var att belysa hur sjuksköterskor upplever sina kunskaper om och erfarenheter av intravenös smärtbehandling. I studien besvarade 35 sjuksköterskor arbetande på kirurgiska vårdavdelningar på ett sjukhus i södra Sverige, en enkät med såväl öppna som slutna frågor. De öppna frågorna analyserades med hjälp av manifest innehållsanalys.

The concept is based on the idea of using business data in order to effectively analyze activities within an enterprise in order to enhance decision processes in the organization.The purpose with this study is to help Akademibokhandeln AB to analyze what BI-requirements they may have, and to create a recommendation on what sort of BI-tool that would fit the enterprise's needs.The requirements analysis was conducted with the help of internal personnel. Four different tools on the BI-market have been examined, analyzed and compared: IBM Cognos 8 (IBM Cognos), Microstrategy 9 (MCST), Qlikview 9 (Qlikview), and SAP Business Objects BI (SAP BO). These tools have been compared with the help of two models (BRI and BCI) that is based on the BI-requirements analysis, with the cost aspect taken into consideration in the BCI-model.Using the BRI-model, the comparison results in a technical evaluation. Here, IBM Cognos gets the highest result just ahead of MCST and SAP BO.

SammanfattningBakgrund: Långvarig smärta är en individuell upplevelse och kan orsakas av skador eller sjukdomar, och är ihållande mer än tre månader. Detta kan innebära att det blir svårt att klara av sina vardagliga aktiviteter då funktionsförmågan kan försämras, vilket kan medföra ett lidande för individen.Syfte: Syfte med studien var att belysa individers upplevelser av långvarig smärta.Metod: En systematisk litteratur studie genomfördes och 14 kvalitativa studier kvalitetsgranskades utifrån Forsberg och Wengströms (2013) checklista för kvalitativa studier. Artiklar analyserades enligt Axelssons (2012) metod som innebär att gå från helhet till delar och till slut komma fram till en ny helhet, detta resulterade sedermera i sex teman.Resultat: Att leva med långvarig smärta kunde påverka och begränsa individens liv både fysiskt, psykiskt och socialt. Smärtan gjorde att individerna försökte anpassa sin vardag genom att hitta strategier för att hantera sin smärta. En del beskrev bristande förståelse från både anhöriga och vårdpersonal.Slutsats: Genom att lyssna och vara lyhörda kan sjuksköterskor öka sin förståelse för hur individer upplever långvarig smärta.

AbstractThe purpose of this essay is to investigate the views Swedish elementary school teachers produce on the subject of ethics. The teachers? thoughts on selection among ethical notions is described and also how these notions are assessed. The essay proceeds from the central content and the knowledge requirement in the syllabus of religious knowledge.The empirical survey is based on qualitative scientific interviews with four teachers employed in grades 4-6 at different schools.The teachers find ethics in its current state of the syllabus hard to define and they find encounters with parents and pupils difficult in their tasks. The selection of ethics is decided by previously planned basic values education or from conflicts erupting during schools hours.

Intresset att genomföra en studie huruvida kvalitetsmål för smärtbehandling som finns utarbetade på Akademiska sjukhuset (AS) i Uppsala följs, väcktes med anledning av detta. Syfte: Författarna valde i denna uppsats att undersöka om gällande kvalitetsmål för smärtbehandling uppnås på hematologen på AS för patienter med maligna blodsjukdomar.
