Risk assessment is made to determine risks with contaminated areas and to determine which treatment the area requires. In Sweden, risk assessment is divided into three levels: risk analysis, facilitated risk assessment and detailed risk assessment. In detailed risk assessment site-specific guideline values are developed to compare with values of contaminants that are measured in the area.Site-specific guideline values vary with geological and hydrogeological parameters. The purpose of this report is to examine which of these parameters that affect the guideline values. The examination was done using a calculating program for consideration from the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency from the year of 1997.

Bakgrund: Demenssjukdom orsakar sänkt kognitiv förmåga och den sjukes personlighet förändras. Att låta närstående vara delaktiga i omvårdnaden och att vårdpersonal tar sig tid att lyssna på deras åsikter skapar goda chanser för att båda parterska bli nöjda med omvårdnaden som ges till den sjuke. Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien var att undersöka närståendes behov i omvårdnad av personer med demenssjukdom. Metod: Studien gjordes som en litteraturöversikt (n=15) med systematiskt tillvägagångssätt. Resultat: Studiens resultat visade att närstående hade egna behov som behövde tillgodoses, att få möjlighet att skapa en relation till vårdpersonal, att få tid att prata, att få delta i omvårdnaden samt att få information.

Supervision has a strong impact on students` professional development. It is during clinical education that students will receive help in linking theory and practice. This study aimed to describe the meaning of good supervision among nursing students in clinical practice. A qualitative design was used. Nine nursing students in western Sweden, who had all experienced good supervision in clinical practice, were interviewed.The interviews were analyzed using a descriptive phenomenological methodology.The meaning of the phenomenon, good supervision in clinical education among nursing students, was shown as the students were gradually piloted to increased responsibility.

Background:Alzheimer's disease is a disease that primarily affects the elderly but also younger people. Alzheimer's disease is a type of dementia which means that you get changes in the cerebral cortex and cells gradually die. The disease causes memory loss and things that were obvious before will be difficult for the sufferer. Alzheimer's disease also affects next of kin to a large degree; they will have to take a great responsibility. The next of kin are entitled to support from healthcare.Aim:The aim was to highlight next of kin' experiences of healthcare to their family members with Alzheimer's disease.Method: The study was based on narratives, which in this case means analysis of autobiographies.
